OOC: Haha, I love you too, and Cedra-Kun, you're not bothering me. You're usually pretty careful. And it wasn't really a "one person is driving me insane" thing so much as a "friendly" reminder that literacy is important to me. Alright, that's all. Back to the story! Which, by way, is advancing at a ridiculous pace. I was away for 12 hours and there were 2 and a half pages of new posts when I got back. That'll teach me to have a life.

"I believe you do whatever you want if you dont want to be a working girl then dont why didnt you run years ago? let me guess you just couldn't face the outside world not knowing what was out there or wait I got a better one you didnt have the guts to.Dont tell me they tied you down to your bed every night that you lay your head down on your pillow.Or kept every knife in the house away from you. Yeah I rather be a theif to then to be a working girl. And the fact that you have no pockets just tells me you are not worth picking.So you wont find pitty here, I been out on the streets for sometime and I feel I have seen it all"she smiled at the young woman and laughed to herself as she looked at the others in the room."Its men who did those things to you and its them you run too...interesting"

PLOT ADVANCEMENT OF DOOM!

Andalusia opened her mouth to make an angry retort, about ready to attack this insolent new girl whether her powers were available or not, before a female voice spoke from a shadowy corner. "So, you have finally come. I was worried that my call wasn't going to be strong enough, or that the keys had been lost and forgotten somewhere. I'm glad to see that my fears were groundless." Andalusia's eyes widened in shock as the shadowy figure spoke, her hand unconsciously traveling to the key around her neck. "Who are you? How do you know about the keys?"

Shay corrected the woman, "It's not men who did this to me. It's a woman, named Lady Aramin. She took me in and forbade me to leave. If you were here earlier, you would have witnessed why I couldn't have run away. She sent a group of men to take me back...or kill me. So forgive me for not willingly wishing to fight, knowing I can't win, but that was who I was. Now that I have this key, I have a means to defend myself, and I knew I'd be okay if I ran."

She looked up at the significantly taller Tyfer and smiled, "Thank you for being so kind to me, and for looking past what I appear to be on the outside." he glanced back at Sophia when speaking the last few words.

"I don't need to prove myself to you, you just got into a bar fight within ten seconds of meeting a stranger." she frowned.

Tyfer was astounded by how rude the female thief could be. And he had always thought there was more honor amongst his kind. Before he could release Shay to confront the pickpocket face to face, he was cut off by the surprising words of the young lady. Her words of gratitude toward Tyfer made him beam a smile, but it was short lived, soon replaced with a look of worry, sprouted by a voice that echoed out from the shadows. Quickly releasing the Shay, he turned to stare into the darkness of the voice. Not knowing what else to do, he drew blades from his gear and prepped himself for battle, but making sure to keep himself between the new figure and Shay. She's been through enough, and Tyfer wasn't going to let her miseries grow. “You're the one who called us?”

IC:Sophia smiled "your right you dont have to prove yourself to me and if you were here you would know that I didnt start the fight. And I dont back down from fights" She smiled again seeing some guts in the girl for once.Sophia hates weak people when she knows they can be stronger then they think but she saw that the girl would be stronger now that she was on her own.She then grabed the key in her pocket and placed it back on her neck. (OOC: ok i g2g i hope you guys dont hate me cause of my character im not like that irl XD Sophia does let people close to her easly its hard to get to know her but once you do you will know her fav saying is " Its not knowing your friends have your back its know that you have their back")

Shay remained behind Tyfer, leaning slightly to one side to look around him. Who is that?

Moving slightly forward, she stood directly behind Tyfer to make sure there wasn't even a slight gap between the two of them. Her heart began to race at the thought that she would finally meet who it was who had called them.

The figure stepped out of the shadows, revealing itself to be a tall and pretty woman, wearing the clothes of a noblewoman and holding a crystal that glowed a dark blue. "It was I who called you. I think it's far past time that something be done about the way this country is being run. My name is Princess Durand, and I am a descendant of the King who created the keys that you hold in your hand."

OOC-Wow..I missed alot..

Nathan came back down the stairs in time to hear the "Working girl" comment..and the resulting arguement, he was happy to hear that Tyfer was sticking up for her.."Here you go.." he handed Shay a pair of pants and an old but warm shirt, and looked at the young woman with thinly veiled contempt, "You may wish to keep quite..you think your strong, but you act as if your the biggest fish in the sea, so-to-speak, but like you, I've had a heard life..but I also know when to stow my pride.." he restrains his powers as he speaks, not wanting to wreck the inn after managing to avert a major crisis..then the self proclaimed princess appeared from nowhere and began in on her speech, making Nathan rolls his eyes "Royaly" he mumbeled to himself "The bane of existance"..but he knew there really was'nt anything he could do now..and if she was truthful, she might be helpful to know..so he stood on the other side of Shay, and listined. Besides, things around here did suck rather baddly, he noted as he watched a large rat scurry across the floor.

