A blaring horn echoed through out the camp signaling that it was time to get up and start the day. Seren moaned before opening her eyes. Steel gray eyes looked around the dark froom, before the flourscent lights flickered on. She leaped from the top bunk of the bed. She landed on the ground with a soft thud, before scurring away to the bathroom. She shivered as she quickly began to wash up. She looked at her firery red hair in the filthy mirror that as placed over the sink. After she was done she turned on her heels, before exiting the bathroom, just before it was jam-packed with other captives just like herself. It was the same thing every morning. In just a few minutes guards would come and escort them outside. Her eyes drifted towards the window, and she slowly began to make out the strange forcefield that weakened there powers. The door was kicked open and two large men in dark, metallic armor. "All right scum, line up! Come on! Or do you want to be the first to be experimented on!"

Serene got to her feet crossing her arms, before getting in line. The guards shoved and through people into line and if you disobeyed them, you were either killed on the spot, taken to be experimented on...or worse tortured till you either die or lose your mind.

In the line, Ryu stood there glaring at the guards. He was starting to get very irritated by this stupid place. As another guard pushes him to keep goign, he growls at him as he walked. The guard hits him in the head, but Ryu forces himself from falling. He glared back at him with blood going down his face now and continued to walk. He was going to have to hold in this rage if he was going to break out of here alive.

Chaos' thin build was slammed by a guard's meaty hands. "Keep walking hybrid scum," he chuckled, continuing to shove her. She did as she was told, gritting her teeth as she took the pain.

Katherina rose from her bed in a silent fashion, ignoring the chaos the room had become around her. She was small, a lot younger than most of the other captives and scrawny from lack of food, but being in the camp for such a long time allowed her to devise a way to push through the sweaty, close bodies and find her way at the front of the line. She stood there, her back as straight as she could manage, her red eyes as blank and emotionless as the expression on her face. A familiar guard passed her by, he was one of the ones who liked to pick on her. "Hey, don't you give me that kind of look!" He shouted at her. Katherina looked the guard right in the eyes and kept the same emotionless look on her face as she responded. "I do not look at you sir." She answered, her voice cold. For a moment, she could see fear in the man's eyes but his expression quickly changed to one of rage and he slapped her across the face. "Don't you lie to me!" He hissed before moving down the line. Katherina wiped her hand across her bloody nose, her expression had not changed.

Serene looked back as she heard a guard screaming at a small gril.S he went wide eyed as she recongized that it was Katherina. But before she could even act she was being shoved through the door, and out into the cold winter air. she zipped up her jacket her eyes all ways looking back at the small girl and her cold look. Ever since she had been there, Katherina had been here and she watched her. She was quiet cold, and all most scary. She knew what the camp could do to some and Katherina was a prime example. Frowning, she bumbed into a guard, who quickly shoved her to the ground cursing at her, getting ready to aim his gun. But he was stopped by another who just shook his head whispering no yet. She watched as the line continued to walk, her eyes once again resting on Katherina, before she hopped to her feet, and got back in line behind the girl. She shook from the cold and from whar was about to come.

The morning call. They would line up all opf the hybrids and then call out their numbers. if your number was called, experimentation or worse torture. if it wasn't called, you were set off to work, just like any other day. They did this every morning and every time it made her become pale and quiet as she listened to the numbers that they called. This was a truelly twisted an evil place. She was going to escape this place, no matter what it takes.

Chaos prayed her number would be skipped. She could feel her sore wings, screaming for exercise and freedom, agaisnt her frigid back. She saw two familiar faces join the ranks. Serene and Katherina. She didn't move, but glanced at them before turning her attention back to the wretched things taking place.

Ryu noticed that they were near the barrier now that they were outside and sees a room with one of the controls. Ryu looked ahead at everyone and then began to whisper to the hybrids in front and behind him, "When I give the signal, fight back and I'll get the barrier down." He tells them to pass it to the next hybrid to them. He was going to get out, if its the last thing he did.

Katherina stood out in the bitter cold in nothing but a blood stained white T-shirt and a pair of black shorts that were way too big on her. She only had her clothing replaced once since she had entered the camp, because the white dress she had come in no longer fit on her. Her bare feet were as pure white as the snow on the ground and she kept reassuring herself that this was because she is albino and not because of frost bite. She bit her lip, no matter how many winters she had spent at the camp, the cold always took her by surprise because her skin was so sensitive to it.

