Jessica couldn't help but be slightly excited when she saw it was snowing lightly outside. The holidays were over, but they had left her in a good mood. It reminded her of being a child, watching the snow fall and hoping it would pile up enough that school would be canceled. Now, though, she was only hoping that it didn't snow too hard-- she was, after all, driving to school. She glanced over at her alarm clock to see she had been daydreaming for a few minutes now. With a sigh, she got out of bed, and went down to the bathroom. She showered and blow dried her hair, changing into her uniform.

At the sight of her uniform, she was reminded of what was happening today. The students of Everwood-- the local public school, would be going to St. Joseph's. She grimaced at the thought of them inside her school. It was unfair that they got to study at such a prestigious school for free, even if their school had been on fire. Parents payed a high tutition for their kids to have the privilege of attending the academy. The public schoolers probably wouldn't even understand how lucky they were. Not to mention they were probably low class troublemakers. Was it even safe to have them in the same school? These annoyed thoughts filled her head as she dressed, and as she pulled her freshly dyed hair into a high ponytail, she was starting to dread returning to school. Jessica lined her bright green eyes with a bit of khol and put on some lipstick, meanwhile deciding she would just have to ignore the Everwood kids, and hope that they would choose to do the same.

Her footsteps were loud in the empty house as she made her way downstairs-- her father had already left for work, and her stepmother was still asleep. She had a breakfast of coffee and cereal, absently staring at the kitchen cupboards as she ate. When she was finished, she decided to head out right away. She would have to drive slowly since it was snowing, even if it was light. She pulled on a parka at the door, grabbed her black messenger bag and keys and went out through the garage.

Nearly every St. Joseph's student who could drive owned a car, and even Jessica was no exception. Her was a black BMW, nothing too flashy, but obviously expensive. She backed slowly out of the driveway, noticing the tire tracks from her father's car. She turned onto the large street, driving more slowly than usual, and with the windshield wipers turned on. Her radio was tuned, unexpectedly to a rock station-- Jessica actually liked rock music, and had a bit of a thing for bad boys. Nobody would have ever expected for her to have celebrity crushes, never mind on rockstars who wrote songs about sex and smoked too much, but she did. Jessica couldn't help it, but managed to keep it a secret. In the back of her mind, she wondered if any of the Everwood students were hot bad boys, though she quickly stifled the thought.

She pulled up to the school, earlier than most students arrived, and found a parking space close to the school. It was still snowing as she headed inside to her locker. There was a sign on the front door telling all Everwood students to report to the auditorium to receive their schedules, and Jessica couldn't help but frown, imagining being in the same class with them. She glanced around, her heels clicking as she made her way down the halls. As far as she could tell, there were no Everwood students here yet. Only a few St. Joseph's students were at the school, muttering to each other about the public school students. She took off her jacket and left it in her locker, along with the books that she didn't need until after lunch. Jessica smoothed down her uniform's skirt, feeling a bit nervous.

Selena stretched as she got out of bed. Viper who was curled up on the bed hopped off the bed in a huff after being displaced by Selena. She looked out the window and and saw it was lightly snowing.
"It's so pretty isn't it Scarlett?" Selena asked as she picked up the puppy that was laying on the floor. Scarlett barked. She put Scarlett down and went to her closet and pulled out her uniform. The sight made her worry for the Everwood kids were going to their school. She pulled on her uniform and sat in front of her mirror to do her hair.
"How should I wear it today Viper?" Selena asked. Viper had hoped to the top of Selena's dressing table. Viper played with a set of chopsticks. Selena smiled before she kissed Viper on the head. She ran a brush through her hair and pulled it into the bun.

She then started in on her make-up. She put mascara on first, outlined her blue eyes with a silver eyeshadow, put on foundation, and put on a light pink lipstick. As she stood from the table she scratched Viper behind the ears which earned Selena a pur from the cat. She also patted Scarlett on the head. She opened the door and walked out of her room. She made her way to the kitchen. She poured cat food and dog food into Viper, Cobra, and Scarlett's bowls. She made sure they weren't low on water and then made her own breakfast.

Ted yawned as he got out of bed. He glanced out the window and sighed because it was snowing. He got out of bed and went to his closet to pull on his uniform. As he stood in front of his mirror pulling a comb through his short black hair, he yawned again. Cobra padded out of the room because he heard food being poured for him. Ted put some hair gel in his hair to keep it in place and then he walked out of his room. As he walked into the kitchen he saw his older sister making breakfast.
"Morning Lena could you make me some to?" Ted asked.

Selena nodded as she poured her brother a bowl of cereal that matched hers. She ate quietly as she watched the animals eat.
"We should get going soon." Selena said after she finished her breakfast.

"I know." Ted said as he ate. Some days his sister was a bit obvious.
"Hey aren't those Everwood kids coming today?" Ted asked.

Selena nodded as she pulled on her shoes and grabbed her coat and her messenger bag. She was putting on her coat when she noticed Ted grab his stuff as well. She put the bag over her shoulder and grabbed the keys to the car they shared.
"You're not driving I will." Ted said after he put on his coat and shouldered his backpack. He grabbed the keys from his sister and walked to the garage. He smiled as he unlocked the door to the red 250 Spyder GT California. Luckily the top was up on the convertable.Selena sighed as she got into the car.
"Why can't I drive?" Selena asked. She leaned her head back as her brother pulled out of the garage and started the drive to school.
"I love you put I don't want to crash." Ted said with a smile. He noticed Selena send him a death glare. He shrugged but kept calm as he pulled into the school parking lot. They both got out of the car and headed toward their lockers which were side by side.

