Sorry i haven't replied to our fight lately Liquidus, busy work schedule and all that >.< but i'll get to it soon.
Anyway, as for our fight I think your idea of tig is alittle off. All melee fighters are relatively fast/agile in some form our anouther. A good example is that there is evidence of knights being able to conduct a full hand stand in full armor (crazy O.O) and basic acrobatics, and while tiring, many can perform a full sprint. I belive tig fights with using force and momentum in her favor. She doesn't move much (but you notice that when she strikes there is considerable movement, thus using momentum. She needs to move quickly to do that to gain the speed and power of the blow, but at the cost of her body, which I used as a feature to lessen her considerable strength ect.)
As for the fight itself, it is well written and we are both enjoying testing each others strengths :) the acceptance of damage on both parts shows a level of maturity, that I find necessary when writing a fight (and not having... what do they call it?... A "Pissing Contest"?)
Now, moving on to the wind power, it sounds kinda like "The Force" from Star Wars.. but I guess you would have to take your opponents strengths and weaknesses into consideration. Physically strong characters may simply feel a slight "Inconvience" rendering such power useless, and faster characters are more difficult to hit, mage/magic using chars might be completely immune to it. I guess to be used as a temporarily disadvantage (as it was used in Star Wars) it might be helpful.
Moving on further now :), to our elf. Mostly I think we all know the sterotypes... generally the "Im fast" types that use a bow/ranged weapon of some kind (usually in addition to a sword) or the "IMA MAGER" types. I think that a orginal idea would be more interesting (give a elf a mace haha,). I guess thats my problem with "premade" races ect, is that the sterotypes often over-take, as im sure you could understand :)
