Snow follow after Shiro, climbing over the wall. When he took the young man inside, Snow stayed out. She look up nd she climb up onto the roof and she place her ear and listened carefully. Knowing that the young man would be treated, she swiftly made her way off the roof and she jump down and land beside Shiro. "Birthday?" she said and she look at Shiro and smiled. She hadn't really had a birthday in two years but she didn't really care. She forgot her birth date but she knew that she was born in the dead of winter. So when asked for her age she always answers how many winters she is. She walk up behind Shiro and she place her hands on his shoulder and smile. "Should I prepare a birthday surprise for you, Nsoromma?" she asked.

My eyes still blurry, I wake up with the room spinning. I see as one figure leaves the room and the other begins to come into focus. In my perifial vision I notice something falling from the roof. My thoughts are then interrupted by a sharp pain in my shoulder. "Ahh..." I bite down on my teeth and quell my yells. I look around for my weapons and can't find them. I look directly into the eyes of the man treating me and while still fighting the pain, I manage to get out, "Where is my sword?"

*The master placed his hand on the strangers head.*

Master;"Do not worrie about that, you need to rest."

*I smiled up at Snow.*

"There is no need, no one at the temple has ever celebrated a birthday. It is not that we belive they are not important, but with the training there is very little we can do to celebrate anything. Our diets and sechuldeds are strict and we accept that."

*I stood up and turned to Snow and placed my hand out to help her up.*

"Shall we start with todays lesson?"

I nod. "Sure." I took Shiro's hands and he help me to my feet. I look back towards the temple and wondered about the young man. I felt like I knew him but I quickly push the thought of the young man out of my head and I walk calmly beside Shiro but soon my calmness was overtaken by excitement and curiosity as to what today's lessons would be.

I hear the master's words and decide that there was nothing I could do but trust him. I lay my head back and close my eyes. I whisper, "...who are you...where am I..."

*The master spoke quietly*

"Rest, awnsers will come soon enough."

*I led Snow to the back of the training area out of sight of the others. I instructed her to stand straight as i moved behind her gentley placing my hands atop of hers, my knees behind hers. I kept our bodys close together so i could guide her movement.*

"Relax your mind and body, feel the movement and let me guide you. Breathe deep and trust me."

*If the master caught me today this would be the end of my training, but i felt somthing was special about this girl and i belive the master feels it aswell.*

Another day of training and I wondered if Shiro would show me something new today. I inhale and exhale deeply, as if I was releasing everything from my mind out of my mouth. I let my muscles relax and I ready myself for the next step. My eyes were completely focus and my mind and body relaxed. "I'm ready, Nsoromma." I said softly.

"Close your eyes."

*I gently began to push and pull her arms swaying them around each other guiding her each movement, bending her knees with my own, turning her body. The movement was like a flowing river, smooth and soft. I continued the same routine a few times untill i outstreched both her arms joining the base of her palms together ontop each over. I then guided her back and repeated the routine, after a few seconds my touch on her slowly became less and less untill i completely let go of her and took a step back as she continued the routine. I smiled as she carryed out the routine flawlessly. After a few seconds i stood next to her and contined the same routine in sync with her.*

I closed my eyes as commanded and soon I felt my body moving. I felt my arms push and pull, my knees bending, my body turning. The motion felt so fluid and natural that my body responded naturally to it. When the base of my palms joined together, I let out a deep breath. I didn't even notice that Shiro's body was no longer guiding my own as I continue the routine. I continue the same routine a few times before I opened my eyes. I blink a couple of times and I turn my head to see if Shiro was behind me. I look beside me and saw Shiro was doing the same routine with me. I smiled and I turn my attention back to my routine, letting my body follow the routine gracefully and naturally.

I always enjoy training with Shiro, it was a lot better than training with the Master. Oh, how I dreaded sitting in the room with stacks of books and scrolls in front of me. The Master would teach me and help me improve on my language while I would get frustrated. Sometimes I would turn my head to the window and watch the others train but when I do, the Master would always turn my head and make me read again. My northern accent was still a bit strong on my tongue but thanks to the Master, I was able to communicate better and understand what Shiro would say to me.

I stop at the end of my routine and I turn and bowed to Shrio. "Nsoromma, the routines that you give me are too easy. I want something more challenging." I said, speaking slowly and a bit softly. I wanted to be challenged and I wanted to see my knowledge of what Shiro had taught me be put into action. I look up at Shiro and wondered if he would agree with me or if he would suggest otherwise.

*I chuckled slightly under my breath and turned to Snow.*

"These are mearly the movement routines that i am teaching you, to fully unlock your inner strength you must not only master the physical side but also the metal understanding of what it is i am teaching you. Once you understand what it is within you then you can do anything."

*I place my palm flat against the huge stone wall next to us. I close my eyes and curl my hand into a fist and shunt my hand through the wall without bringing my hand back atall. The stone shattered as it was forced from the wall, i turned back to Snow.*

"However this technique i am teaching you is not one that the master should ever know about. If he finds out i am teaching you this then i do not know what he will do to me."

