Wolf waited patiently as Alexander the Great charged him, swinging the flamberge in a left to right diagonal slice, suddenly reversing the swing and stabbing at him.
Alex shifted his weight from one foot to the other, he moved his 49 inch long blade gave him a distinct reach and power advantage, then he charged, swinging diagnol left/right, then reversing the swing as it reached its peak, going into a short stab for Arthurs stomach, and bringing it into an overhand chop, his ridged blade whooshing as he dueled
Wolf, who hadn’t moved, bent his knees slightly, rolling his hips he shifted his weight allowing the war sword resting in the hanging guard to shift slightly blocking the thrust with the flat of the blade. When the quick thrust was done, the great sword reared back into an over hand chop, falling forward toward Wolf’s head.
Shifting stances and passing guard, as he did so Wolf went from a right guard to a left guard, the cross piece of his sword rose slightly with the flat of the war sword catching the descending blade. Wolf’s sword bent slightly and thrummed from the impact. The force jarred Wolf along his arms and into his chest. As the blades disengaged, Wolf slide back again passing guard and switching to a right handed hanging guard. The slashing flamberge was headed for Wolf’s legs, but the position of his guard allowed the flat of the blade to easily blunt Alexander’s attack.
Arthur, as his chop ended he pivoted around on his ringt foot as he dropped to his knees, attempting to sever Arthurs legs, then quickly leapt up and back, then rushed Art. again, this time leading with a horizontal slash, he lunged forward at it's apex, turning the brutal cut into a quick, powerfull stab.
The Great was again attacking Wolf, rushing forward with a horizontal slash, and at the last possible moment Alexander was drawing his arm back and stabbing forward.
Wolf simply passed the guard to the Great, stepping inside with his left foot towards the outside left of the advancing Alexander, as he did so the great war sword swung in an upward diagonal from the lower left knee of Alexander, slicing upward toward the right shoulder. As the sword cleared the shoulder, Wolf planted his left foot pivoting around, allowing his right foot to lift and plant behind the man who had just charged.
Allowing the momentum of the war sword to torque around and drop in a downward diagonal from left to right slashing across the man’s exposed left side. This move left Wolf standing slightly behind the Great, his body and sword again in a hanging left guard.
The two quick slices along the front and left side of Alexander could be damaging, but as Alexander’s flank were exposed to Wolf, he torqued the war sword up over his right shoulder, and dropped it along the rear exposed leg of Alexander in an attempt to hamstring him.
