It has been 250 years since the near Apocalypse of the world. But now there is a new problem. The human race as it once was (in organic form) is close to extinction. Out of the 1.2 billion people in the world only a couple hundred are still made of organic flesh and tissue. The Organization for the Rescue of the human race (short: ORHR) has the duty to protect the human specimen from The Cyborg Supremacists. But then there are Rogues who are on neither side and kill people when they want.
Cyborgs: Cyborgs make up 99.9% of the world population. They are made of artificial tissue and muscles, silicon skin, a skeleton made of titanium or similar robust metals and have a blue blood like substance in their bodies. The average cyborg is more robust than an organic human and is 3-4 times stronger. But Rogues, ORHR and Supremacists have special upgrades turning them into killing machines. The upgraded cyborgs are strong enough to kill normal cyborgs with their bare hands.
Non-cybernetic humans: There are only about a thousand of them which means that they are near extinction. In fear of them getting killed and having no chance of human reproduction the ORHR has taken measures to protect them and take out the supremacists.

Factions:
Rogues: Although rogues are considered to be outlaws, they can be quite useful. Most of them are mercenaries who are loyal to the highest bidder. But some have their own reasons and are for particularly for one side but still want to be lone wolves. They get upgrades from contractors, the black market or they make the upgrades themselves (with required technical knowledge of course).
ORHR aka Organization for the Rescue of the Human Race: They are seen as the good guys. They want to protect the non-cyborgs from extinction. ORHR is a government organization. They get their upgrades from government installations.
Cyborg Supremacists: They want to eradicate the non-cyborgs and are at war with ORHR. Not much is known. They get upgrade mainly from the black market.

Background: Kyina was born in a place which was called Georgia (country) 250 years ago. She spent her childhood there until she got very sick. She got cybernetic surgery. Two years after she witnessed her still human brother get murdered by her parents. They went insane after seeing their daughter become a cyborg and wanted to keep their son from becoming one too. Soon after Kyina killed her parents to avenge her brother. At the age of 15 she fled to Armenia then to Europe. She then became a rogue to protect humans from cyborgs but didnt want to be a part of the government. She adopted a cyborg girl, who was 4 years younger than her, as her younger sister. The girls name is Dahlia. Dahlia is used by Kyina as support and a type of storage unit.

A little info on cyborg models:
The main cyborg body companies are Kantera (mostly military), AT (Aon Technologies, civilian) and Cygen (mainly civilian upgrades and also makes some cyborgs).
Cyborg models already known: Kantera X-series, AT 10 to 35 and the Odveli Pandora Combat and Storage Unit aka Dahlia Odveli.

Kantera - It is known as a government owned company for agent and military cyborgs. It makes cyborgs bodies only for government agencies and made one body for Kyina Odveli for helping in the research of cyborg interior weapons (grenade launcher in Kyinas arm).
AT - It started out as a small company for making cyborg bodies for very sick people and cripples 235 years ago. At that time the cyborgs were more like androids with human memories because they didnt have emotion capability and artificial flesh. Nowadays almost every civilian has a AT body. Mostly AT 20s or 30s.
Cygen - Makes upgrades for civilians for maintenance and special features like higher processing speed or a plug for cybernet (similar to PCs at the time before cyborgs). They also make upgrades for service like inbuilt cleaning utensils. They also make a couple high quality luxury bodies.
Odveli - A recently founded weapons company. The founders are rogues name Kyina and Dahlia Odveli. They make high standard weapons for ORHR and other rogues at a somewhat limited amount. Kyina Odveli also makes high quality and very robust cyborg bodies for only rogues with some exception to trusted ORHR members. Until now the only models are Pandora (only 1), Omikron (2 in total), the Alpha series (9 in total) and the Ishtar (a body she made for herself).
