Good people of RolePlayGateway!!!!!!

I have an idea! This idea of mine will be to post topics in the main lobby that will basically be people's thoughts on players. Now, if you start up a roleplay and someone wants to join, but you aren't sure if they are any good, you can simply come to the main lobby, and look up their feedback post!

To make this idea work, the feedback must be as well-balanced as possible, but with your final opinion about the player in the end. Also, to add some degree of uniformity, if you would like to make a new post for a player who hasn't had a topic made yet, please title the new topic thusly:


"User feedback- [insert player name]"

For example, a topic for me would be called "User feedback- dionkar336"

While this could be a good idea. It could turn south fast.

I do like the thought of it, but perhaps it should go into the actual role playing category of the site. Perhaps OOC? Maybe even in roleplayers wanted, so people could browse it and send out invites or something.

That's actually an even better idea than putting it in the main lobby, but I was alerted by a moderator today that these kind of topics are considered a no-no. They made sense, so I found it hard to argue with them, but basically, they thought it could lead to some pretty bad discrimination, so they immediately saw the "south" end of things. I understand, and for now, this idea will be scrapped. Perhaps if there is a way to improve the idea so that people cant just praise their friends and bash their enemies, then it could go somewhere. As of now, the idea would rely solely on people being fair and unbiased, and this is a bit hard for some people. So, this idea shall be tossed in the scrap bin of possibly good ideas that can have huge negative repercussions.
