Ooh, I'd love to join! (Though this terribly reminds me of my private RP... even a character named "Serene") This is the type of thing I'd like, I WOULD probably just reuse one of my main characters, but they're too smiliar to one of the other profiles. -_- I'll try to write up a profile sometime.

Name: James "Jaws" Locke
Age:22
Apperance: 6'3, 270 lbs, yellow-reptialian eyes, motteled & scaled skin is greenish brown in color-no hair
Personality: Ruthless and hatefull towards those who he feels have wronged him, despite his reptilian nature, James is a highly inteligent and imagineative young man. Is only real weaknesses are the standard cold-bloodedness of reptilians-though he shows it to a lesser extent than others, and is poor people skills.
Bio: Born out of a quasi-legal breeding project to create animalistic gladiators for a now canceled game show, James Locke's parents were, respectively a impessive croc man, and his mother was a snake woman. James recived a good portion of both parents skills and powers, as such, he's rarely bothered by the prision guards.
Abbility: Superhuman strength,speed and durability, able to open moulth 180 degrees and has a poisionus bite, also shows some amphibious qualities.
Other: Best way to placate James is though food-meat only, and alcohol. Is belived (but not confirmed) to have canabilistic tendancies.

Name: Azu Tenryiu
Age: 16
Apperance: He has two forms. One is a tall and skinny human male with fiery red hair that spreads out in all directions like a lions mane. His eyes are a sickening green and his skin is pale. His other form is much more horrendous. It is muscular and covered in black scales, and has a tail. It is a dragonman. He stands erect and large T-rex feet, and his tail sweeps back, doubling his length. It ends in a nasty scorpion stinger. He also has large, powerful wings with green webbing in between the long fingers of the appendages. His head has a short snout full of razor sharp teeth and a forked tongue, and his eyes are also a sickening green. He has red spikes growing from his neck and head in place of hair.
Personality: He was driven insane long ago by the tortures on his pwoerful body. He tends to argue frequently with himself.
Bio: He was born into a very well respected family, but when he started hiccuping acid at the age of three, they sent handed him over to the authorities immediately. He was tested on for a decade before they determined the incredible amount of power he held inside, and they thanked god that the monster was very hard to prompt out. Also, he doesn't exactly understand the powers, so he doesn't ever reach full strength. At the moment he is locked deep in one of the camps, because they were tired of testing on him, for the moment.
Abbility: He has the ability to spit out acid or breathe poison, and when in his monster form he is incredibly strong. He is not particularly fast, but his scales are very, very hard. He can also fly for short periods of time, since his wings are not strong enough yet to support his great weight. He can change forms at will, but his will is broken, so it is actually very hard to do that. (XD)

In this picture, we can see Camp Guards with high-caliber shotguns escorting a LPTV (Light Prisoner Transport Vehicle) through the streets of a small town. The LPTV is headed for one of the camps with a Class-IV Mutant. The armor and clothing worn by the guards is also worn by Manuel.