Katherina was hardly paying attention when the numbers began to get called off. "Listen up you worthless hybrids! Here are today's lucky winners." It was a sick joke among the guards to say this when they called off the daily numbers.. it was best just to ignore it. She zoned out as the numbers were called, not expecting her's to come up again, it had just come up last month. Katherina rubbed her back where they had beaten her senselessly with a belt until she cried out, but she never did.. and her back became raw. She couldn't sleep on it at night and often just sat up all night, thinking of home. "Four Thirteen." She heard the same guard who had slapped her say sharply. Katherina's knees almost gave in, that was her... But she knew she had to move quickly, or she would be dead within seconds. She quickly made her way out of the line and towards the other poor souls who's numbers had been called.

Chaos glanced back to see Ryu. "And what makes you think that will work?" She hissed under her breath, fists clenching as she spoke.

Ryu grins, "The room over there is a control room for the barrier. If I can make it there, the barrier will go down, givving us our powers back and an open path. Now pass it down."

Kathy sighed she hated this place and she was determined not to stay no matter what!She hated humanity for what they did to her she had to escape and get revenge!Kathy sighed as her number wasn't called thankfully meaning work.Kathy heard Ryu whisper and she smiled.She would definently fight back she looked at Chaos"Becasue we have superhuman abilties we might be able to do this!

He looks at the other girl, "Thanks, now keep passing it on, I'll give the signal soon, so get ready."

Katherina was close to crying when she stopped walking and stood in front of the guards, who all gave her horribly mocking grins. She knew she was in for it this time.. she might even die. Why were they targetting her so much lately? She kept to herself.. kept quiet... she never did a damn thing wrong. She had heard whispers in the line about a break out.. but she knew it would fail. She had seen many break outs in her days here, all of them resulted in the usual: slow and painful death for all involved. Of course, she was probably about to face the same right now.

Kathy looked at the boy."Yeah whatever "She said as she kept walking waiting for the signal whatever it would be she was tired of this bad treatment she would show no mercy when she escaped she thought to herself.She turned to see a girl she had been targeted by guards a lot lately Kathy wondered why but she didn't care it wasn't her.The whispers of a breakout had suddenly energized her"Come on I'm waiting"She thought to herself

After he waited for the word to spread, Ryu then thought it was time. He was in a perfect range of the room and only one guard in his way. Then, without warning, Ryu jump kicks the guard in the head and dashes for the room. The other guards yell and shoot at him. "Now!" He yells.

Kathy sighed as the world slowly spread she was getting impatient thinking of attacking she looked over to see Ryu what was he waiting for!She was about to attack some guards but saw him without warning quick and swift kick the guard in the head and dash for the room. Kathy smiled heaing him yell now! looking at two guards she punched one in the stomache and kicked the other in the neck.

Serene heard Ryu's signal and then slowly took to the air, but she only hovered a few feet in the air. she raced over to Katherina, before landing on the ground extending a hand to her. "Come on lets get out here shall we?" she said.
She wasn't going to let Katherina be tortured, espically since they were going to escape, and if they failed they would most certainly die. Serene watched as a guard raced towards the two. She rased her hand an watched as a small ord, raced out of her. It was small and not nearly as strong, but she had to do something. She looked back at Katherina. "You can trust me," she said.

Katherina watched as the guards surronding her quickly dart away, running after the boy and other rebellious hybrids. She just watched in silence with no surprised look on her face. This was typical, something which happened yearly if not monthly.. the snow would be stained crimson red this morning. More guards filed out of the numerous buildings within the camp walls, some had guns, others held small, pointed needles.. their contents deadly. Katherina sat in the snow, trying to bury herself underneath it.. maybe she would freeze to death and this nightmare would just end. She wanted so badly to just disappear.. to turn invisible..

Kathy smiled it was time to get out of here she had trained to master her powers while being trapped here.When some guards shot bullets at her she moved at super speed dodging.She looked at the barrier as more guards charged here they were starting to annoy here.

Serene looked down at Katherina. Was she giving up that easily? Serene let out a moan before she spun around and then kicked two guards to the ground. She ducked before swiping her feet and watching as more fell to the ground. She looked around for a quick second before she took hold of near by rope and then started to twirl it around. She threw it, and tightened it catching four guards. She tightened her grip before swinging them around, knocking a few others to the ground. Was Ryu taking care of the device? If he didn't hurry then they would all suffer a slow and painful death and she knew that this would be her last day. As she continued to fight her mind drifted off.

Maybe she should give up? Perhaps Ryu wouldn't be able to do it after all. She would never be able to escape anyone, and they could probably just kill her. She frowned. No she would keep fightong. She suddenly felt a blow fromthe back sending her to the ground.. She groaned before hopping back to her feet elbowing the guard. She wouldn't last much longer like this. "Ryu what are you doing? Hurry up!" she hollered, getting annoyed.