"And how exactly are these keys going to help you do that, especially when we're the ones holding them." Gripping his blades taught, he could feel Shay's heartbeat up against his back. It served as a reminder that she was there, and he was to protect her, which should be easier now that Nathan was back. Feeling a dark energy consume him as the self-proclaimed princess spoke, he began to send tiny arcs of electricity pulsing around the blades of the knives in his hands. She didn't look like she was a real threat, but just in case, he was going to keep the metal charged and ready to fly at the drop of a hat.

Shay accepted the clothes, thankful to have something more conservative to wear. Still behing Tyfer, and now Nathan, she pushed off her cowboy boots and stepped into the pants without removing her nightgown. She slid out of her sweater and the piece of clothing Tyfer had put on her, putting on the new shirt.

She was swimming in the outfit, but luckily the pants had a belt attached. She managed to do it up as tight as possible, still a little loose on her small frame. The dark brown pants touched the floor, a little too long for her legs. Her cowboy boots returned to her feet as she looked down at her new clothes. The shirt was an old dress shirt for a man, dark blue and made of a very warm fabric. The sleeves were too long, so she tried to roll them up, but due to the bagginess, that proved impossible. She merely let the sleeves pour out over the edge of her fingers, ignoring how strange it felt.

"A Princess? I didn't think any Princesses were still alive." she spoke up behind Tyfer softly.

"I see that your control over fire has grown," the shop keeper leapt from branch to branch followed by Firan. Firan pulled off the hood of his dark red, tattered cloak. He was fast for a normal human. "I see you Shop Keep," Firan burned the current tree that the shop keeper was in, still running. "How the... you weren't hurt?" speeding up Firan jumped. "How?" "Ha you suprised Shop Keep? I'm fast aren't I? That means my legs are strong. Therefore I can jump high," landing on a branch he started to catch up.They were getting close to a Village of sorts."Ah... Shandala," the shop keeper sped up. "Give up now Shop Keep," with those words Firan drew his sword. "Good bye boy," the shop keeper jumped torwards what looked like an Inn. "It's not that eas... HE DISAPEARED..." Firan had already jumped off the last branch and went straight through the wall of the Inn-like building.

"There aren't any princesses left, aside from myself," Durand said to Shay. "I'm the only one that still lives, and my identity must be kept a secret, for I am always under attack by powers greater than my own."

"Put your weapons away," the princess scoffed, turning to Tyfer. "I mean you no harm, and I have several bodyguards in this tavern that are loyal to me and will not hesitate to come to my assistance if I require it. I only mean to speak to you, and to ask for your help." She gestured to a nearby table. "Please, sit down with me. The story I have to tell you is long and complicated, and will take some time to tell. I am not your enemy, and even if you do not acquiesce to my request, you will not be harmed as long as you do not attempt to harm me."

Shay stepped from behind Tyfer, approaching the Princess and then followed to the nearby table she pointed towards. She sat down and glanced up toward the others, "We might as well listen to what she has to say..."

OOC: Aaaaagghh!! Flood of posts!!! CURSES!!

IC: Kyro had about a million questions going through his mind that he didn't want answered. Why was Tareias so strong lately? Who the heck is this mysterious guy? why do all of us have keys and meet here? Why is everyone disliking eachother? Why can't I remember getting into a fight with Siophra the theifess? He remembered stopping her from picking him, but not dueling her? And amongst the hardest questions he realized he was staring, mouth shut and looking slightly zoned out. Now there was some new people in the room and he didn't know what was going on. He stuttered. "Uh, um what's going on..." He felt another pulsing headache as Tareias screamed for freedom. The thing that scared Kyro the most was that he was both afraid of Tareias, and at the same time longing to set the beast free.

Nathan's eyes narrowed at this new intruder, "I doubt you'll take anyone here down, and if you know what's best for you, put your blade away." He stepped in front of Shay and readied himself for a fight..and spared Kyro a sidelong glance "Some one get him a cup of water.." he said, noticing the fatiuged look he had, and knowing that now would be a very *bad* time for him to snap.
He found it deeply ironic that a person who overthrew government's for a living was now keeping the peace, or trying to at least.