Alice stared at her reflection in the full length mirror that was in the corner of her bedroom. It felt a little weird to be in her school uniform again but she was happy to be returning. She had not always been so happy about going to St.Josephs but she had come to love the school. She reached for a black hair tie and pulled her long brown hair up into a ponytail. She tugged slightly on the hem of her skirt as a smile appeared on her lips. She turned to look at herself from a different angle and shrugged. She turned away from the mirror and glanced out the frost decorated window. The holiday's were over and reality was slowly starting to sink in. It was no secret that the students of Everwood High were going to be attending St.Josephs. She had been shocked when she heard about it. She loathed the idea of having public school kids in her school. They had no idea how much of honor it was to be able to attend St.Joseph's Academy.

She grabbed her leather canvas bag before she made her way down the stairs. The apartment was silent due to the fact that she actually lived by herself. Her parents were off in Asia because of her father's work. She would get the occasional e-mail from them and her mother made sure to call her once a week to see how things were going. She knew that most parents would not trust their children to live alone but Alice was not like most people her age. She entered the kitchen and set her bag down on top of the island. She quickly made a bagel and poured herself a cup of orange juices. While she waited for her bagel to be done she went to the front hall to grab her black pea coat. After she ate and threw on her coat she decided it was time to go.

She hurried towards her Mercedes S55 AMG and unlocked the doors. Her dad had bought her the car the last time he had been in the country. She threw her bag into the passenger seat and slammed the door shut. She slid the key into the ignition and began backing out of the driveway. She turned on the radio, hearing Death Cab for Cutie come on. She grinned as she pressed down slightly on the gas. She sang along to the music and tapped the steering wheel with her freshly manicured nails. She arrived at St.Josephs to see that not too many people were there yet. She found a spot near the building and parked. She saw a few of the Everwood kids walking towards the main doors and made a face.

She turned off her car and put her keys into her coat pocket. She stepped out of her car and nudged the door shut with her hip. She threw her bag over her shoulder, noticing a few people staring at her. She rolled her eyes as she walked towards the main doors. She hated the fact that St.Joseph's was letting public school kids come in because of a fire. Weren't their other schools that could take them? She scoffed as a few people laughed while she walked past. It was going to be a very interesting year. She walked towards her locker, beginning to shrug off her coat as she twisted the lock.

"Bridget! Wake up! You need to get ready for your first day!" shouted Bridget's mother as she pounded on her daughter's bedroom door. Alice groaned as she rolled onto her back. Her eyes fluttering open as a yawn escaped from her lips. She glanced towards her alarm clock and made a face. It was the first day of school after winter break. Normally she would have been getting ready to go to Everwood High but there had been a fire. Now she was being forced to go to St.Joseph's, the school for snobs. She rolled out of her bed, running her hands through her hair. Her new school uniform was hanging up in her mess of a closet. She trudged towards her closet and yanked it out. She hated that she was going to be wearing the exact same thing as everyone else.

She looked towards her other clothes longingly, biting down on her lip. She threw the uniform onto her bed before beginning to undress. She carefully put on the uniform, not looking at herself in the mirror. There was no way she wanted to see what she looked like. She slid on a pair of black Mary Janes that her mother had bought for her that weekend. She grabbed her red trench coat and shrugged it on. It was the only thing that was going to make her stick out. She pulled her hair up into a messy bun that was held in place by chopsticks. She walked out of her room and down into the kitchen. Her parents were eating breakfast, her mom watching the news and her dad reading the morning paper.

She kissed the both of them goodbye before grabbing a cup of coffee. She snatched up her blue messenger bag that was covered with tons of buttons along with the keys to her Jeep. She made her way outside, avoiding a few patches of ice. She climbed into her car and began to drive to St.Joseph's. She was nervous about going to the school but she wouldn't admit it. She knew that it was a lot different then Everwood and she was not comfortable with that. She reached the school and parked in a spot that was as far from the building as possible. She took a few deep breaths before climbing out.

She made her way towards the main doors, seeing that she needed to auditorium to get her schedule. She stepped inside and looked around. It was clear that she was going to have to get used to a bigger school with rich bratty kids. She slid her hands into the pockets of her coat as she began to walk towards the auditorium.

"Son-uv-a-bitch, Damon! That's my girlfriend you're talking about." Yelled Paul, clearly frustrated and annoyed with his younger roommate. Damon simply rubbed his cheek, quite sure their would be a red mark in the shape of a woman's hand there pretty soon. "Yeah? Well next time tell her not to wake me up with her god awlful screamin'." He retorted with an eye roll, and the blond hair blue eyed surfer roll just huffed, grabbed his keys, hastily running out the door. "Because of you, I don't think they'll be a next time!" Called the blond, while Damon strode over, grabbing hold of the doorknob, peering over and down the stair rail of their apartment building. "Good! Then we won't have this issue now will we?" He called right back before, hearing the faint, fading sound of Paul's pleas. "Amanda! Wait up! ..C'mon, he didn't mean it!.. I'm sorry!..Amanda!"

Damon gave another eyeroll. Pathetic. He thought, sighing contently as the sound of silence."Finally." He murmured, checking the clock and going about his usual morning routine as if nothing had happened. A quick shower, a pair of jeans and-"Sonuva-.." He groaned quietly, as if suddenly remembering he wasn't heading to Everwood. His blue eyes turned to glare at the uniform in the corner of his room. He dropped his jeans to the floor and stepped out of them. "I. F'ing. Hate. Ties." He complained to no one other than himself as he reluctantly pulled on the dress pants, and buttoned up the collared shirt. It all felt so stiff, and not to mention slightly wrinkled. Did he care? Not a bit. In fact, he couldn't care less.

Leaving the top two buttons undone so the thing wasn't choking him, Damon tied the tie, an ability he one had learned from going to one to many funerals. He purposely tugged it down low and loose, so it wasn't as annoying. Suddenly his eyes flicked to the sweater vest with the school logo proudly printed smack dab in front. "..Oh hell no." He murmured, before stuffing the thing in his bag..'just in case'. Without a thought he stepped into his simple black and white converse and pulled on his leather jacket. Finally, he slung the bag over his shoulder, stuffed his latest copy of Romeo and Juliet in his back pocket, grabbed his keys off his night stand and headed out the door, wearing a less-than-happy expression.

