More like $5 at your mom!, jk jk.. But really I did a video podcast not to long ago for class, and it was almost free. and some comps come with a webcam.

Ok I just came here, doing my evening RPGateway rounds, and I have to say, you three did a damn good job with the podcast. It had the casual feel of a board meeting among friends, yet the authority of an official corporate podcast. The lenght was long enough to keep me active, but not as long as a good lecture would be. Nice balance, and I will be waiting for the next one!

Edit: Also, the podcast was pretty awesome, there were times i forgot it would refresh and moved to the next page and it restarted, but I got through most of it. I even got mentioned in it.

To solve the problem of the podcast being embedded and not pop-up is to open the site up again in another window. The newer versions of both Internet Explorer and Firefox allow you to open up new tabs. Just right click the link and select "Open in New Tab" or "Open in New Window." That way, you can have the podcast going in one window, and you can still do you site surfing in another, leaving the podcast undisturbed.

Thanks for the advice, Melfina : D Now that I've listened to the podcast in its entirety, I must say, very good job, you Remaeus, Circ, and Sinful Soul. I was surprised how quickly 50 minutes passed!

I think we should congratulate people on living so long in this world.

For all that are concerned I have spoken with Eric and Circ and Ep 2 is in the planning stage, so watch this space

I will be absolutely astounded if you guys can manage 50 minutes of content next time. I also second the guest interviews and such motion that's flying around.

Also, I honestly think it'd probably be a bit more captivating to do less time (30 minutes = prime choice) with more frequency. A weekly 30 minute podcast would be epic, in my opinion. If it got popular enough, we could even try to organize interviews with off-site celebrities/figureheads in the world of roleplaying and the associated subcultures linked to it (Anime and video games, namely).

Other than those two things, I actually really enjoyed this, and not just because my name was mentioned multiple times, although if everybody didn't pronounce it incorrectly in their head before (The Japanese pronunciation is much different than the way it was said, although I personally prefer the pronunciation that was used in the podcast), they will now. XD

But yeah, good show. I enjoyed. Of course a little bit more formatting work should probably be done (Weekly segments aren't bad. >_>) and a big tighter production quality, although I'm sure that's a result of Eric not expecting this much popularity from it.

It would be good to here some talks about actual Rps that are flying around, whats good, and whats breaking down. Or maybe talk about future and current contest and ideas. Since you guys already talked about the fighting league.

Can't wait for episode 2! =D

Episode two is nearly here! We've been listening to your comments and we're planning on implementing a few of the suggestions. And just so you all know, that last 50 minute podcast was all improvised off the top of our heads. We were just testing the ground to see what we could get out of it.

I also apologize for the lack of quality in Circ's voice and mine. It was being fed to Eric's computer and his voice got full quality, but because it had to decode our voices it went to a lower quality. The direction we want to take this podcast is try and make it more interactive with the community. The Staff members are all RolePlayers themselves and we're just here to organize things to help make a community that is fun for all of us. But it is the users that keep us going, without you guys there would be no need for us. I can't lay down specifics on when this will happen, but it's very possible that you guys might actually be SEEING us on a monitor near you!

And get your questions ready! If you're lucky you might even get them answered, or even better - a chance to discuss your opinion with us on the air!

Haha...geez Remaeus. I forgot what your voice sounded like. Anyway, pretty cool podcast. Oh, and I like the music in the background. The second one...Um....Blues something? That's my favorite.
