A world that seems so simple, and so civilized. Created by the humans, the world, the modern world, seemed to be as good as things would get, and as little as their problems would get. They had nothing to worry about, and the same went for all other beings who lived in the world, and exsisted with humans. They co-exsisted, but they still exsisted, and that was all they could ask for. Fallen Angels, Demons, Pure Blooded Vampire’s, and a lot of races now existed in the world with humans, until that faithfull day. The Moon turned red one mysterious day, and all besides human’s dissappeared, leaving no trace. Not a single one of these other races were found, and the case went on and continued to the current day, but not as hype. The world calmed down, and seemed even more relaxed than before. The civilization, went smooth as it could go, and things seemed to be perfect as they were. If only they knew. If only they knew of the approaching threat, the same threat that took out the other races, was heading their way. The rate things were going they didn’t stand a chance agianst the unknown force that had seemed to take out all of the other races, in seconds. Only a select few, that were given elemental powers, flexible to their whim, were capable of taking out the opponent, and the task at hand. All of them together, would band up agianst the unknown evil, and conquer the evil ahead, and save the final race remaining, before it goes extinct.

This rp, is basically us in the current time period, going on to conquer the evil ahead. Really I don’t want people to have their power’s all ready, I want us to get them and develop them. The key here, is character development, and personality change, which is annother thing I will be looking for. I also don’t want everyone with the same personality. That gets old afterwhile, and it dulls out the rp. Also I don’t want people to start off being in full control of their element, I want them to gain more power of their element, as they use it more.

Your Life up to this point: Clara was born the only daughter of successful lawyers Cymbeline and Robert Petrovski. She grew up with two brothers, Victor and Aaron. All three were highly talented at something. Aaron, the oldest, was an academic star. Victor, the youngest leaned towards (to their parent's horror) theatre and the bohemian, hippie lifestyle. Clara, was born with the gift of song. Beginning with the cello, Clara learned the piano, violin, guitar, harp, flute, and clarinet. She was also coached vocally her taste in singing matching her love of the orchestra. She is now in her third year of school aiming to be an operatic soprano for a traveling choir, and a music teacher. She has lately been discovering that maybe her musical gift has not been by just some genetic twist.

Attitude: Lisel is not a social girl. No, quite the opposite. She is extremely introverted, and has been ever since her father died. Most people expect she is this way because of the grief. Which is true, in a way, but it is not the only reason. She rather enjoys quiet, alone time, perhaps with a book indoors on a rainy day. Her mother, being very flamboyant and friendly herself, is always nagging her to go out with her friends, have some fun, stop "sulking", as she calls it. For the most part, Lisel ignores her mother's urges.
But again, these are not the only reasons she is so quiet. In fact, probably the most prominent reason is that she is so socially awkward. In grade school, back when she was making an honest effort to befriend people, this trait shone through. Stuttering, blushing furiously when embarrassed, rambling, every bad habit one can think of, she had. And still does, for that matter, but has smartened up and chooses not to showcase this.
Weapon: Umm, let me get back to you on that one...
Your Life up to this point: Once upon a time, Lisel wasn't the painfully shy, quiet girl she is today. When she was younger, she was adventurous and bright. She was happy. That was when her father was alive. Her father was one of the very few people Lisel connected with. Who she had a bond with. Yes, she loves her mother, but they were never really on the same page. Never as in sync as she and her father were.
Her father died when she was 10. For almost a month after that, she did nothing. She didn't speak, she didn't sleep, she hardly ate. Very much unlike her mother's way of grieving, which was sobbing every night and being a complete wreck. After the initial grief, however, Lisel was surprisingly mature-although introverted-for one of her age. She pretty much had to be, for her mother. Because her mother had never been the one home every weekend, making sure she was content. Her mother had never been the one responsible for her after school activities and hobbies. Her mother had never been the one responsible for putting food on the table and paying the rent. No, that had been her father. Her mother was the fun one, but not the real parent.
So she was forced to try and, well, grow up. Become mature enough to take care of herself and be responsible of her reckless mother. Because after her father died, there was no one to take care of her, no one to let her be the carefree kid. She had to be the sensible adult.
So, although Lisel is now the quiet, off one, now you know she was not always like that. And inside, buried deep, that little spunky girl from so long ago is still there. One just needs the patience to dig.
Relationships: Her mother, though they aren't really close, and no one else really apart from that. Unless you count the stray cat on her street that she has dubbed Winnie.

Later in the rp, much later, once we master are elements, we will be able to channel a bit of power from the other elements, but you will need to team up with a team mate with that element, and train with him or her, and create what I call a link, that will allow you 2 to use each others powers.