He fumbled with his keys for a moment before climbing into the drivers seat and nursing his cold engine to life. A 1968 Chevy Camaro; or better known as his Life. Needless to say he loved his car, and it had cost him a god-damn mint to restore the thing but hell, was it worth it. He turned up the radio, rock of course, and clicked through the CD until he found his favorite song, letting it play through from there on. The music helped him forget where he was heading that was, until he had arrived. Parking in the first open spot he saw, Damon slung his bag over his shoulder once more, locked his doors and trekked through the fresh layer of still falling powder up to the school doors.

Surprisingly he wasn't late, in fact, he was early, what with Paul's damn girlfriend waking him up. Sighing, he read the sigh, rolled his eyes and nudged the door open with his shoulder. Heres goes nothin'.. He thought sarcastically to himself, walking down the hall in a lazy search for the auditorium. He easily ignored the looks he was getting from the rich snots, as he managed to read his book and walk through the mostly vacant halls, glancing up every now and then. Eventually he had found the large, ornately decorated room, thus causing him to pause in the doorway as he stared oddly. Well, they really go all out now don't they.. Thought Damon with yet another eye roll as he strode in, took the seat in the far back. He dropped his bag down, kicked his feet up and leaned back to read his book until it was a decent time and other students began arriving.

She was an early bird, rising before the rest. In this case, Jasmine, up from 5:30 A.M., when her parents were still asleep, searching for any way possible to brighten up a dull uniform. That certain, goddamn uniform. She had no particular ideas why private schools encouraged hideous articles of clothing to be worn in public. Were they trying to eliminate the beautiful individuality of style? Sitting cross legged on her bed, Jasmine tapped her index finger against her chin, deep in thought. Bandannas would go hideously with the style of a sleeveless sweater. She had already decided to wear a white half-sleeved blouse underneath, but that seemed too plain beyond believe. That optional golden tie sitting over there didn't make things much better, save for a little more shiny. Rolling her eyes a bit, she got off her butt and searched through her drawers, pulling out a belt from her selections. It was about 6:30, since she took such a long time thinking to herself. That aching position was surely to take a toll on her back.

Getting dressed quickly, shoving the sweater into her bag, she stuffed in the golden tie as well, just in case she got a random motivation to tie it on. After a quick brush, comb, and wash, Jasmine was ready to go, adding a few bracelets and adjusting the belt to rest delicately on her hips. Her wavy hair fell down in lazy curls, where her face lacked make-up, save for some lip gloss and light eyeliner. Grabbing her checkerboard tote bag as well as slipping on a black jacket, she frowned as her parents were yet to wake-up. They slept like babies, and her father didn't have work until 9:00 or so, and in the past years, her mother turned rather...lackadaisical. She glided into the kitchen, slipped to Eggo waffles into the toaster, and went to dig into shoes, huffing as she only found heels, converse, and nike. Damn, she had forgotten all about the shoes thing. Picking out the closest thing to plain, she put on a pair of black flats.

Hearing the waffles pop was the signal to get out of the house. She quickly caught a bus, rode a silent trip to St. Joseph's, and hopped off, however, stuck in her tracks. That building, they called that a school? What did they do, empty out a castle and refurbish it? Shaking it off, she simply walked up to the door and tore it open, amazed by the inside as well. It was much better than Everwood, but perhaps a little too clean for her liking. Those damn rich people. As she strode down the hallways for that certain auditorium, she could feel daggers glared on her back, by the St. Josephers no less. She repressed the urge to whip around and throw a nearby trash can on their heads; give them a taste of what dirty was like. Seeing how they obviously have never experienced it before. She pictured them holding handkerchiefs everywhere they went, avoiding every drop of mud they saw. Screaming at the sight of worms, making a fuss whenever someone sneezes. Or, maybe they were the bitch type, taking their money for granted, spoiled, stuck-up snobs. Brats.

Little did she notice that tiny smirk lifting the corner of her lips as she finally located a flamboyant, decorated room, one which she assumed was the auditorium. It was over the top, in her opinion. She was so used to the plain and simple Everwood that this high-class stuff was like learning a new language. Finding a spot somewhere off to the side, she sat down quietly and craned her neck to look for some people she might know, but there were only a few people in the auditorium which she might have passed by in the halls. Giving up, she sank back into her seat, crossed her legs, and waited for the whole crap to begin.

"...Why do i have to wear this?..." Yasuo commented emotionless as he saw his reflection on a full length mirror in his room, his jet black hair neatly messy the way he liked it and his piercing obviously showing in his ears and the ones in his lips. The uniform he wore was not to his taste at all, it was to bright in color and it made him feel like a dress up doll. He left the last three button on his white dress shirt unbuttoned, his dress pants were well kept due to his brother insisting on it, but he argued about the vest he and won the fight on not wearing it. He had black boots on and of course he had done his make up really early in the morning. His dark make up sort of clashed with the bright uniform he now was wearing, a petite long jet black hair girl snickered in the doorway of the black colored room with the only light that lit it was from the open dark gray curtains of the window across them that showed light snow coming down.

"Hey, come on you look great Nii-chan" Akemi commented smiling with his hands on his hips at his brother who was not in a great mood. Yasuo turned his head and gave his twin a look of are-you-in-insane!, Akemi just laughed lightly at his brother "come on, we need to eat before we go" he said happily, smiling brightly, going near his brother and patting him on the back as a sign it'll-be-okay. "Yea, maybe this year you guys can get girlfriends and maybe they will be colorful ones" the little girl commented laughing, holding her sides because she could stop laughing at the sight of her brothers or her comment. Yasuo rolled his eyes, Akemi did to and then ran after her laughing, the little girl screamed happily and ran for it out the door. Akemi stopped by the doorway before chasing his little sister any further "everything will be okay Nii-chan...don't worry" Akemi said looking at Yasuo with a warm smile, Yasuo looked away to look at his reflection and just nodded. Akemi walked out, and laughing could be heard down the hall of both Akemi and their little sister.

