(OOC: Okay, this is a private RP between me and Afterlife.)

The Intro: Jaelyn Walker is your average girl, besides the fact that her father is a very wealthy and well-known lawyer. Also, Jaeylyn is a mute. In her hometown, there has been a lot of gang action. What would happen if she got caught up in the middle of a gang kidnapping? Would there be violence? Ransom? Romance?

Jaelyn sighed as she drove home from school her bright green 1975 Mustang away from school. Today was long, boring, and hard. She had two killer tests and loads of homework in all her other classes. Her bright blue hair was tied into twin buns on her head and her bangs were blowing in her face. Ugh, the traffic was terrible. Maybe some tunes... She reached her hand down to the radio and flipped on the Classic Rock station; now THAT was good music!

She pulled into her parking spot and leapt out, then grabbing her back out of the back and walking up the steps to her large house. Her vintage style boots made quiet clicking noises on the marble floor. R-r-r-ring! went the bell. Her parents had that built in so she can announce her entrance. The weirdest things you had to do when you are mute. Jaelyn shrugged the idea off and ran upstairs to her room, dropping her bag on her large chair and flipping on the TV in her room. Just in time for some DIY shows. Bleh.

Her little cat, Chips, pounced onto the bed and meowed in her face. Jaelyn smiled and pet her little pussycat. The thing had no sense of direction, blind in one eye, chunks of fur permantantly missing and paws too big for it's body. But hey, it was her cat.

Aiden Schreiber, once a typical American boy was now out in the streets planning on more ways to ruin other people's lives along with the rest of the Aces. They weren't a very popular gang because they weren't fighting for territory, only terrorizing people and leaving the scene before ever getting caught. Lately they had done nothing but rob random pedestrians at night, but they were looking for something more now, something elaborate. That was where Aiden came in, he was the brains of the gang.

"We can't rob the bank, its right down the road from the police station, that would be flat out stupid. I've had this idea for a while now but I wasn't sure if you idiots would be able to pull it off," he shoved his hands into the front of his black hoodie, leaning against the brick wall of a secluded alley. "What if we kidnapped someone and demanded a large amount of money? Give 'em a few days to get it or we kill our hostage, that way we would have enough money to get out of this hell town. What do ya say?" He looked at the others and a silence feel upon them.

"Who though?" JT, as everyone called him, asked eyeing Aiden through narrow green orbs.
"The Walker daughter, you know the lawyer? Well I hear he has a daughter and imagine what kind of money we could get out of him." Aiden felt satisfied with his pick, the family was loaded and with that being the guys daughter he was sure they would give into the Aces' demands.
"Huh I don't know, how would we pull it off?" Another one of the members chimmed in.
"Its simple, we go to some abandoned place, far away of course, and keep the girl there until they send us the money to wherever we want it to go." Pushing off the wall he added, "we just snatch her when shes leaving school or about to go inside. Knock her out if we have to, I'll pick the location and get to you guys, I need some sleep." Aiden closed the conversation, walking out of the alley and down the sidewalk. His house was a good twenty minutes away, but he rarely drove anywhere.

Once home he bypassed his mother who was passed out at the kitchen table with an empty bottle of vodka shattered. His father was nowhere to be seen, probably off cheating or getting drunk too. Aiden went straight to his room and locked the door behind himself. Getting away was the main reason he joined the gang, and now with the plan he developed he would have the chance to leave forever. If everything went as planned.

Aiden threw off his hoodie and layed back on his bed, staring at the ceiling. This would be the biggest thing he's done since killing the bastard who murdered his sister. 'Once we get the money I'm free of this hell hole.' He thought pleasantly, black and blue hair falling in his eyes as he rolled over on his side.
Sitting in this room playing Russian roulette,
Finger on the trigger to my dear Juliet
Out from the window see her back drop silhouette
This blood on my hands is something I cannot forget

Jaelyn's eyes flashed open. They searched the room as the rest of her body woke up. The mute girl sat up and realized that she had fallen asleep at her desk. Ugh. She stood up and washed her face, put in her pink eye contacts, then got dressed. Today, she decided to go a little Flashdace themed; so she put on a large, cut up t-shirt, short skirt (putting them on inside-out for good luck, obviously) and piles of plastic beads. She skipped out her door and down the stairs, only stoppin got tie her sneakers. She prepared her breakfast of toast and half of a grapefruit.

Margarita, the housekeeper smiled and greeted her as she entered the room. Jaeleyn smiled cheerfully and waved, but she acidentally dropped the knife that she was spreading her jelly with. The mute tilted her head, dropping a knife meant that a man was going to visit. Hmmm... "So you thinkg a man is gonna visit, Jae?" Margarita said, leaning against the granite counter top. The girl nodded.

After finishing her breakfast and feeding Chips, she grabbed her sketchbook, bag and lunch (somesort of fish obviously, to get smart) and ran out the door. But instead of driving she decided to walk today, it was a lovely day and school wasn't THAT far away. So she got going, keeping her fingers folded (to guard herself from evil spirits) and not stepping on the cracks on the pavement. Her birthstone earrings bounced against her face in an annoying fashion. Oh well, it was good luck. That's all that mattered. She was one block away from school now. Ugh. More tests.

