Dela tried to glance over people's shoulders at the map. In the meantime, she listened to their suggestion of going to town first for supplies. It made sense to her. Especially since it sounded like their destination was quite a ways away.

Getting a baring for where they were at the moment, she stated, "well, it sounds as though we know where we're going. So, we best start there."

She started walking towards the road, not going to a faster pace since the two-legged usually had trouble keeping up.

Gracie nodded when the centaur spoke, and they headed off in the direction of the town - following Dela, of course. Gracie stayed close to Joel, again looking like that little lost child.

When they arrived in the town, it was a surprise to Gracie. From what the Neko boy Kaizu had said, she had expected it to be quite quiet here, but it was bustling with life. They'd stick out like sore thumbs, which worried her a little. However, she was still happy. They were getting closer to going home, and she loved that idea. Then another thought popped into her head. "Joel..do you think that everything will go back to normal when we go home? Will Nick and Char go back to hating one another and him the obnoxious jock..and us..." She asked him, just wanting his opinion. She trailed off at the end though, not knowing what to say about them.

The trip to town took a bit longer than usual, but the group was happy and whole, so Dela didn't see any reason to complain. For everything that had happened, nothing seemed any different at all. People were wandering around, going about their business as usual. But, there was an edge to everything now. What if those damned things could disguise themselves? What if they showed up in the middle of town with all these people here?

Dela shook herself out of it quickly. Why, she'd deal with them, of course! That's why she was here! She took one more look around and started thinking aloud, "alright, we need supplies, so we best head to the marketplace and see what we can find."

Gracie bit her lip when Joel didn't reply. Maybe she had got his signals mixed up, and he didn't really care about her. She hoped that she was wrong as she liked Joel, but now she wasn't sure. She shoved her hands into the pockets of her trousers and walked away from him. She decided that they should get moving, as she doubted that none of them wanted to die. When she was near Kaizu, she forced a small smile. "So. Where to first?"
