Hi RolePlayGateway... Im kinda new to roleplaying but my friend got me into it. But I saw this site and it looked cool sooo. Oh, my names Izzy, if you couldnt guess that by my username. If i did anything wrong..please tell me... Im a quick learner but I'm really bad at coming onto a new site and knowing exactly what Im supposed to do. (I don't think think that came out right..) Anyways, glad to be here.

Don't stress out about being new to roleplaying! Everyone starts somewhere. The good thing is that you've stumbled onto a warm, welcoming community here at RolePlayGateway. We'll help challenge you, nurture you, and just basically give you more experience with the craft.
Check out the Role Play Academy for some down-and-dirty tips and tricks to honing your writing, specifically in the art of roleplaying. That'd be where I recommend you start off.
Anyways, what friend of yours got you into RPing? Someone here from Gateway? I love when users refer their friends!
So, how long have you been writing? What is the appeal to you? Got any interesting hobbies we should know about?
I guess that's about it from me. xD

My friend IS on here, but I'm not sure what she goes by. And I write now and then, people say I'm fairly good at it but it's just something to keep me busy. Guess that's my hobby :P

RolePlayGateway is a site built by a couple roleplayers who wanted to give a little something back to the roleplay community. The site has no intention of earning any profit, and is paid for out of their own pockets.
