Doesn't seem so, but all that's really happened is everyone introducin' their characters and other's are also doing some flashback type things. The orc and the ogre might end up starting our escape plot. But other then that we are all just chilling.

No. Your species description is much better but I'd like to see some more detail here considering we are talking about a rather advanced civilization which could wind up playing a huge part in the story. Do they use magic, if so what kind? Why are they called Dark Elves if they don't live underground, are they nocturnal? What is their relationship to the other monsters and to the Dungeon Lords?

You do realize that Wake introduced a subterranean geography, right. I'm kind of surprised you did not utilize this since the Drow have traditionally been subterranean.

I should add that I do really like the Aztec twist, this is original and fits perfectly with the setting and with dark elves. Unfortunately, I am now waiting for some cultural relativist to complain about how you are slandering a great civilization that drug slaves to the tops of pyramids and ripped their still beating hearts out.

First time hearing of your problem with my grammar, you are gonna have to excuse me on the front, i try and do as best as i can. English is not my first language so therein lies the problem. I can try and check my posts better, but i doubt i can improve them more without making it monotonous. It's your call if im not up to the standards.

P.S. Do you have any links to web pages that can help me with this. I try to learn, but it's hard to keep 2 diferent grammar rule sets in your head without crossing them. That seems to be my problem, must of the time i'm just using the rule sets from my original language.

Can you give me some examples of where i left words out, that will help. Also I didn't know "I" was always supossed to be capitalized.

@Tech I sent you an e-mail about it but Roleplaygateway probably nommed it. I didn't realize English was your second language. Now I feel like a douche. And now I am wondering if you know what douche means... Anyway, you're fine. Until my Spanish is as good as your English I would be rather hypocritical to boot you. As for grammar resources I can not think of any, though, typing into a word processing program might help, some of them have grammar mistake detection. Your biggest mistakes are run-on sentences where you string whole sentences together using commas (,) when you should be using semicolons (;) and dialogue where you don't end the dialogue with a comma or capitalize the next word or both. For example: "My spleen feels great" He said. WRONG "My spleen feels great," he said RIGHT. Unless you terminate with a . or a ? or a ! it's still just one sentence so you do not capitalize after the dialogue.

Hey Atomos, I noticed something that might be a slight consistency problem with your character, though I think it's pretty easy to fix.

The "crusaders" discovered the new world a few centuries ago, so I don't think Julius could have been there during the first settling years.

Still trying to decide where to put Avyssos. I was going to have him somewhere near blackwood but I think having a dungeon lord show up would send the whole town into a panic.

I don't know, maybe I'll just have him wandering around with his mentor in the forest somewhere.

You are not an asshole if all you want is for people to use good grammar scum, I'll try to improve.

I read your pm girlwt and some of those sentences felt weird to me, i guess from now on it's all bout practice.

*grumbles* Now that I finally got the drow up to epic level (I think) scum is offline...

Made some changes to trolls, am still going to add in dungeon lord relation and continue to fine tune some things. I really wish roleplaygateway had spoilers.

Couple of my notes on your drow bio, mostly about their relation to the dungeon lords.

Firstly, Drathlocros don't "trade" with other races. Their primary roles in monster society are as spiritual leader, mediators, and historians (and occasionally acting as protectors if the need arises). They don't really need to trade for anything since they only have their temples to maintain and can get what materials need through magic. Anything given from a dungeon lord is likely either a gift or something given out of some sort of ceremony

They would, however, likely accept the drow goddess into their pantheon but you need to remember that Eldrath has two moons so you might have to change the make up a slight bit (that's a little nit pick on my part).

The one thing to note most importantly however is that the Dungeon lords are very much against the concept of slavery. They follow a belief of equality and unity between mongrthal so the subject would likely cause some friction between the two.

On to the character herself, you may want to expand on her personality a bit, because there is nothing written on how she acts.
