Seems like an interesting idea but isn't Ice abit too close to water? and as for the teleportation ring, is that like creating a wormhole? (through space only) or does it only teleport you or some other things as well instantly, also if you kill another person do you get their ring to use?

@shadow: yes, you can move anything (including yourself) anywhere through space instantly, but not time. and i will be changing ice.

Sorry maybe I should have rephased my question, does the teleportation ring open up a portal near you which you basically have to move through, as in you could open in 2 meters away from yourself and you run through it, it does it just happen, sort of like the Dragon Ball Z's instant transmition.

It is instant. Not a portal. But i may note that they don't teleport on DBZ. They just travel at ridiculously high speeds.

No no no no, you see Goku learns a technique called Instant Transmition which allows him to teleport to anywhere he has been before. And I think I'll have to go with the earth one. Wait, does Earth include Dirt/Rocks, Sand, metals from the earth and Plants? I sorta want to know before I fully decide.
