The Third and Final(?) Life Noir! ( )

Postby Jadeling Hawkins on Sun Jan 09, 2011 3:54 pm

Hello, hello, hello.

This is a casting call for the third and likely final installment of the Life Noir series, spear headed by myself and featuring some phenomenal writing talent thus far.

The idea behind the Life Noir series is to explore the reality of what life might be like for the typical characters in a film noir style movie. Are the bad guys really the bad guys? Does the gritty detective really chew on a whiskey before and after every client? Does that cab driver really know everything? How much is that puppy in the window?

In past games, we have explored gang wars, love triangles, murders, serial killers, family ties, speakeasy fights and the dust storms of the thirties. In this game, it's 1950, and a madman from the first installment has returned, attacking and strangling to death women on the street.

It all begins with the death of a character distantly related to those from the first installment, and from there the action will build.

So, if you think you've got what it takes to add to a legacy and enjoy some 1950's rough housing fun (complete with goofy slang), report to A Life Less Noir (OOC) and whip out a character sheet.

We'll see you there!