Name: William Fleming

Age: 18

Element: Dark, only manifestations so far have been small. William is a master of Eskrima (AKA Kali in the US) which is based on locking limbs and removing the opens ability to fight back. Often William will have to show a “weak” point to entice a strike in that particular place, and that’s when his magic shows itself. It’s very subtle, but it slows time, if only by fractions of a second, but just enough for Will to strike, locking the attacking limb or disabling it. It also has saved him in other ways, but the manifestations are short and so far uncontrollable. In fact William has only discovered it’s been happing lately, within the year.

Race: Human

Attitude: Will was raised by a military family, and he has gone to military school, which has built a strong sense of leadership in Will. Not one to wait for things to drop into his lap, William usually takes initiative and even though not every expedition turns out well, William has a record to be proud of. William is very charismatic which allows him to finish many fights before they even begin. Besides his charisma and natural urge to lead, William has a strong sense of right and wrong, and he would cause himself physical harm before he would hurt an innocent. Despite his charisma and good nature, William has no close friends. Always taking the responsibility to right wrongs has taken it’s toll on Will and it can be seen in his midnight blue eyes. If there is a failure in the group, Will is the first to blame himself and will focus on his mistakes until he forces himself to change.

Weapon: (fair warning, William will probably be the “weapon master”) A pair of rattan Kali sticks (both 29 inches long, strapped in a cross on Will’s back), a Filipino KarambitFi (attached to his belt because it’s an all purpose knife), A kalis (strapped to his lower back), Gunong (to be used with the kalis and has a special pocket in the kris’s sheath), Garab , and finally a Pakal Knife (wielded ice pick style in the left hand when Will is using the Garab Knife in the normal grip). Some might say that Will is “over equipped” but in fact each and every weapons has a purpose, and the idea of fighting unequipped makes carrying the extra weight worth it.

Your Life up to this point: William was born to a quite military household. His father never fought in any major conflict and his mom was a stay-at-home mom. William’s childhood is filled with heart warming moments, and over all really very bland. That is, until bad luck found it’s way into William’s life. Will’s mother was the first to go, a car accident. Then his father died cleaning a gun. Before long, injury and death fell upon all of those Will felt close to. Believing himself to blame, Will through himself into his schooling and Eskrima training. Before long, not only was he top of his class, but a master martial artist too. Though he was admired by everyone, Will felt empty and without purpose. He knew he was destined for more but he didn’t know what. At the end of his senior year, the military offered him a large some of money to join up, but he turned them down. Deciding that he wouldn’t sit around and let fate find him, he gathered up his weapons and set out into the sunset.

Description: William is 5”9 170 pounds of rippling muscle. His stance is both nonchalant and extremely graceful. Will is usually seen wearing a fairly tight fitting tee-shirt and lose legged (waist tight, but lots of room around the legs) which accents his fighting style. Over the tee-shirt, Will usually wears a military jacket. His dark hair is cropped short (a habit picked up at military school ) and his very dark blue eyes sometimes come off as hard, but seem to soften the longer you get to know him.

Don't worry, his power (right at this moment) only slows down things only for a second or two, it's sporatic, Will has no control over it, and it's not perfect, Will has been injured many times, including being tagged in his right arm with a pistol round (military school accednt)

Element: Metal, the ability to make things out of nothingness, or control metal. As his power manifests, he will learn to make new types of metal never before heared of or touched, using his power. He will also learn to manipulate metal around him and use it to his advanatage, as the story goes on, many diffrent types of ablilities will come with the price of learning metal, but it will all have a very dire side effect on him...

Attitude: He has up to the beginning of this story had the type of wanting to do something, but the fear of doing it attitude. He usually puts his foot down and says he will do something but in his head he tells himself he can't do it and finds himself giving up. He has always been the type of person agianst bullying, but never really spoke up about it due to fear of being beaten up or anything like that. He can't stand to watch others get harmed, but he much would rather the others get harmed, than him himself.
Weapon: A metal blade known as the Sword of Akashka, the only blade that has the type of metal it has, that cannot be recreated, or even the gods cannot touch this blade, but the power is sealed within, and can only be used to fight evil, if used to do the wrong thing, or even trying to activate its powers at the wrong time, it can result in it taking your life, and absorbing the power of the sword to materialize you and make you non-exsistant. The orgin and history of the blade is unknown, but they say that the blade was created at the beginning of the universe, along with the gods right afterwards, and was said to be given to a mortal to keep peace upon the world.
Your Life up to this point: His life up to this point would be called what we all call normal. He has gone to school, got B's and C's, and a few A's and done all of his work. He has a brother and a sister, and he also has 2 loving parents. The only thing about his life that was strange was the day of the red moon. He had a loving friend, a girl to be exact, who happened to be a vampire, and they both got along quite well. He loved her, she loved him, they grew up together, just as the races did. Then one day, the day of the red moon, she dissappeared, and Keith was broken up. He had no idea how this could have happened, and why this had to happen. He began to fade out of the world slowly, he felt as if he didn't belong, everyone seemed unaffected but him, and he hated everyone for that. He wanted to open their eyes, little did he know, that was all coming sooner than he could imagine.
