Back in the days there was only one Wild Horse Herd.The Lead Stallion would not allow stallions older the three to live in his herd.So some lived in bachelor bands trying to steal mares from the herd.Others lived alone and tried to get mares themselves so they could have a real herd.The stallion gathered mares mostly in the summer for breeding season in the fall.The mares didn't like to switch herds so most of them backed away behind the lead mare and stallion that would protect them.

These wild horses live in Montana. This game is based on REAL WILD HORSES! We are making it as real as possible.

Please read this facts-
-Stallions have herds of mares.
-Stallions breed with all mares in a herd (most of the time)
-People do round up wild horses
-Stallions sometimes have lead mares. These mares help the stallion keep the herd. These can be the stallions mate, or sometimes his mother.
-Sometimes it is hard to find food in some seasons. I WILL TELL YOU WHEN THE SEASONS CHANGE!
-There are no geldings because there is no one to geld them!

PLEASE REMEMBER THESE FACTS IN GAME-PLAY

THE RULES


-You CAN'T control other players horses.
-One stallion can't have over 20 mares in his herd.
-Only 1 lead mare
-No fighting for mares! The mares cant run off and join a new herd, but the stallions can fight other stallions.
-When horses mate, ONLY say, _____covered his mare______
-Don't act like babies, like bossing others around. I make sure people are playing nice!!
-Roundups will happen in the Summer and Spring, I WILL TELL YOU WHEN THESE ARE GOING ON
-One user can only have one horse unless the horse foals.
-It takes 2 weeks for a foal to grow up.
-It takes 1 week for a mare to give birth.
-I will choose Lead Mare
-All Stallions have to be age two or under
-This is the only herd until a stallion turns three and tries to steal mares to make his own herd.

Chantilly galloped into the land, looking back franticly.Her sides heaved hard as she gasped for air.She had a run in with a mountain lion,that chased her all the way here.Getting to her legs she trotted into the land,curious of the smells.liveing the life of a loner after being seperated by her herd,she longed for the safty and company of another herd

Dakota saw Chantilly.He winnied and trotted over to her.Dakota looked at her neck covered with sweat and wondered what happened(Thanx for joinin!)

Chantilly looked up with frightened eyes, as a massive black stallion approached her.She couldnt run any longer.She wasnt sure if her was going to hurt her.She hung her head, but he looked at her worridly " I Was attacked by a Mountain lion.I....I dont know where my herd is...They left me" Chantilly said sadly as she lowerd her head

Dakota nickered silently and nodded his head toward the waterfall.

Chantilly tilted her head, then followed Dakotas gaze toward the waterfall, She wanderd what he wanted

Dakota trotted over to the waterfall and drank out of the stream.

Chantilly nickerd and walked over to the waterfall.her legs shook from energy loss and she nearly fell into the water she was so tired.unbearing to stand.she folded her legs under her and laid down beside the water in a attempt to rest, she nibbled the grass and sipped the water occasionally

Dakota saw it was getting dark and walked over to the apple tree and fell asleep.

Chantilly laid down by the waterfall still,she sadened as the stallion didnt want anything to do with her.She was in no condition to travel so she was stuck here untill she was well.She put her head to the ground and stared up at the stars wishing somone would care for her.She longed for a family and to be a lead mare so foals would look up to her.she sliently let tears roll down her face then she fell asleep

Dakota woke up on a bright and sunny morning.He grazed.Then trotted over to Chantilly.Dakota nickered how are vyou feeling?

Chantilly opened her eyes as the light shone through.Blinking she rose her head.Then she turned when Dakota nickerd to her "Oh,im still sore,but better....Dont worry i leave as soon as im well."Chantilly nickerd still laying down.She rested her head on the warm grass

Dakota heard footsteps.Sensing it was a stallion he snorted and perked his ears up.Dakota realized it was only a young stallion so he let his guard down.

Chantilly, looked up"Okay then,Ill stay if you want.You just seemed botherd with me being here"Chantilly tryed to stand but fell.She snorted at the stallion.Then turned away.She lapped up some water and nibbled some grass.She looked up at Dakota

Dakota bobbed his head and nibbled on grass beside Chantilly.

Chantilly nipped his chest fur playfully.She tryed to stand,she found she can hold her legs.She stretched them out and pulled herself up with a jerk.She stood with her head down.Her legs were sore but she straightoned out and felt a bit better

Dakota squealed and lashed out his hooves playfully.Then he trotted to the apple tree bucking.Dakota wondered if Chantilly would follow.

Blacklight trotted slowly to the heard he didn't want any trouble at least not yet .