Yasuo sighed deeply "let's see if anything will be good..." he whispered to himself sadly, he walked over to his bed and grabbed his black messenger bag and then grabbed his guitar case that was leaning against his bed's side. He slung the messenger bag strap over his head and placed it on his left shoulder and then slung his guitar case's strap on his left shoulder, too. He walked over to his dark brown desk and grabbed his motorcycle keys, from his black Suzuki Hayabusa that he had received from a very good friend of his descent father. Yasuo walked over to his window and stared out of his room in his small family house as the snow lightly fell, he sighed once more and closed the currents shut making the once lit room complete dark as it always is. He walked out of his room closing the door behind him gently, he walked down the hall way and into the living room/kitchen.

"Come Nii-sama or your food will get cold" his little sister yelled from the table as Yasuo stepped in fully into the living room/kitchen. He shock his head "not hungry...don't worry" he said calmly walking over to his little sister and petting her in the head, though now she was a freshman in high school to Yasuo and Akemi she was still their little baby sister the one they are going to protect fully so nothing could happen to her. "Okay then Nii-chan at least eat this apple okay? Oka-san wants you to eat properly" Akemi commented seriously but was smiling and handed Yasuo a red apple. Yasuo nodded and didn't complain and took the apple putting it in his bag, their mother had left pretty early that day though it wasn't a surprise. Ever since their father's and baby sister's death she has engulfed herself in work so not to be at home were everything reminds her of her dead husband and dead child. "Okay we better go Nii-chan, Chiyo dress warmly and head to school okay?" Akemi said smiling at his little sister petting her in the head, "Hai Hai" she responded happily, and kept eating her breakfast.

Akemi grabbed his dark reddish guitar case from the table chair and his black messenger bag, just like his twin Akemi slung the messenger bag strap over his head and placed it on his left shoulder and then slung his guitar case's strap on his left shoulder. Yasuo walked out from the kitchen area and to the living room where the front door was located, he opened the door and saw it was snowing. "Hey Nii-chan here its cold outside you'll catch a cold if you don't wear a jacket" Akemi said throwing his brother a long black coat (the one in his character sheet). Yasuo caught it and smile a faint smile at his twin they both walked out the door saying good bye to their little sister and headed to the side of the house where their motorcycles where. Akemi had the same back as Yasuo except it was a dark brick red, they both got on their bikes and turned them on, placed on their helmets and drove off their home into the street.

Once they drove to the street St. Joseph was located at, Yasuo and Akemi drove right in their motorcycles making a lot of noise due to the engines been loud. They got many stares from arriving students that attended St. Joseph and waves from their friends from Everwood, Yasuo and Akemi stopped at two parking placed and turned off there bikes. They took off their helmets and shook their heads to somewhat fix their hair from the helmets pressure. "well here we are Nii-chan" Akemi said looking up at the school building smiling "ready?" he said turning his head over to his twin, Yasuo sighed, his way of responding his brother's question, Akemi just laughed and got off his bike and so did Yasuo placing there helmets on their bikes and fixing the guitar straps and messenger bags on their shoulders before heading inside.

They walked up to the building calmly, Akemi with a smile on his gorgeous face, while Yasuo had an emotionless expression on his. They walked in to the building already getting weird stares and whispers from the St. Joseph students, the Twins just ignored them and made their way to the auditorium. Akemi was amazed by how big the place was, Yasuo could careless and just walked over to a seat and sat down, Akemi sighed disppointed at his brother's lack of interest on the place. He followed him and sat down next to him with his legs crossed, "hopefully this year shall be fun" Akemi commented happily looking at his twin "hopefully there won't be any blood fights instead" Yasuo commented back emotionless to his brother, as he stared up at the stage before them.

Alice was grumbling under her breath as she opened her locker. There were a few pictures of her and her friends taped to the door. A small mirror hung along with a dry erase board. Despite the fact that Alice seemed to have a thing for messes her locker was always neat and organized. She placed her coat on the hook and glanced around the hall. She saw plenty of Everwood kids walking towards the auditorium. The sight of them inside her school made her stomach turn. She didn't get why they went to one of the other public schools with other troublemakers. She turned back towards her locker and reached for the books for her morning classes. That was when the thought that some of the former students of Everwood might be in some of her classes. She shuddered as she prayed that there weren't too many. She had no idea how she would act around them since they were the total opposites of the people she had grown up around.

She tucked her books in the crook of her arm and looked towards the door of her locker. Some of the pictures were of her with the other members of the girls lacrosse team. Others were pictures that had been taken during her travels. The sight of them made her smile. She slammed her locker shut and leaned against it for a few seconds. Despite what was going on at her school she was thrilled to be back. Even though she wouldn't mind being in Italy or England again. She knew that her parents thought that her education was more important. There was nothing that could possibly make them change their minds. She looked around in hopes of finding a familiar face. She noticed a few of the Everwood kids staring at her like she was from another planet and rolled her eyes at them. They all looked away but began whispering among themselves.

She scoffed in disbelief as she pushed herself away from the locker. Her eyes landed on Jessica and her lip gloss coated lips curved into a smile. She was glad to see someone she knew. She weaved her way through the groups of students. She noticed a girl walking towards the auditorium that had a belt around her waist. She held back a laugh, knowing that one of the teachers was bound to say something about the dress code violation. She finally reached Jessica and tapped the girl on her shoulder," Hey Jessica, how was your break?"

Bridget glanced around as she tried to remain unnoticed. If there was one thing she didn't like it was attention. The eyes of the St.Josephs students seemed glued to her as she walked through the hall. She knew that her coat didn't exactly help matters. She slid it off quickly and threw it over her arm. She noticed a few kids from Everwood walking through some doors and figured that it was the auditorium. She took a deep breath as she realized that she would be in a room filled with people from her old school. That thought actually comforted her. She brushed past a few people before making her way in. When she did she had to stop herself from gaping.

