Larissa sighed as she put down the box of plates she pulled into the house. She sighed dreamily. 'Our house...' She dearly loved her Wolf.

She sorted out the plates and tied her hair up in its usual style ponytail. Her black bangs brushed her forehead. Her bronze eyes gazed out the kitchen window.

'Where could he be? It's almost lunch; he's usually in here demanding me to cook.' She giggled to herself. Him and his giant gut.

Sovereign walked in the house and growled loudly as he rolled his bruised shoulder. "I absolutely hate rouge vampires." he grumbled to himself. Following his stomach to the kitchen, he sat down and says, "Ris, food and ice pack."

Larissa startled out of her thoughts at the sound of Sov coming in. "Right here, dear!"

She used her speed to get the food done and ice pack ready.

She placed the plate in front of Sov and the ice pack gently on his shoulder.

"Rouge vamps, again hun?" She had heard him complaining of them when he walked in. "They just seem to follow us don't they?"

"Yeah well you were quite popular before you met me, remember? Making them stumble over each other like dodos." he said eating the food. Remembering back then, he grined to himself as he recalled just watching from the shadows.

Larissa giggled at that. "Yes, well...they just didn't know how strong I really am." She watched him eat.

She asked him, "So, was it anyone we met before or someone new? Also, do you want seconds?" She really doesn't know why she always ask that; of course he wants seconds.

"Jerk from England, Ass from India, the Fuckers from Manhattan, and Shithead from Miami." Finshing, he went to sink and got some water from tap. Sovereign, grabbing the half of pizza in the fridge, went to the living room and flopped on to the couch. Eating the pizza, he grabs the remote and started channel surfing.

Larissa nodded, remembering all the times those certain vamps had gotten "in the way". She followed him to the living room and sat in his lap, wrapping her arms around him.

"You do realize, that we still have to go to school, and it starts Monday. So! Are you ready for our...what number high school is this?" She scratched her chin with a blue finger.

She shrugged. "I guess it doesn't matter."

She laughed at the t.v. "Can it get any more stupid?"

"Ten for you, twenty for me." he says, chuckling. Afew minutes later, he nuzzled Larissa and made a content sounding growl. 'Wonder where the others are?' he pondered as he thought of his sister's pack.

Larissa sighed contendly. She loved snuggling with Sovereign, almost as much as she loved hunting with him.

She felt him tense a little and asked, "What's wrong, hun? Worried again?" She ran her hand through his hair. It was so soft compared to her marble hardness. How different they were.

She smiled as she did so.

"Not really, just wondering about something I haven't thought bout recently." Leaning into her hand and closing his eyes, he sighs.

Larissa nods, and continues combing through his soft soft hair with her hand. She watches out the window as the sun makes it's way down, cloaking the nearby forest and town into darkness.

Larissa stops moving her hand and moves Sov's shoulder gently. "Hon, it's night. Time to go to bed. We have school tomorrow."

She was very excited because she loves to dress up weird on the first day of school. "Maybe I should paint my fingernails rainbowish~"

"Yeah right."

Next day, Sovereign was in his unsual dark colored clothes and boots. Slinging his backpack over his shoulder, he grabbed a half gallon of chocolate milk and called for Larissa. 'Damn baby, you take so long.' he thought as he went out to his '65 GTO.

Larissa walked out with a biscuit for Sov and her fingers all different colors. She had a dark green blouse on and a pair of scruffed up jeans with yellow patches on the knee to hide the holes. Her boots had a weird, reddish stain that had never went away. Her hair was down and wavy.

She skipped her way over to Sov, pecked him on the cheek, and climbed into the passenger side. "Ready, hon? We gotta make a SCENE!" She was grinning wildly.

"Yeah, your sceneness with my goth, I'm sure some jock will take offense and wana fight." he said eating the biscuit and peeling out of the driveway. Speeding through traffic with near reckless abandon, Sovereign made a note to buy a replacement mp3. "If I'm right, is it there a group of veggie-pires around here?"

Larissa nodded as she laced her boot up some more. "The...Cullens if I'm not mistaken." She was so used to him speeding she didn't really mind anymore.

She laughed at his joke. "Yeah, like last time? I swear, if the police hadn't broken you guys up, that guy was gonna be on life support the rest of his days!" She shook her head. "It was like a fountain of blood, his poor nose was."

She bounced in her seat. "I can't wait! We there yet?"

"I'm sure you thinking, 'Baby, can you try save me some of that for later?' " he says as he drifted in the school parking lot and parking five spots down from a vw. "Now we are." Getting out and grabbng his backpack, Sovereign saw Edward and Bella kissing on the car door. 'Oh fucking great, I'm sure there's a fight coming.' he thought.

Larissa jumped out the car, swung her backpack on one shoulder, and laughed. "You know what I think, dear." She sighed. "Good thing I have great self-control, otherwise we would have more than what we do have on our tail."

She hugged him, and looked over at the Vampire and Human. She sighed. "Oh, dear me. Try not to get in a fight the first day, maybe the second." She pecked him on the cheek again. "Okay?"

He just growled softly, his way of saying 'no promises'. Sovereign grabbing the chocolate milk and Larissa's hand, he went to office. "New?" 'Actually, no I'm not. But I seem to be forever stuck at nineteen, even through I'm not a vampire.' he thought as he says, "Yes, name's Sovereign Knight." While he waits for his schedule, Sovereign precedes to kill his half gallon of milk.

Larissa giggled. "I'm Larissa Espanoza. New, also." She puts her head on Sov's shoulder, watching him drink his milk. She scowls; even when alive, she hated milk. It was just so nasty! Oh, well.

The assistant handed over their schedules, finally. They thanked the lady (rather, Larissa thanked and Sov growled) and walked on.

"Ooh! Sovereign! We got science together! Don't you just LOVE science!" She grinned as they walked to their lockers.

Leaning on his locker after he got here, Sovereign looked over his and said, "Looks we have almost every class together, except for after lunch."
