William looked around the vast mansion in which a huge event was going on. His eyes scanned the various fancy clothed men and women for his next target but none came in sight. This was wonderful. The only reason he bothered to come to these parties was for a target and tonight there wasn't one. He let out a small sigh and turned to leave, bumping into his father, who was also at the party. "Dad." He said, plastering on a fake smile.

"Enjoying the party, Willie?" His father asked with a grin as he came to stand next to him, drink in hand. "What I mean is see anything you like?" His father raised his gray bushy eyebrows in a suggestive way.

"Actually dad I was going to head out. I don't feel so good and I have some paperwork to finish up for a deal I have tomorrow." William lied with a small smile. "But call me later." He said as he patted his father on the back and headed for the door. Once he was outside in the cool air he let out a breath he didn't even know he was holding and headed for his black Porsche. He climbed inside, loosened up his tie and then headed down the road home. Alone.

Azi climbed into her car. It had been a long day at work. She didn't mind being a secretary, but her boss was so bossy and never seemed to be happy with anything. She hated how picky her boss was and it didn't help that she had had a headache for most of the day. Her car had also been giving her troubles which had automatically put her in a bad mood. She heaved a great sigh as she turned her car on, she just wanted to get home and take a hot bath before she crashed in her bed. She didn't have work for the next two days, she was very grateful for that. She took in a deep breath as she pulled out of the employee parking and began to head to her apartment complex which was about a half an hours driver.

Azi was half way home, her mind was set on being home and relaxing. She was so distracted she didn't notice the deer cross the road. Startled she yanked on her steering wheel which in turn caused the passenger side of her car to hit the tree. She sat there for a moment, shocked. She was shaking slightly, she was fine, but now that side of the car was totalled. She sat there dumbfounded for a couple minutes until she realized the situation.

Aggravation bubbled in her as she climbed out of her car to inspect the damage, it was bad. With a huff she pulled her cell out and tried to dial 911, but realized she had no bars! Looking around she didn't feel safe. As the fear began to creep into her bones she quickly climbed back into her car as she watched the road, praying for help.

William was headed down a dark, wooded deserted road when he spotted the car. He was going to ignore it and keep driving when he saw the woman in the car. She was beautiful. With red hair. Just the way he liked it. Clearing his throat, he lowered down the loud music flowing through the speakers and pulled up behind her.

He climbed out of his car and walked over to her car. Bending down he knocked on the window and smiled his infamous smile at her. "Hey. Yoy stuck?" He asked loudly, so she could hear him in the car. It was perfect. She was perfect. Just what he needed after a stressful week.

Azi was curled up in her seat, her phone clutched tightly in her hands. She knew it wouldn't work, but it was still a symbol of a safe way out. Her eyes were darting up and down the road until she finally say headlights coming through the dark. She turned her body so she could see the car better. She was praying that they'd stop and help her. She felt relief as the car pulled up behind her. She watched the man as he came to her window and knocked. At first she was frightened because he was bigger than her, but she easily recognized his face.

It was William Damon, he was all over the magazines and she'd read some of the articles out of curiosity. He seemed like a nice guy and even though it was unlikely she'd meet him here, she was relieved to see him. She rolled down her window. "Yeah I am," she sighed and looked at her car, something in her told her she couldn't trust him, but she ignored it. "I hit the tree, my cell phone doesn't work and neither will my car." She sighed a little frustrated. "If you could just give me a lift to the nearest public building I'd greatly appreciate it. I need to call a tow truck as well." She offered him a small smile.

OOC: Sorry bout the short posts. I will post longer. I'm just trying to multi-task at the moment.[/b]

William smiled and nodded his head. "Of course I can give you ride." He offered. It was all working out the way he had planned."Follow me to my car." He said as he waved for her to follow him. "And don't worry about the tow truck. I can call my friend to come and get that." He told her as he ran a hand through his hair and waited patiently for her to get out of the car. His smile still plastered on his face.

Ooc - Okay, good. Haha, I know how that is! Well I hope you are succeeding at multi-tasking!

Azi smile was full now as she nodded and grabbed her few essential belongings out of the car. She didn't want to leave them incase someone came upon the scene and might steal her things. That was the last thing she needed. "Really? I'd hate to put your friend out, but if it's okay than you are saving angel tonight." She laughed with relief as she followed him to his car. She gazed at it for a brief second, it was a nice car, a very nice car. Of course it was though, what else should she expect? "Really, thanks," she said. "At an hour like this, who knows what kinds of creeps are out." She laughed. Azi was so completely and fully unaware of what she was practically agreeing to. She was basically sealing her own fate.

OOC: It's going alright. Haha. It's crazy but I should have it under control in a min or two.
"He won't mind. He needs something to do with his life." William said as he waved it away and shook his head. He then opened her door for her and smiled. "Yeah, who knows?" He asked with a shrug. He was well aware of what creeps were out there. If people knew what he did he would be considered one of those creeps.

