Appearance: Travis is a very strong man. He has messy short hair and facial hair on his upper lip, and lower face. In combat, he will wear combat armor, but doesn't always enjoy it. He is seen wearing black baggy cargo pants, which hold some knives and other random stuff. He has a blue tee shirt under a black vest he wears as well. The vest holds two pistols, and has pockets for other things, including an old earth item that plays music. The device is called an iPod.
Personality: Travis is a very serious person. He has a very deep sadness and doesn't always like to joke around. He does however know how to survive, is an amazing leader, and has a keen interest in old Earth music...mostly consisting of rock and Metal. He is seen with headphones during combat, or lying in his room listening to it. Despite his serious mood, he has been seen playing poker, smoking cigars, and even laughing.
Bio:
Life started normal in Travis' life. It was actually almost perfect. He was raised in a very nice family, grew up strong, and found a love. He refuses talking about her. There was nothing wrong with the relationship at all. They got married when he was 28 and had three children, two boys and one girl. For four years the family grew up happy, until one day. Something happened that would forever shatter Travis' hapiness and change his life forever.
It was a normal day. He was working outside the house when the town went in an uproar. Nightmare creatures attacked the south of the town. Travis rushed to get his family to safety, but before his eyes he saw every one of them torn apart. He did all he could. He was lucky to escape alive himself. Travis hates talking about it and gets very upset when anyone asks about it.

Afterwards, he became a marshal and a wanderer. He quickly adapted to surviving the wilderness, was a guick accurate shot, and even better at leadership. While on Mar Sara, the Zerg attacked again. He became the leader of a small town's militia and he helped in the defense of the town until the Sons of Korhal evacutated them. While fighting off the Zerg, Travis came across a runaway Confederate Marine. He didn't know his full name, and Travis only got the name "Lars" out of him. Lars had been through a lot in the Confederate Marines. His mind was almost completely wiped due to the nueral resocializations done to every Marine. Travis, though seeming as if he didn't give a rat's ass about Lars, actually watched over him.

After Mengsk came and evacuated the town, Travis became a leader in Raynor's squad. However, Travis never fully trusted Mengsk, and was almost too happy to accept Raynor's invitation for him to join his Raiders. Travis didn't just leave Mengsk because of his dislikin, but of a more personal reason. Lars had been with Travis' squad while Travis fought for Mengsk against the Confederacy. While fighting, Lars met a female soldier, named Isabella Kennedy. At first the two got along like a cat does with a dog. Isabella was hard on Lars, and the tougher one.But over time, the two got to like each other. Travis saw Lars and Isabella together more often, and reflected on his past love...he never says her name, but it sticks in his mind. No one but him knows about her.

Well, Travis saw them and asked Mengsk to allow them to leave. He didn't want them to fall in combat while they still loved. He didn't want one of them, particularly Lars, to experience the pain of losing love. Mengsk however refused, infuriating Travis. As he left, he ran into Jim Raynor. The two had known each other for a little, and Jim told Travis that he and some of the others were leaving. Jim asked Travis if he wanted to come, and Travis accepted without second thought. Travis got his squad and told them to join with Raynor. Then Travis got Lars and Isabella.

He told them to follow him without question. Though pounded with questions from the two, he just lead them to another hangar. One marine, called Gordan Mustaine, Travis trusted highly as his best friend, was getting a dropship ready for Lars and Isabella. Travis had told Gordan to get it ready and how he had planned to get Lars and Isabella away from the war. Travis told Lars and Isabella what Mengsk had said and how angry he was with Mengsk. He told them about hisdeparture from his army and joining Raynor. He quickly had them married even though he wasn't a pastor, and told Lars to fly the dropship far away. He had the dropship prepared for a five year flight. As far as Travis knows, Lars and Isabella are still alive. Lars, unaware of his last name, took Isabella's last name as his own.

Travis, under Raynor's command, became a captain of ground assaults under Raynor's Raiders. A lot has changed with Raynor and men talk about mutiny, but Travis has placed his loyalty to Raynor, and has faith he will come through.

Travis has had many members in his squad, and they are listed below.

Gordan Mustaine
Gordan Mustaine is Travis' best friend and the only person in the Raiders who has known Travis for almost 10 years. Gordan is a very large bulky dark-skinned man with a deep voice, and a kind heart. He is about 42 in age. He loves smoking cigars and is an expert poker player. Gordan knew Travis during his marshal years. Gordan was in the militia under Travis' command on Mar Sara, and has been with Travis ever since then. Gordan loves the plasma flamethrower, but will fight with gauss rifles if the flamethrower is unavailable. Gordan has had mini squads under Travis multiple times.

Thomas McCarvey
Thomas, or Tom for short, has known Travis about 5 or 6 years. He is an average caucasian male, about 31, has black short hair, no facial hair, and brown eyes. He is rather skinny. Thomas had a twin brother named Stan. Both brothers were under Travis command with Mengsk. Sadly, Stan was killed in a fight with the Zerg. Thomas was heartbroken. Rumors among the soldiers say Travis met privatly with him and comforted him. They say Travis told Thomas about his great loss of his wife and comforted him by grieving with him, but Thomas has not confirmed this, and has even denied it. Thomas now is one of the soldiers in the squad of Travis who gets a mini squad. Thomas has always loved joking around, smoking ciggerettes, and poker, even though he sucks royally at it.

Roberto Gonzalez
Roberto is one of the newer recruits in Travis' squad. He looks a lot like Thomas, but his skin is darker, he is younger at 27, and he has a heavy Spanish accent. Roberto also has a huge liking to sarcasm. This liking, has more than once annoyed Thomas McCarvey and it pleased Travis so much, that when he doesn't give Roberto a squad, he puts him in Thomas' squad. Listening to the two of them argue was just as satisfying as listening to Thomas argue with Stan in life. Roberto loves cigerettes and drinking, and will play poker every now and then.

Parker Bourne
Parker is the youngest in Travis' squad, and commonly refered to as "the kid." He is only about 5'9'' and weighs about 158, and he is 23. His hair is shaved off, and he has no facial hair. His hair would be a blonde color. However, he is respected by most because of his unusual skills with a canister rifle and sniper skills. He isn't a ghost, but almost rivals their fireing skills. He is bright in attitude, and is learning quickly what it takes to be a good leader. This impresses Travis greatly and Travis is not easily impressed. Though he stays away from smoking and drinking, he plays cards with the guys. He laughs a lot and gets along with anyone he knows. Though he has not yet commanded a squad under Travis, he is well on his way and usually is with Travis' squad. He is agile and quick with his weapon.