Aiden's day started extra early when, after sleeping for about four hours, he woke up at 3am and left to meet up with the rest of the Aces. It was rare that he ever got a full seven or eight hours of sleep, that is unless he was sick, which hasn't been in a few months. At the typical alley meeting spot he went over the plan in greater detail, making sure everything was set up just right, the last thing he wanted was all of them to be caught and thrown in prison. A ransom note typed up demanded 2,500,000 dollars for the safe return of the Walker girl. Aiden laughed when he read it, it was such a cliche like somthing out of a movie, but it was necessary.

It was five guys including Aiden himself, crammed into somewhat new Kia. The idea was to drive by and pick her up on her way to school and go straight to the warehouse while the sixth member of the gang stayed behind to deliver the ransom. Aiden was sitting in the backseat, taking up the role to as the one to personally get the girl into the car. He wasn't exactly thrilled about that particular part because he didn't like to mess with females, mostly because of a memory of his sister being killed. No one else wanted to do it, so he reluctantly volunteered himself.

They were driving down the street of a more priviledged neighborhood. Aiden knew the exact time school started and the face of the girl. Luckily for them she was walking to school that day, a nice strike of luck in the plan. JT stopped the car a bit down the road and let Aiden out. He walked calmly down the sidewalk, the girl in view. Once he got close enough to her he reached out and grabbed her hand, speaking in a low and threatening tone.

"Follow me and you wont get hurt, make one noise or unordered move and I will kill you." He was holding his breath after that, attempting to walk her calmly back to the car. If she did try anything Aiden knew exactly how to knock her out, but that was a last resort. He did have a knfie in the pocket of his hoodie, and wouldn't hesitate to use that to persuade the girl further.

Jaelyn jumped as she felt someone grab her wrist. A man's voice sounded behind her, threatening her to come with him or to be killed. The mute girl's unnaturally pink eyes flashed back to the hooded man. Well, he was more of a boy, though, but he was still threatening her. A disbelieving expression appeared on her face as she eyed the young man. She took a step away from him and started to pull gently. She was guessing that he was just trying to get some cash off of her.

She slowly reached into her bag and pulled out a twenty dollar bill and she handed it to him. Maybe this will make him go away; she was going be late to school otherwise.

He wasn't letting go.

Now Jaelyn was starting to freak out. She tugged and pulled and struggled hard. This would be a good reason to complain about being mute! The girl swung her fist down upon his arm in hopes of him letting go. By now, she was pulling and hitting with all her might.

Aiden ignored the twenty dollar bill she pulled out, in the back of his mind he wondered why she was fighting without saying anything, but wasn't going to complain, that just made it easier for him to drag her to the car. He wasn't thrilled about fighting with her either, he didn't like being rough with girls but if this struggle last too much longer someone might see them and ruin the entire plan.

When she hit Aiden's arm it went numb on impact but he didn't loose his grip. He pulled her in the direction of the car when he saw JT was driving it up. Stopping he got out of the car and helped him get the girl in. He was surprised she put up a fight the way she did, he didn't think she had it in her. "Go now." He ordered once he and the girl were in the backseat. He put a hand over her mouth, holding a knife close to her throat, close enough that if they hit a bump things could get messy quick.

"Don't move or I will slit your throat." Aiden demanded, staring at the girl through emotionless eyes. A flashing memory of Aiden's sister assaulted his mind, but he ignored it the best he could.

Jaelyn stopped struggling once she was shoved into the back of the car and felt that pocket knife against her neck. She looked around the car, seeing five other boys all jammed into it. Her heart pounded. What was gonna happen to her? She reached down to her bag and grasped her rabbit's foot charm, feeling the soft fur in between her fingers.

Hopefully, Lady Luck will smile at her and either have them crash or be pulled over by policemen or something. Who were these people? What was gonna happen to her?

Jaelyn tried to pull her head back from the boy's hand. Her eyes watered. Her pink eyes looked towards the window. A tear rolled down her face. The mute wasn't normally an emotional girl, it was probably the fear. Yeah, it was the fear.

Jae squirmed and put her feet up against the seat infront of her. Her dad will find her and she'll get home. If she's lucky...

Aiden refused to show any emotion on his face, even as the girl shed a tear. She wasn't alive anymore so he couldn't understand why this girl was bothering him the way she did, maybe it was because she looked somewhat similar. Still he was forcing the emerging sympathy away. They had got her in the car and were headed to the warehouse where they were prepared to hold her until their demands were met. Aiden took his hand off of the girl's mouth, she wasn't trying to scream so he figured she wasn't going to try it, no one would hear her anyway. They were getting on the highway now, things were operating smoothly so far.

"Obviously you've been kidnapped, we're holding you hostage until your rich daddy gives us what we want. Don't try anything because I will hurt you. Just sit back and shut up and you'll be just fine."
"She sure is pretty." JT said from the front seat.
Aiden rolled his eyes, not wanting to think of what he ment by that.
"Just focus on getting us there."

Jaelyn froze. She was being held for ransom? The mute screamed at the top of her lungs, but that wasn't much use. She looked down at her purple converse. One of the boys declared that she was pretty. She glared at the boy as he face turned red. But after a bit of silence, another pang of fear instilled. They thought she was pretty!

Her eyes darted back and forth between each person in the car. The girl reached into her bag and pulled out a whiteboard and blue dry-erase marker. She popped the cap off and scribbled down on the smooth, white surface.

"You guys are dead meat" the board said in swirly cursive.

Jaelyn held it up to the boy sitting next to her, her pink-contacted eyes glaring above the board.