He climbed into the drivers seat once she was settled in and buckled his seat belt. Looking over at her, he smiled. "I didn't catch your name. What is it?" He asked, as he raised an eyebrow and turned the key in the ignition.

Ooc - That's good to hear!

Azi laughed lightly at the thought. She smiled at him as he opened her door for her. It was a kind gesture that not many guy would offer in these days. He was certainly a gentleman if he was willing to do that. "I'm just glad I had you find me. I would hate for someone else to have found me," she shuddered at the thought as it obviously scared her. "I don't know what I'd do if I was overpowered," she shook her head with wide eyes. Azi looked at him as he climbed into his own seat and started the car. "It's Elizabeth Saint John, but it's so long you can call me Azi." She smiled at him as they pulled away from her car and back on to the road. She was happy this scare was over.

"Well it's nice to make your accquaintance, Azi." William said as he tossed her a smile and looked out at the darkened road. "So, we have fifteen minutes until we make it to civilization. Tell me about yourself." He requested not looking at her. It wasn't his custon to find out about the woman he killed. He didn't really care to. They were going to be dead soon, so what was the point in getting to know them? But it would take a little more time with Elizabeth and he decided to just throw his rules aside for her because it would be a very boring ride without talking.

Azi smiled and nodded to show she felt the same way about meeting him in person. She smiled before her brow creased as she took upon a contemplative look as she thought. "Well I'm an orphan, but I have plenty of relatives to make up the difference. I work under probably the worst boss ever, I like the color green and I'm a cat person." She said as she was feeling more comfortable around him. She had no idea what his plans were, and if she did she would've thrown herself from the car, but she was ignorant and was talking casually with him. "I love a good book but I love movies. I also think that if everyone is given enough love and attention than our world would be fixed and wouldn't have any problems." She said, though it was slightly random. "What about you?" she asked him while turning her gaze to him.

William actually found himself interested in what the girl had to say but he cursed himself. She wold be dead in about an hour and a half. He couldn't find himself interested in her. It went against all his rules. Shaking his head, he came out of his thoughts when she asked him about himself. He couldn't lie. But he couldn't tell the truth either. He decided to just tell her what he liked to do leaving out the sadstic serial killer. He wouldn't get attatched. He was to strong for that.

"Well, I'm an only child to Greg and Harriet James. I don't have that much family to lean on me and my dad hopes one day I'll take over the business. My favorite color is blue. I have two dogs. Stevens and Jack. I like to read on my nights off from work or partying. I like horror movies because they are the best type. And don't tell anyone but I really hate all the publicity I get. I would much rather be a normal person." He told her as he leaned forward. And it was all true. He really did hate all the stuff they put about him in the magazines but it helped because no one suspected him of murder. The perfect cover-up.

Azi listened to him carefully, she took it all in as she found most of it interesting. She always thought big people like him and celebrities loved the spot-light and would jump at the chance at a magazine cover, but here he was saying he honestly hated the stuff. "Well you would probably do well in the acting industry," she said. "I would've never have guessed that you hated being out there for everyone to analyze. You always seemed satisfied with your life," she shrugged, she'd been wrong before and she knew this wouldn't be the last time. The tid-bit about movies was definitely a surprise, but she realized she should just accept the fact that he'd surprise her.

"Do you want to take over his business?" she asked him, she was honestly interested in him. Even though she supposedly had just roughly fifteen minutes with him, she wanted to get to know him as much as she could. He was intriguing, and Azi wanted to know what was behind the face. "What kind of dogs?" she asked after a moment.

Willian shook his head and let out a humorless laugh. "Are you kidding me? I don't want to take over the business. Where's the fun in trading, investing, paperwork? Nothing. I want to be a fireman. I want to help people. Save their lives." He told Azi. Which to him was ironic because he took more lives then he saved them. But he couldn't help himself. It was just something about the color red. Fire. He had an overpowering need to take that color away from the world. No more red. No more innocent lives taken away. Of course he couldn't tell her that. "Jack Russell Terrier." He answered after a moment.

Azi shrugged. "I understand, I was just curious." She said as listened. A smile came to her face. "That's a very admirable thing to do!" she exclaimed, but not too loudly. "So why don't you do it now? You have the funds to do a lot of good, other than saving lives from fires." She said as she looked out of the window. She could see the city lights up ahead and was happy. Azi was enjoying her time with him, but something didn't feel right. "Really? Cute," she commented. "I hear they are great dogs." She smiled to herself before she looked back at him.

"Yeah, but it isn't that easy to get away from my father's company. It's like signing your life away to the mafia or something." William said with a shrug, abruptly turning down a street that would lead them to his house. "And they are great dogs. They guard you from danger and their very reliable." He told her with a smirk as he pulled up to his huge mansion.

He looked over at her as he unbuckled his seat and pointed to the house. "Want to come in for a drink real quick? I just have to grab something. I figured since I'm in the city I might as well finish up some work. It'll only take about ten minutes." He lied expertly as he ran a hand through his short hair.