Mitsuhide continued to attack and noticed the shift of Ichigo's blade.that was new. "i understand i have possible a lot more to learn but right now anything that could ever be taught under samurai code i have mastered." he had felt a little bit cocky up until he knew what Ichigo was about to do. more large and powerful attacks that cant be blocked by a blade such as his.he smiled and dodged out of the way before Ichigo could even think about bringing the heavier odashi down toward him. "Just try your worst" he spun his blade back round into the sheathe then crouched down low his his hand hovering over the hilt.

"Want to stop? Because if you dont you will have to fight an ancient almost forgotten technique. As you might know, you cant cut the wind but the wind can cut you." Ichigo said and took in another special stance. This time Ichigo purposely swung strongly past Mitsuhide. It seemed as if she missed the still standing Mitsuhide but she did it on purpose to demonstrate one of her new techniques. The wind sped into the trees. Seconds later, two trees fell over as if someone cut through a tree with a single blow of an axe. "You will always be learning. If you want to be better than me, you will have to learn faster than me." Ichigo said.

He looked as she attacked by missed then heard crashing as two trees fell towards him. he hadnt been quick enough and was engulfed by the trees. Seconds after a loud crack was heard as mitsuhide pointed his blade high in the sky at an angle. The duct cleared and he stood in front of Ichigo."What was that? something about having to be faster?" he laughed and sheathed his blade "Very nice but i think you have a lot to learn yourself" he chuckled

Ichigo laughed loudly. "You think I was clumsy and missed? I missed you on purpose to demonstrate an ancient wind technique. If it hit you, you would seriously be injured! Because only those who master this technique are able to block sharp wind with a sword. Others would just get cut up, if they do not dodge." Ichigo said to Mitsuhide.

I watch in amazement as Shiro demonstrate his strength on the stone wall. Excitement filled my stomach and I nod slowly. "Yes, Nsoromma." I bowed to Shiro and I return to my stance. "Shall I continue with my routine, Nsoromma?" I asked, smiling. I respect and admire Shiro even more. To me, he seemed like the wisest being in the world, other than the Master, and also the most powerful. Perhaps sometime soon, I can become just as wise and powerful as Shiro.

"The routine for what i am teaching you is merely an affectation of this technique. Once you understand this ability you are able to shape and mould it to become a part of you. Instead of using the 'text book' movement why not create your own? But first we shall get the hard part out the way."

*I moved closer to her and sat down crossed legged.*

"Please sit, and close your eyes."

*I closed my eyes and placed my hands crossed one another against my chest.*

I hesitated slightly and I watch Shiro sit down. After he sat down, I slowly lower myself to the ground until I was in a sitting position with my legs crossed and hands resting on my knees. I study Shiro carefully for a short while then I took a deep breath and close my eyes. "Is this another part of my training, Nsoromma?" I asked curiously while opening one eye.

"Only if you wish it to be. If you are able to fully be at peace with yourself and understand what it means to be so then you can find isolation and peace within yourself. Let us begin, just close your eyes and listen to my words."

*I placed both my hands slighty closer to my chest.*

"Concentrate on every sound you can hear, the wind in the trees, the rumble of the ground beneath you. Every sound you can hear you can shut out, place your hands over your heart and feel your heartbeat. Feel the beat in the your hands becoming stronger until you can almost hear it. Concentrate on your heart and everything else will begin to dim and become quiet. Your body works as one but it is your mind that controls it. Try and feel the blood flowing through your veins, it flows live a river, never ending. Every part of your body can move by the mere thought of it. I want you to try and move your arms without using your body. Only use your mind, concentrate hard on the lifeforce within you."

*I small ball of light began to appear between my hands growing in size as i spoke. I began to brush my hands around it restraining it in place.*

I close my eyes obediently and I listened carefully to what Shiro said. It took me a while to understand and figure out what he wanted me to do but eventually I did as told. I found it hard to concentrate on the sounds but soon, my senses tuned out several noises to the point where I could hear certain sounds and identify them. I soon shut out every sound but Shiro's voice so that I could move on to the next thing. I was told to place my hands over my heart and I did as told and I felt my heartbeat. I felt my heartbeat plenty of times but for some reason my heartbeat was different. It was calmer and it beat at a nice rhythm. I felt my muscles relax as I concentrate on listening and feeling my heartbeat then I concentrated on feeling the blood flow. This I found to be difficult but I soon felt the blood flow throughout my body, very much like feeling my ki flow throughout my body. I smile slightly at the feeling, the experience and I listened for more instructions. Shiro had told me to move my arms without using my body?! Only my mind? I couldn't understand how that was even possible. My arms are part of my body, is it not? I didn't want to disappoint Shiro and I decided to focus and concentrate, not letting any doubts in my mind. It took all of my concentration just lift my arms just a few inches in the air and I didn't even take any notice of it.

He laughed, "calm my friend, live is never to be taken so seriously" he looked at the remains of the tree "You kept me on my feet thats for sure. maybe you'll teach this wind technique?" he asked as he turned to look back at Ichigo.
