NPC Section

This is just a place where you can find information about other, Non Player Characters, or NPCs. If you have a character besides your main that you'd like to use you can post them here as well. The info needed isn't as much as it is for a main character, just name, pic if you can find one, a short description, then a list of their items/weapons and jutsu. Just like on the main character sheet you don't have to list every single jutsu they know.

Lighting Release: Raiken:
This technique allows the user to channel their lighting chakra into their sword blades, giving them the appearance of being surrounded in blue light. this boosts the attack power of the blades, and whenever the user wants he can cause the lighting to extend out towards a target to pierce them, or dispell the technique, causing the lighting to rush from the blade in the form of a lighting bolt.
Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique
Fire Release: Flame Aura:
This technique allows the user to coat their bodies in a layer of fire that serves both offensive and defensive purposes. Basically it is an armor made of fire that will burn anyone or anything that touches it, aside from the user. It takes a constant, small flow of chakra to keep active after being activated.
Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique
Sharingan Copy Technique:
This allows the user, should they have the Sharingan, to watch someone and copy whatever technique they use. If they have the same chakra element as the technique, they can then remember the technique and use it whenever they like. If they do not, then they can only remember the technique for a few hours, then fill forget how to preform it.
Shadow Clone Technique
Demonic Illusion: Evil Eye:
Genjutsu. This technique requires the user make eye contact with the target. If this happens then the target will become paralyzed with fear, unable to move, and will simply see the user standing there, staring back at them threateningly. In reality the user will be free to move and strike the target while they are in this state.

Description:
Although he looks quite young, perhaps in his 20's, he is actually almost 50 years old, and the right-hand of the Genkage (Illusion Shadow, leader of the Mirage Village). He has served his leader for many years now and has always been loyal, but recently he has begun to send spies out to learn more about Konoha and the fall of their clan outside of their new village. He is the general in charge of the group send in first, and while he sends his men to battle, he has his ow, personal goals. He seeks the Uchiha Clan section of the village, now long deserted, and hopes to fid the answers about the fabled Mangekyo Sharingan he has learned about through rumors.

Chakra Nature: Lightning

Jutsu List:
Lightning Strike Armor
This technique allows the user to coat their bodies in lightning chakra, which creates a very strong armor, capable of repelling any attack and electrocuting anything that comes into contact with it. However, it can only be used long enough for one attack, then it must be preformed once more. Meaning that after every hit taken or given, it must be redone.

Lightning Release Armor
This technique allows the user to wrap their bodies in a layer of lighting chakra, which not only can protect them from most any attack, but it also stimulates their muscles, allowing to react and move several times faster than normal, and makes them stronger than beforel. while wrapped in the energy they will appear to be surrounded by blue chakra and electricity will surge around them.

Chidori

Lighting Release: Thunder Burst Palm
This technique allows the user to convert chakra into lighting within their own body as they move towards the enemy, normally either while in a fight or charging at them. They then strike the target with their palm, and all of the lightning surges into them at one point, blasting the target backwards a good ways. It has earned this name because, on impact, the lighting causes the strike to sound like a clap of thunder.

Lightning Ball
This technique allows the user to gather lighting nature chakra between two metal objects, usually weapons, to create a sphere of lightning, which can then be launched at the enemy.

Lightning Cutter
The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is more focused and blue.

Demonic Illusion: Larger Than Life
To trigger the illusion the target must see the user create a series of hand seals.
If the target sees this they will then see the user grow to an enormous height, becoming a giant. This will force them to focus on the large enemy they now face, making it easy for the user to attack, despite the fact that the giant illusion version of themselves will do everything they do.

Simple Illusion: Area Affect
The details of this illusion vary from hidden village to hidden village, but basically this causes the target(s) to believe that something if happening around them when it is not. Example: the target may believe the woods they are walking in are setting fire, or that it has suddenly begun to rain. The idea is that this will force the target to, in some way, change their plans.

Simple Illusion: Sound
To trigger the illusion the target must hear the user clap their hands together.
If the target hears the clap they will be trapped in an illusion where their ears will begin to ring, making it very hard to hear anything else, even their own voice. The length of time this lasts depends on the skill of the user.

Simple Illusion: Sight
To trigger the illusion the user must see the user make a single hand seal.
If the target sees this they will be trapped in a rather simple illusion that affects their sight, causing everything to become very blurry, as if one needed glasses to see and had lost them. The length of time this will work depends on the skill of the user

Description: Takeshi is... well, crazy to be perfectly blunt. No one really knows how he snapped... some say he caught himself in a genjutsu and couldn't release it in time... others say he lobotomized himself to make him immune to genjutsu but messed up... either way, Takeshi is both crazy, and violently loyal to the Genkage as well as to Raiden, whom he often refers to as "The Boogie Man". He has been ordered to usher in the second phase of the attack so that he can do what he does best... destroy whatever gets in his way...