Azi frowned as she felt for him. "Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. So I suppose once he passes on you'll give the company up then?" she asked him. Would he just have to hold onto it or would he be free after his father passed on? She smiled. "Well I'm glad they serve you well. Though with the kind of estate you have you'd probably need either more of them or a bigger dog." She laughed but her attitude turned to a frown as he pulled onto a darkened road. She saw the large mansion at the end and instantly got a terrible feeling.

Azi looked at William before she glanced at his grand home. "Uh, I don't drink." She said as she got the urge to bolt from the car. Something was off, something wasn't right. "No, I really should be getting home," she glanced at her phone. "It's okay, I'll just call a ride and they can pick me up." Her hand was already dialing the number, only it wasn't a friend, it was 911. Her other hand was inching towards her door handle as her instincts were screaming at her to run.

William saw her starting to dial a number on her phone, which she was trying to hide and he instantly frowned. She was not about to get away from him. He heard the operator pick up and he sighed. "Sweetie, what did daddy tell you about dialing 911? You can't use the phone until your ten. Sorry operator." He said in his best stern voice as he reached for the phone and grabbed it out of her hand, latching a hand over her mouth and glaring at her. "My daughter just learned how to dial 911 at her school and she just loves the phone...Huh? Oh yes. Thank you. Have a nice night. Goodbye." He said into the phone before hanging up and glaring at Azi.

"There was no need for you to do that. I was being nice." He growled as he took his hand from her mouth and slapped her across the face. "I didn't want to do it this way but I have no choice." He sighed and grabbed her body forcefully, climbing out of the car he threw her over his shoulder as if she were a flower of sack and started up the stairs to his mansion. "Being stubborn will get you nowhere." He sang to her with a smirk as he opened the door and stepped inside. His two small dogs rushing over to him. "What's up guys? Daddy has something to take care of." He said as he patted each of them on the head and then walked toward the kitche, he opened a door and walked down the stairs to his basement.

Azi knew instantly she had found herself trapped with this man. Her face flickered with horror and terror as he snatched her phone from her. She listened with a sick stomach as he was telling her escape that she was in grade school and was just dialing 911 for the fun of it. She was so stunned that she had no time to scream, no time to react. Her body drained of color as he hung her phone up and his eyes grew dark. She hadn't expected the slap so it seemed to sting more than it should've. She yelped out slightly as a hand mark appeared on her face. "Let me go," her voice was weak and quiet as she had spoken with wide eyes.

She was still to frightened to fight back as he pulled her out of the car and threw her over his shoulder. Her body seemed frozen as he carried her into his large estate. The sound of two dogs came to her ears and now was when the tears came. She was limp against his shoulder as he was carrying her deeper into his house and began to descend under ground. "You won't get away with this, they'll find me, they'll miss me," her voice wasn't loud as she was nearly paralyzed with fear. "What happened to saving lives?" she chocked out as he handled her roughly. What was he going to do?

William ignored her pleas to let her go. There was no way that was happening. He threw her into a chair and strapped her arms and feet down before going over to a table and grabbing some ducktape. "I do want to save lives." He said gently as he walked back over to her. "But I can't with people like you. Fire. Red. Don't you see it? Red is what is killing people these days. It means blood, fire, hell. How can I save lives when I can't defeat the color?" He asked. He wasn't stupid. He knew he sounded crazy to every girl that he had ever killed but in his mind it all made sense.

He quickly cut off a piece of duck tape and strapped it over her mouth to keep her from screaming. Sure, they were in the woods and he didn't have neighbors for miles but he just had to be safe. "And trust me babe, they won't miss you. They won't even notice your gone. They'll find your car on the side of the road in a few weeks but you'll be long gone by then." He said with a shrug as he undid his tie and threw it to the ground. "But you called and I lied and that was not a good thing to do." He said a bit crazily as he walked over to her and punched her in the face, causing her to go unconcious. He smiled and sat down in a nearby chair to wait for her to wake up. She needed to be awake for him to go on. He wanted her to feel the pain.

Azi was so scared, her head snapped back slightly as he pushed her hard into the chair. It was braced enough so she wouldn't have flown over the back. She watched him, her eyes screaming crazy as he spoke. "It's a color!" she said wildly. "You can't defeat a color..." she trailed off as it clicked. Her whole body froze and she realized what was happening, who this was. "You're him!" she finally snapped as the tears flooded over her face now. "You-" she broke off as he taped her mouth. He was it, he was the one. He had been the one to kill all of those women, all of those red-headed women. All because it was the color of red?

She began to sob, but her mouth was closed so she could hardly make a sound. She watched him approach her, she shook her head slowly as he came up to her. She wanted to die right then, she didn't want to live through this, just let her die! Azi watched him come forward until his fist flew to her face and caused her to pass out.

It was probably twenty minutes before Azi started coming back. She rolled her head back forward, her face hurt, but her nose had miraculously not been broken. She fluttered her eye-lids as she slowly became aware once again as to how she was there. Looking around it clicked once again, especially the pain. Her eyes darted around wildly until she spotted him, William. The tears came again as she shook her head in a silent plea.