It was clear that the school was for rich kids. She was not used to seeing such a lavish room for a school. Everwood's auditorium looked like nothing compared to St.Josephs. She couldn't help but feel a little out place. Her eyes scanned everything around her. She saw that there weren't too many people there yet. She shrugged as she tried to find a place to sit. She eventually chose to sit in the very back. She didn't want to have more people looking at her or something. She doubted anyone would but you could never be too careful. She lowered herself into one of the seats and set her bag down at her feet.

She leaned down to unzip it and pulled out her i-pod. She put one of the ear buds in before turning it on. She was going to leave one of the ear buds out so she could hear when things got started. She began to scroll through her music, barely paying attention to anything going on around her. She tended to get lost in her own little world sometimes. She clicked on the song, Ignorance by Paramore and leaned back. She had no idea how long it was going to take for things to get started.

Selena smiled as she opened the door to her locker and looked at some of the pictures. Her dry erase board had her quote for the month and some of her to-do-list for the month and she also had a mirror in her locker.
"Hey Ted should I change the quote?" Selena asked.
"My first guest tonight
she's shiny, she's sexy, she's sassy, she's been around the block but she always come home to daddy
The Intercontinental Championship" ~ By Chris Jericho
The pictures on her locker door were special to her. One of her whole family, one of Evan Bourne in the middle of Air Bourne, and Chris Jericho's return.

Ted leaned over his sister's shoulder.
"Leave it I love that quote." Ted said. He put some of his books into his locker. He grabbed the books he needed. He looked at his locker door that almost mirrored his sisters. He dry erase board held a quote from the same guy.
"I'm going to Ortonize it." - Chris Jericho. His pictures were different then his sisters though. He had one of the family, one of his former girlfriend from France, and one of his best friend from Rome.

Selena nodded as she put her books and coat and her locker. She hung the coat up on the hook and grabbed the books she needed for her first three hours.
"I like yours to bro." Selena said as she closed her locker door. She snapped her fingers as she spun the lock again to open the locker again. She looked at her appearance to make sure she didn't have a hair out of place. Afterwords she closed her locker door.

Ted put his coat on the hook and shouldered his bag. He smiled as he closed his door.
"I do to." Ted said. They both walked away from their lockers. Ted stuffed the keys in his pocket. He smiled at his sister.

"You should call her later." Selena said as she leaned against her brother.

Jessica turned, feeling a tap on the shoulder, half expecting an Everwood kid. She was releived to see Alice, who also seemed to be glad about finding another St. Joseph's student. There were already Everwood kids making their way to the auditorium. She smirked, noticing that many of them had tried to modify their uniforms to make themselves 'unique'. Around here, they stuck out anyways, even if they were dressed the same as everyone else.

Jessica turned her attention back to Alice. Her answering tone was a bit uninterested-- it wasn't that Alice bored her. It was just that it seemed strange discussing the holiday break when everyone really wanted to talk about the Everwood kids. "It was fine, we had relatives from Paris visit. You?" She said nonchalantly. And for her, it was normal. She had relatives all over the world, as Alice probably did too. Jessica knew that the other girl had travelled all over the world herself. Alice had settled down just to attend St. Joseph's, and she was probably even more so annoyed that these poor kids were simply allowed in.

Her green eyes trailed after a few more Everwood kids as they passed, listening absently to Alice's answer. She shook her head and frowned, barely focused on what Alice had said."I can't believe they're here." She sighed, not caring who heard. The Everwood kids already knew what they were thought of around here, no need to keep quiet. Jessica wasn't the kind of person who said mean things for the sake of being mean, but if they were honest and cruel, she had no problem with telling the truth. Besides, she was just so frustrated about them being here, and probably couldn't explain half the reasons why.

"I've thought about it but she could have a boyfriend and it would be weird for another guy to call her." Ted said with a shrug.Selena raised an eyebrow at her brother and leaned on him while taking his wrist in her hand.
"You've but a lot of that didn't you?" Selena asked.
"Have you called Rick yet?" Selena asked. Rick had always seemed to be closer to Ted than any friend Ted had ever made anywhere else including here.

"I did put a lot of thought into calling Marie." Ted said as he smiled down at his sister.
"No I was planning on calling him after we got home." Ted said. He knew his sister would freak if he talked on the phone and drove at the same time.

"Good he would like to hear from you." Selena said as she smiled at her brother. She looked at all the kids.
"Can you believe them?" Selena asked. She dropped her voice a few decibles.

"It's a different school a different experience." Ted said. They'd been the new kids plenty of times so they knew what it was like.Selena nodded. Her mind was flashing back to some of the times they had as new kids and all the kids staring at them so she looked away from the Everwood kids.

Josh was up earlier than pretty much everybody. 4:30 to be exact. He had a precise routine that he followed every morning. He woke up, grabbed his iPod, changed into some sweats and a sweatshirt and went for a 4 mile jog. The cold never stopped Josh. In fact, it motivated him even more. His goal was to make his winter speed equal to his spring speed. Everyday, he would mark the time of that day down. Today was no different. After his run, he went down into his house's gym and did weights for an hour. Once the clock hit 6:00, he got into the shower. Before this, however, he set his iPod on his iHome to Jack Johnson. After he got out of the shower, he grabbed his uniform from the giant closet. Looking out the window, he couldnt help but smile at the snow falling down. This time of year was good and bad for him. Good, because he loved snow, and it meant he could go snowboarding. Bad, because it hindered his time to play tennis.

Taking his iPod down the stairs with him he set it on the kitchen counter. There, he found the newspaper, along with orange juice. There was a note from his sister saying ~Drink up, it's about to expire~ He grinned, pouring himself a glass. He put two bagels in the toaster and opened up the newspaper to the front page. The headline flashed. ~Everwood meets St. Joseph's~ Josh's grin immediately turned to a frown. He knew that this wasnt good news. Josh himself had no grudge or hatred towards the students at Everwood. In fact, some of his musican friends went there. Regardless, he knew that there were many kids at St. Joseph's who didn't have the same ideals as him. There was bound to be some chaos at St. Joseph's. Josh checked his watch. He wanted to beat the rush especially since the Everwood kids would be piling in today. He quickly ate his bagel and his orange juice, grabbed his keys, iPod, and backpack.

