The Marna Clerta was establish and signed by the King 120 years ago to give more freedoms to the subjects of the King or Queen's to be. But the current King is not letting abiding to it, and is gaining to much power. Now the Kingdom of __________ is under a tyrant, and the king is hiring Dragon Riders to enforce his new laws and harsh taxes. If they don't obey him, they are killed.

The People who are opposed to him are fleeing to -The Republic of Vendrin, which has made a navel barricade -THe Tratical island settlements, or forming underground resistance in the kingdom of __________. The fight is on to reclaim the freedom of the people, or to let the tyrant king prevail.

Kingdom of Mortania?

Appearance(Pic or detailed description):Valissia has longer black hair that hangs between her shoulder blades (partially covering an elegant tribal tattoo of the moon) often tossed over shoulder and bangs that sweep across her forehead to cover one eye and cup her chin. She wears tight black pants that are in a sense riding pants tucked into calf high black boots. Her top is a crimson corset covered in black leather. The back of the top is low enough to run from the top of the tattoo to the middle of her back. Her skin is an almond color that sets of her silver eyes which are often lined with eyeliner to give her a catlike appearance.

Main weapon: Twin Blades name Crimson Night and Scar. Crimson knight is silver with a black core/ middle Scaris the opposite with a black outter rim and silver core. Both blades have elegant silver and black cross guards that resemble the stem of a rose thorns and all.

Secondary weapon: Throwing daggers kept in a holster on her left thigh. The daggers are all black with a silver rose on the blade.

Appearance: She has brown hair, a little on the darker side, that's cut in a simple easy-to-cut-at-home style down to her shoulders. Her eyes are also brown, but in the sun tend to seem to have a golden tint to the highlights of the iris. Her skin is naturally very tanned. Stands at around 5'7", so she's around the average height for a human woman. Weighs about 120 pounds, some of it being muscle. She's not incredibly muscular but she's gained the strength she needs to get by by raising her dragon. She's fought quite a few battles, most of them minor, despite that most people don't want a human woman to fight--ever. She has one long (slightly faded) white scar along her side. Though it's certainly not eye candy, it's easy to keep hidden.
Her clothes consist of cloth and leather. She wears black shorts, she finds them easier to maneuver in seeing as she does a lot of running. When she has time to prepare to ride, she exchanges her shorts for a pair of leather riding pants which she keeps in her bag (see the harness in the dragon form below) whenever she's not wearing them. She wears a belt specially made to be able to attach her dagger to via a small leather rope. Her boots are simple, black and end a little higher up than her ankle. Her shirt is just a tight yellowish gold t-shirt, but the black leather vest she wears over it is much stronger.
Main weapon: A small but effective sword she gained from picking off one of the king's ambushers.

Erm, just a little point, I don't think your dragon can be older than you, seeing as it is meant to hatch for you and you raise it.

Snowdrift- not to be a pain, but I need you to turn you 3 samurai swords to 3 Katanas, because the katana was the only samurai sword avalible in 1513, the other samurai swords were around the early 1600's.

AND ABOUT MAGIC:
It will be like Eragon, Eldest, Brisinger, ect. MAGIC is only as strong as the user, so a normal Dragon rider could not reflect 60 arrows heading towards their chest, no one I know has that energy.

Well, technically you could, but you would have to be clever about it. I mean, your couldn't stop all the arrows in the air and make them drop to the ground, but a slight tap magically that would send them off course wouldn't take much energy.

Its all about clever magic, not epic magic, like in Eragon etc.

But that's just me being all geeky and what not, lol. I'm really excited about this roleplay though XD
