Personality: Katy could be described in many words, because she has many moods and they are quickly changing. Most of the time, she isn't the nicest little girl, but that could change in a minute, depending on who she is around. What normally never changes, is that Katy is very stubborn, and close-minded. Once she has an idea or a plan, she isn't going to change it no matter what anyone says. Everyone else's opinions are wrong in her eyes, and she really tries to act a lot more mature than she actually is.
Sometimes, Katy can be the sweetest kid you'll talk to. She'll listen, be quiet and follow instructions. If you can get her to act like this, you've really got a talent, because she's not even normally like that around her mother.
If you catch her at a normal time, her personality is pretty different than the part of her described above. She is very snappy, rude and arrogant. Her ignorance shows, and many people will point it out to her when her reasonings for something is wrong, but she just keeps shooting insults at them. Katy doesn't seem to be able to admit that she's wrong about anything, even though she is wrong about many things.
She tends to get annoying; following older siblings around and stealing their clothes. She really wants to grow up, so it's not unusual for her to be testing out makeup and skimpier clothes. She already claims that she has a boyfriend, although everyone knows it's not true. To sum it up, Katy is a girl who is very stubborn, but some people can get her to listen; although she does get clingy towards those select people.