Opening the door to the garage, he set his eyes on his prized beauty. His Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera. He had gotten for his 16th birthday and ever since he took it everywhere. Pulling the door up, he set his stuff in the passenger seat and turned the ignition on. He backed out onto the road and sped towards the school. The ride was smooth as usual. He drove past the burning ash that was Everwood High School and wondered how this day was going to turn out. As he pulled into the parking lot, he saw an influx of St. Joseph's and Everwood students. He recognized several of the Everwood kids that he knew and nodded to them. He parked and got his stuff out. He walked in, getting strange looks from several Everwood kids.

When he got inside, he saw several St. Joseph's kids who he recognized. They came up to him and the started talking about break. Josh nodded to his locker and aid that he'd be right back. He walked over to his locker and kept his books for the first period, but kept the rest inside. He saw the looks that his classmates were giving the St. Joseph's kids. "This is going to be a very long day...." he said under his breath. He saw Jessica and Alice in the side talking to eachother. "Morning ladies, hope you guys had a nice break." He said smiling at them he went back to his friends and started discussing the fate of their classes. One of the guys nudged Josh as Selena walked in.

Josh had always had a 'thing' for Selena, but could never work up enough nerve to do anything about it. It was crazy. He could do so many things without having a care in the world, but when it came to Selena, he always seemed to tense up.

"Hey don't we have one of those photo shoots today?" Ted asked.
"Don't remind me." Selena said with a sigh. All because their mother was a model they had to do the occasional photo shoot.
"What were they doing today?" Selena asked. They had just recently done one in a swimwear a couple of months ago.

"I have the feeling it's in black and white and maybe something with you in a dress." Ted said with a shrug.
Selena let out a sigh as she looked at the roof. Her head was starting to hurt as she thought about the photo shoot and the fact she'd have to be in a dress. Not to mention it would be in black and white.
"I hate our lives some days." Selena said as she threw her head back in mock horror.

"Drama Queen." Ted said with a smile as wrapped one arm around his sister's waist to try to keep her up.
"I know but you love me." Selena said. She wrapped her arm around her brother's waist in return.
"So are you going to drive us there after we get changed or are we taking the limo?" Selena asked.

"Don't know have to ask mom." Ted said with a shrug. That would involve a call to their mom. Who was off on a modeling gig somewhere in Europe.
"Where is mom again? Ted asked.

"I think she's in Barcelona." Selena said as she put her index finger to her chin as she thought.

"-poor sweet innocent thing
dry your eyes and testify
You know you live to break me-"

Deep sapphire eyes slowly slid open as the music of her alarm reached her ears, penetrating the soft, fuzzy barrier that was her blankets. "Mph.." she grunted as her slim hand reached out blindly from under the warm barrier, trying to hit the culprit of her waking. She had spent a good five minutes, blindly searching for the offending object before a soft growl escaped her as she threw her covers off, pushing herself up on her hands, her soft, short blond and brown hair sticking out every which way. She sat on her knees pulling up on the white strap of her pajama top as it slid off her shoulder, using her free hand to pick up her little black alarm, the digital numbers blinding her in the inky darkness of her room. "...Why won't you shut up?" She question the poor, innocent alarm sleepily. Her mind slowly processing what day it was. "...
Oh, bloody hell..." she grumbled realizing she must have slept through the first couple of times the alarm must have sounded. She quickly slid out of her white, black and royal blue, queen sized bed. Her covers falling in a heap on her deep mahogany cold, wood floor, as she quickly walked to her closet, pulling out her uniform before running to her bathroom, though unfortunately for our little use to be Brit, she accidentally begin to slide as her foot step on her black, fallen bed sheet, the slick, silk material sliding on the smooth wood floor, a small shriek escaping her as her arms hopelessly flailing trying to help her keep her balance, but it was all in vain as she toppled over, rolling head over heels before she slid into her bathroom. "..For the love of...Ow.." She grumbled slowly siting up, nursing the back of her head, the back of her head, trying her best to make sure the hadn't cracked her head open. ",,,Yeah it's officially a school day..." she muttered, finding herself soon laughing lightly at her own clumsiness. The moment she was off those mats she was became a klutz. So this had always been a similar pattern for her mornings when she rushed. Now that she was wide awake, thanks going to her little spill, she got up, rubbing her lower back once she was sure she wasn't bleeding, hanging her uniform on a towel rack before turning on her shower, soon getting undressed, glancing at the mirror behind her to see the mass of pink scare tissue. But quickly looking away before finishing getting undressed and jumping in the shower, the hot water soon doing her sore body some good..

It was probably almost twenty minutes latter before Lavender came out of her bath room, finishing putting on a bit of strawberry lip gloss, a finishing touch to her almost natural looking makeup. She quickly glanced to her clock, a soft smile on her lips as she realized she had enough time to grab some coffee before driving off to school. Thank you God almighty. she thought, walking back to her closet grabbing her shoes and slipping them on, picking up Jea, her wolf Skelanimal, from her floor smiling almost childishly at it before tossing it on her bed. Grabbing her black and gray faux fur trim hooded jacket, and her school bag before making her way down stares. Once she reached the first floor of her fathers large house, before quickly turning for the kitchen. "Jack I-" But before the blue eyed beauty could finish her sentience she soon saw a insolated coffee cup being held out to her as Jack, the houses cook, smiled. "Need some coffee, please?" He finished as she took the cup from him. "Thanks, Jack. Seems your just getting sharper everyday old man." She said, her accent as light as ever as she took a sip of her chocolaty, sweet coffee. Just the way she liked her coffee. More chocolate then coffee. "Hey now miss. Last I checked I was just thirty five." "Thirty six dear, thirty six." She said as she turn away, waving over her shoulder at the blond cook. He had been working at her fathers house for quite a while now, and the young lady had took a friendly likings to him. He was a nice enough man, hard to not like actually. "Have a good day Miss, and try to have some fun." he called to her a simple Hm, was his only response, letting his smile drop as her heard the rattling of keys and the sound of the front door shutting behind her. "She's going to get an ulcer if she doesn't start relaxing a bit...It's not health for a girl to be that way." she muttered to himself, before returning to his work.

