Today it seems another ghost story told over a campfire as a group of friends go camping in a nearby forest. They say he was here too. Wasn't just children he takes. And he has an accomplice, a silent, masked figure. We call him Masky. Masky was supposedly one of the adult victims of the Slenderman, reduced to a strange, primal thing. Pretty creepy huh. Wonder what he wants with the victims. Wonder why some are killed and others are handed that horrible, pure white mask...

In this RP we're in some other random part of America (I'm from UK so any Americans feel free to give location details and descriptions), and the videos don't exist on youtube, but the Alex Kralie myth is known. We are a group of friends camping in the woods and laughing about it. Maybe nothing happens on the camping trip, maybe something does. Either way after that night more and more weird things happen. We go back. Some of us enjoy seeing the others scared, don't believe at all. Others are scared witless. Some are curious.

Hey, wouldn't it be funny if we started filming ourselves too. Maybe we should try and invoke him, if he really is a demon. Yoo hoo! Slenderman! Come get us!

You're gonna wish you had never heard of the Slenderman. Because now you've seen him, and everyone knows if you see the slenderman, it's because you're one of his next victims.

Ok so, the two prime positions up for grabs is that of Slenderman and Masky. There may be more than one Masky. Masky is basically Slenderman's weird henchman who we believe was a victim. Slenderman has no face, his hands and arms are unrealistically long, he wears a business suit. Our Slenderman is being played by SmileyTheMask. We still need a masky.

Is this still open? I'm interested because (Funny thing, actually,) Those of us on the Unforums are actually doing a Slenderman RP along the same lines, and extensively discussing the Marblehornets series (300+ pages of discussion, makes most of us scared.)
