Want to have everyone notice your Interest Check for a whole week?
Well now you can! This contest gives you all the chance to have your Interest Check or Roleplayers Wanted threads Stickied for an Entire Week at the top of the Sub-Forum!
Now how can you make it big? Your Interest Check or Roleplayers Wanted topic should have the following:
1) What is your roleplay about?
-This isn't what happens in the roleplay. This is why you're making this roleplay; the purpose of its creation. ex: There hasn't been enough pirate roleplays lately!
2) Why is your idea so much better than the rest?
-Why should anyone want to join your roleplay? What are you bringing to the table that's so amazing? ex: It's an epic fantasy where you can turn anything in the environment into a weapon!
3) What do you want from potential roleplayers?
-How many posts do want a week? What level of writing are you expecting? ex: 1-2 paragraphs minimum with no more than 2 days of no posting/
4) Who are you?
-How long have you been around? Newbie? Experienced? Are you a novelist? ex: I'm new but I've got ideas just bursting at the seams!
Make sure to explain everything in good detail! Explain why your Interest Check deserves more people! A short and sweet list won't make the cut!
Each week one of the Moderators will choose an Interest Check topic that we feel does the best job at grabbing a user's attention!
We're looking for topics that explain what they want and why they deserve your attention!
That thread will become stickied at the top of the board! This will be replaced by another topic at the end of the week! We'll be adding a "Featured:" title in front of your topic and hopefully with it you'll grab someone's attention!
We will be posting up a new topic every Sunday and that topic will be "Featured:" until Saturday!
However if none of the topics fit the criteria we will not be adding a "Featured:" title to any topic of that week. There's a standard that will be upheld. If it doesn't work out then better luck next week!