It wasn't long until Lavender pulled in to the schools parking lot, parking her little, deep, scarlet red Mercedes into a spot, quickly turning off the engine of her car, quickly sliding out of her car, ignoring the small cold flakes that stuck to her hair and jacket before dissolving as more took their place. She quietly glanced around the grounds catching a few unfamiliar faces. "Looks like the publics are here." she said motionlessly as she locked her car, lazily walking to and into the large building that was St Joseph academy. Quietly going to her locker and undoing her lock. Quickly sliding her bag into her locker as she slid off her jacket, hanging it nice and neatly in the pretty much empty locker. The only thing adorning it was a few pictures of her and her team, a group photo of a few of her friends, her text books, and a small mirror, hiding a picture behind it. It was nothing really, just an old family picture of Her, her father, her cousin and her uncle, all four covered in snow. It was the only picture she kept from when she was that age, she was nine and her younger cousin eight. She was on her knees on the ground padding down some snow on the base of the snow man while Jas was trying to put the head on top of the unbelievably large snow man while her uncle was helping her, and oddly her usually cold father sneaking up behind him, snow ball in hand and a devilish smirk on his lips. She closed her locker quickly, her sketch pad and book in hand as she smoothed down her skirt. She honestly didn't care too much about the Everwood kids coming to their school, but it didn't mean she liked it. It wasn't like they did anything to deserve being here, it wasn't like they would appreciate it. Lets just hope they don't throw everything out of wack. she thought before making her way down the hall on her way to the auditorium, returning the good mornings and hi's she received from familiar faces that seemed to still litter the hall, her calm, almost sleepy smile on her face as she did so. Though as she walked a little aimlessly, she felt a bit of curiosity build up under her semingly calm demeanor. It would hurt anything if she decided to be nosey would it? Eh, what's the harm? It's not like I'm going to act like an idiot. she thought glancing at a few of the other St Joseph's girls stared dumbfoundedly at the publics, while others looking disgusted. With that Lavender walked towards the auditorium, raising an eyebrow at the sight of so many unfamiliar faces, some looking not too pleased, while others looked excited and a few even indifferent. Well it was true. The Everwood kids did stand out quite easily. It wasn't often you see people dressed like them on campus. Actually it was a little rare to see a student of St Joseph's with facial piercing actually, so to her many of the publics looked a little...different to her.

Alice could tell that Jessica was just as annoyed about the Everwood students coming to their school. Almost everyone that she had talked to about the new students felt the exact same way. None of them understood why the Everwood kids couldn't simply just go to another school somewhere else. They did not belong in an elite private school. She heard Jessica answering her question about her break. She wasn't all too shocked at the mention of Paris. Most of her fellow classmates had relatives all over the world. Everyone knew that she herself and traveled all over the globe. She nodded as she watched a few more Everwood students going into the auditorium. She heard Jessica asking the same question. She doubted that winter break was going to be a discussion topic for anyone that day. But it had been a way to start a simple conversation.

"I went to Tokyo for a little while then England then came back here," she said with a shrug. No one would really be surprised at how she had spent her break. It was expected that she would go to some countries whenever she had the chance. Alice was not happy with staying in just one place unless needed. She reached to adjust her ponytail as she glanced around the halls. She was starting to see more and more familiar faces and that comforted her. She was glad to see some of the people that actually belonged there. She was not going to be getting over the fact that St.Josephs seemed to be accepting everyone now. Including the stupid troublemakers who had no idea how much of an honor it was to go to St.Josephs.

It almost seemed as if Jessica was saying exactly what she was thinking. She nodded in agreement as she eyed the new students again,"They don't even deserve to be here and I doubt they know how lucky they are." She had actually debated on trying to convince her parents to go to the school board. But they were both too busy with their work since her mother was coming up with a new line. She saw Josh walking by and he greeted the both of them. She waved in response, knowing he was probably going to be going back to his friends. All of them seemed to be talking about Selena.

It was a cold morning.

Danielle could feel the chilly outdoor weather seeping through her walls as she shifted underneath a mountain of covers, groaning at the fact her feet weren't shielded from the icy air. She threw the blankets off of herself in one fluid motion, slapping her hand on the alarm's off button to rid her ears of the horrible beeeep beeeeep beeeep sound that couldn't possibly get anymore obnoxious. She sat up in bed, paused a few seconds, before finally stumbling onto the wood floor and heading over toward the bathroom that was joined with her room; one of the luxuries of being only one of two siblings living at home.

Once she reached her destination, she flipped on the light switch and ran a hand back through her disheveled brownish hair, glancing up to see herself in the mirror. She knew she looked sort of like a hobo, but what did it matter? She waddled back into her bedroom and flung open her closet doors, revealing a mess of clothing, some garments hung up, some just... there. She was preparing herself an outfit, until it hit her: Damn, I have to wear that idiotic uniform. She then slipped into the required clothing, went back into the bathroom, put on a small bit of makeup, didn't bother doing anything with her hair, and exited the bedroom, bags in hand.

The smell of breakfast could be detected down the hall, and Danielle hurried into the kitchen. Her mother was hovering over the stove, cooking some pancakes and frying bacon. She turned around when she heard her daughter come in and sit down. "G'morning, babe," she said, turning around, spatula in hand.

"Hi, Mom," Danielle said, tiredness seeping into her voice. She groaned again and laid her head on the table.

