I remember a time when I had loved the thrill of the night and the adrenaline pumping through my veins every time we had gone out to steal from right under your cop noses. Teasing letters always sent to confuse you while I and my gang to the prize of whatever we desired. I had invisioned that one day I would steal the stars right out of the sky. I had the genius and the pride to do it. No other gang was able to take our turf or dared try. I had thought cops were idiots then.

When you finally caught me, I was sentenced to life in prison along with the rest of my gang. Yet, you released me if I helped your agency hunt down other criminals which I gladly did for you. Over the years I had finally found my real joy: My wife and child. I lived happy for the time until I heard the news that my gang had broken out of prison and continued on their rampage. I have come to offer you my help. You will never find them without my help. This I am sure of. All I ask in return is that you protect my family while I am on the hunt. Never would I have guessed that the tides would change...

Cosmin and his gang were called the Black Knives and they ruled the city. Others feared them and cops never caught them until Cosmin had made a mistake. After years in prison though, he had been realeased only if he helped the cops. Now however, his gang is no longer behind bars and started their rampage again. Cosmin did not wish to return to a life of crime since he had found a better life to live. However, the gang had other ideas. They needed Cosmin's mind and master theivery to get what they want so now they were going to force him to come back at any means. Their new leader shot and killed Cosmin's wife and kidnapped his daughter in the hopes of turning Cosmin back to his old ways.

Its up to you if his daughter is reuturned to him safely, Cosmin returns to the life of crime or the gang is caught and destroyed by the police. This role play is not for the weak of heart and I want literate players. No one lines are accepted and you must be on a few times a day to look at responses. My role plays tend to go fast so you need to be able to keep up. Don't join if you think you won't be able to keep up. If you are interested, than here are the rules (sorry, they are manditory) and the character descriptions.

RULES:
1. No god-modding. I am the GM of the roleplay so if you continully ignore this rule, your character will be killed.
2. Curssing is allowed as long as it isn't in every single sentence of your post.
3. You must be active. If you are leaving for a week or a few days, tell me or your character will be killed off. This is fast paced and we can't afford to wait until you decide to post.
4. You cannot kill or hurt another character without permission from that player.
5. Romance is allowed but the scene cannot go past undressing. If you want to cotinue, do it over PM.

History: When she was young her father drank while her mother tried to keep the family together. Her brothers (there were 3) moved away as soon as they were able, But she stayed. She thought her mother was the bravest woman she had ever met. She aspired to be like her mother. When she was old enough she joined the police academy and became a fine officer, she served her time on duty, and rose throught the ranks until she reached commisioner. She enjoys the freedom, and power of the position, but she always keeps her head on the ground, trying to make sure her ego doesnt inflate too much.

History: Jericho Mala, was a normal kid on the block always got along with the other kids. He went to school and got good grades. Then one day he started hanging with a group of kids and that's when life went sour. He started getting into fights and selling drugs,mainly small things. When he started high school he started hanging with a new crowd of misfits. The kids he ran around with got into the same amount of trouble, but they also hurt and killed people. Jericho enjoyed doing this for some reason, soon he started using steroids and started getting big in the muscles structure. His high school crew ended up naming him the tank when he got bigger then most high school kids. years later he joined a higher up gang and started anew in that one. He kept his nickname all the way to this latest gang and all the way to prison.

Description of character: Cosmin has short blond hair and startelight blue eyes that can easily become deadly in a blink of an eye. He is tall at about 6'2 and weighs 198 pounds of muscle. He is not someone to take lightly because he can either be a loyal friend or cunning trickster as his gang name entails.

Background: His Romanian mother had married an American who brought them into the country. His father had been a drunk who always beat him, his brother Petru, and his mother. His elder brother ran away from home and left Cosmin with his father who latter killed his mother in an alcoholic rage. At age 10, Cosmin ran into his brother again who had been involved in a gang. He gave Cosmin a gun for protection. That night his father had been drinking again and attacked Cosmin. With gun in hand, Cosmin fired on his father by accident. He ran to his brother and became part of the gang. His brother was later killed in a gang fight and Cosmin fought his way to the top. The rest will be found in the role play.

She almost always ties it back to keep it away from her face while moving. She sometimes wears glasses when working with computers but tends to wear contacts. Her eyes are bright blue but she wears colored contacts to hide that fact sometimes. Her complexion is extremely pale and she hates it but she lives with it. She wears a black strapless shirt and black arm warmers which she keeps her two knifes tucked in. She wears skin tight black pants and keeps her two guns tucked in the waistband so no one can see them. She wears combat boots with steel toes.
History: Evelyn was born in a lower class family. Her father was an alcoholic that was rarely ever home. He pretty much lived at the bars. Her mother worked two jobs to support her two children. Evelyn was left to raise her younger brother Aiden. She got into trouble at school a lot for getting into fights with kids that teased her younger brother. Eventually the teasing got worse as they got older. Evelyn caught two guys beating him up and lost it for the first time. She ended up killing one of two boys and was sent to juvie. After she got out she discovered that Aiden had been killed by the boy that had been beating him. She turned to a new life style, giving up any chance of leading a normal life.

History: Born to first generation immigrants from Poland who left to escape the Nazis, Reuben was the youngest son with two older sisters. He attended public school with mediocre grades, but excelled in college, earning a degree in international relations. He went into the police hoping to better the world and bring out the best in others, and made detective ten years ago. He came out of the closet three years ago, surprising everyone in his department. He has been in a relationship with boyfriend Ian Bainbridge, one of the assistant public defenders, for two years. This is public knowledge.