"There's already some pancakes ready, if you want to eat them now. Bacon's still cooking though."

"Thanks," she replied, standing and grabbing the plate of only three pancakes, and going back to the table. She drowned them in maple syrup, as usual, and poured herself a large glass of milk. She practically finished the plateful in less than five minutes, before standing up, rushing into the kitchen to kiss her mother on the cheek, calling out a quick goodbye and leaving through the front door.

Her 96 Honda Accord sat in the driveway, needing a good wash, but she didn't acknowledge its flaws as Danielle slid into the drivers' seat and started up the engine. Today was going to be an interesting day.

Josh watched as Lavender walked in and went right past him without saying a word. Josh wasn't surprised though. Lav wasnt a morning person and he knew that, but still, he loved to mess with her in the mornings. Josh saluted goodbye to his friends and walked off to follow Lavender. While she was at her locker, Josh took a quick bathroom break. Looking in the mirror after he came out, he splashed some water on his face and set off outside. He found Lavender to be missing. "Damn... where did she go to." He muttered to himself. As he looked around, he locked eyes with Savannah. Once that happened, Savannah quickly hurried towards him. "Oh man... here we go again.." He put on a fake smile and waited expectantly for the chattering that was about to occur.

"Josh! I missed you!" Savannah said throwing her arms around him. Josh chuckled awkwardly as he pat her back...awkwardly. The whole situation was just awkward for him. Savannah had been obsessed with him ever since he came to St. Joseph's. The same thing happened after every break so Josh had gotten used to the routine. "How was your break? Did you have fun? Did you go anywhere special? Meet anyone special? I'm sorry if I'm intruding, but I'm just really curious... y'know." She fired rapidly at him. Josh stared wild-eyed at her. "Uhh... yeah. Listen, Savannah, I'll talk to you later. I'm trying to find Lavender. Have you seen her anywhere?" Josh asked. Savannah's smile fell. "Oh... well, I think I saw her go into the auditorium...I'll talk to you later I guess."

As Josh followed Savannah's direction, he saw more and more Everwood kids. "I never realized that there were so many of them..." He said quietly. When he entered the auditorium, he saw a line of Everwood students getting their schedules. He sighed. Looking around he searched the seats until he found Lavender. He finally found her in the middle of everyone. Josh wanted to surprise her, but didnt know how. He sneaked through the crowd of people and sat down right behind her. Pulling out his drumsticks. He started drumming on her shoulders. "Oh my gosh! Lavender... is that you? I wouldn't know since you walked right past me this morning. It's as if I've never met you."

"What do you have first hour Lena?" Ted asked. The twins had most of the same schedule but some of their classes were different.
"I've got English Teddy Bear what about you?" Selena asked. She loved English as well as some of her other classes.
"I've got math first." Ted said.
"You're very lucky to have English first." Ted said. He kissed his sister on the forehead. They had stopped in the middle of the hall and decided they'd just hang out and talk until someone decided to talk to them.

"I know you hate math but you've got to Bear." Selena said. She looked around. Of course some of the kids weren't around yet. Absently she touched the middle of her back.
"What it still too new to you?" Ted asked with a smile. He had gotten another tattoo because he wanted to match his sister.
"Yhea it'll be okay after a few weeks." Selena said with a shrug. She'd gotten the tattoo a few days into winter break and Ted had gotten it with her. After she got the tattoo they had gone off to Paris, then Rome, then they hit Milan, and finally they spent some time in Greece. They had followed their mom around and that was when they did the swimsuit shoot.
"Lena how do you feel about all the stuff we have to do?" Ted asked.
"Not to bad." Selena said.
"Actually don't we have that party mom and dad are throwing in a couple of weeks?" Selena asked.

"Yes we do." Ted said.
"Mom and dad said they'd give us some invites to give out at school." Ted said.

Another day, another, well, set of lessons. Veronica, or Snowy as she was more commonly called, stumbled out of her house seemingly prepared, but still rather half asleep. She expected the Everwood students to be there already, as she was almost running late. Running a hand through her bright red hair, which practically contrasted strongly against her white surroundings, she headed off to the driveway to find her purple Vespa. She held on tight to her messenger bag, straightened out her collar. Toppling off slightly because of the weight of the Vespa, she managed to get up again to start the engine, and drove off into the snow.

St. Joseph's wasn't very far from her house. The only thing that really worried her was driving her motorcycle in the snow. She knew how dangerous it was -- her cousin had a compound fracture from slipping around a corner and had to have major surgery, and she broke an arm the previous year because of that. Careful in turning around corners, she finally reached the school. Heaving a breath, she parked it in the motorcycle parking and headed inside to see that there were already. She'd heard about the Everwood kids, they were a lively bunch in her opinion. Her brother studied there, and found he liked it. She befriended some of his especially good friends, and found a couple of them in the crowd, but she couldn't spot where the other St. Joseph students were. Maybe because she was slightly disoriented by the flurry of students in the hallway. She didn't know. She approached some of them and said hi while her eyes trailed off looking around for the others.

While entering the auditorium and walking downwards, she looked for her grade level-"11". She walked to that section. She then looked for the last name section-"F-K". She walked to that section. The line was long, so she pulled out her MP3 player, and listened to her music. She sang along with the song. Most of the St. Joseph students, especially a girl with brunette hair in the "A-E" section, looked at her with a rather offensive look on her face. Taysia stopped instantly..

"I suggest moving your eyes elsewhere.
" She said to her. The brunette girl glared at Taysia for a quick second, then looked away. Taysia sighed and shook her head, putting her attention up front.

She finally got to the front. "Your last name?" the woman asked her.

"Hardy."
she responded.

The woman skimmed through the schedules, until she stops. "Taysia?" She said.

Taysia nodded. The woman gave Taysia her schedule, and Taysia sat down. As she skimmed through the schedule, one stood out to her. A remedial class.

"What the hell." She thought to herself, she stormed out of the auditorium.
