Plot

*Based on the concept of Final Fantasy: Dissidia, but makes use of multiple franchises instead of just one.

The world, as we know it, is our own special place in the multitude of worlds similar, yet different to our own. This is a story of when Two Worlds, cause a gap in the fabric of reality, and the inevitable chaos that ensues.

Greece, The Temple of the Fates

The Ghost of Sparta, Kratos, embarked on a massive journey to change his fate. After being betrayed by the god, Zeus, Kratos was approached by the Titan, Gaia, as she saved him from near death. She told Kratos that he must find the Sisters of Fate and gain control of his thread. Only by controlling his thread, could Kratos return to the point before the God's betrayal. Setting his mind to this task, Kratos would travel Greece to find the Island of Creation but many dangers awaited him.

After many, many trials and battles, Kratos conquered the treacherous isle. All on his quest to gain an audience with the Sisters, whether they wanted him to or not. He slayed many a monster and enemy that dared stood in the Spartan's path. His legendary strength and violence would not be stopped by such petty interference. Upon reaching the temple Kratos had to face the Sisters themselves. Kratos entered a long, grueling battle with the Sisters, their powers over Fate, tampered with Kratos' own past. Despite their incredible powers, Kratos overcame them and eventually succeeded in taking control of his own Fate.

Before Kratos could travel back through the mirror, at the point of the God's betrayal, Zeus interfered in the attempt. Fearing for his life and his rule of Olympus, he attacked Kratos with his mighty Thunderbolt. Kratos dodged, but the Thunderbolt caused irreconcilable damage to the Loom of Reality...

Azad, The Tower of Dawn

In another world that runs sequentially with Greece, comes another tale of betrayal. The suave and dexterous Prince of Persia, sought to bring honor to himself in his very first battle. He and his father King Sharaman, invaded the Maharajah's Palace with an army of Persians. They were successful and stole many riches, including the fabled Sands of Time. In possession of the Dagger of Time, The Prince was tricked by the very man that had helped them to defeat the Maharajah, The Vizier.

The Vizier tricked The Prince into unleashing the Sands of Time and transformed all within Azad, into monsters. The only ones unaffected where The Prince, The Vizier, and the beautiful Princess Farah. After overcoming many obstacles and foes, The Prince ascended the Tower of Dawn, to reverse the treachery of The Vizier. During the final battle however, Farah fell to her death. Grief stricken, The Prince set to reverse the time flow and prevent all of this catastrophe, but before he could manage it The Vizier intervened.

The Vizier took the Prince by surprise and attacked him. The Prince dodged the attempt and proceeded to counter attack. During their scuffle however, The Hourglass was shattered and the entirety of the Sands were unleashed...

______

As two cataclysmic events occurred, The very Looms of Fate unraveled and caused major damage to to their reality, as rips in space were causing universes to collide. In the midst of this all were the unstoppable power of the Sands of Time as it began to tamper with time itself, for all realities. Time and Space were thrown out of balance and a new tale, was about to begin...

...But, something undisturbed since time immemorial, is stirring once again. It watches from within the shadows, as it secretly plots against all realities. It takes advantage of the distortion between time and space; summoning our heroes's greatest enemies in order to fulfill a dark purpose...

Characters

There are a set of characters that are available for players, but there are rules. The main rule, is that if you do intend to play them, knowledge of the games they are from is highly recommended. Another rule is that you must play as the character's current iteration that I have placed next to their name. i.e. You must play The Prince as he was during the game Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. Some of these characters are overpowered and that is allowed, so long as no one uses it as an excuse to godmod. Just because some characters are superhumanly strong, it doesn't mean they are invincible.

Alone...in the dark...it felt as if he was being cradle by water and gently flowing down a stream. Darkness surrounded the warrior from an ancient time as his eyes remained closed. The man known as Kratos was lost within his own subconscious...forced to remember his past. Flashes of his life darted across his shut eyes. He could see nothing but blood and bodies as his blades slash their way through bone, flesh, and muscle. There was not a more feared warrior in all of Greece then the Ghost of Sparta, Kratos.

His legacy of carnage and violence is one that none could compare. A mortal who would kill all that stood in his way. Men, Beasts, and even Gods were not above reproach from his legendary anger and thirst for vengeance. Some would call him arrogant and even foolish. How much audacity does a singular mortal have that would lead him to believe that he can kill all, even the Gods themselves? It may be audacity but there is more that drives Kratos beyond simple pride...it is tragedy that drives him. A loss so great that even a cold-hearted man like Kratos would leave him broken and hurt.

A great travesty befallen the man, one brought about by lies and his own selfish desires. A travesty that would haunt and forever remind him of what kind of man he is. A travesty that shows itself to not just himself but to everyone whose eyes befalls this man. A travesty that he wears upon his very skin, inseparable for all time. For that is the curse of the Ghost of Sparta, his skin made permanently white from the very ashes of the people he never sought to hurt. The moments that lead to that moment continue to burn within his very mind. Even now, adrift in the infinite span of the cosmos his mind continues to replay the moment he took their lives. The people he loved, he could still remember the time he spent with them, back when his life was happier.

Kratos could never full appreciate what he did have until it was taken away from him. His life since the slaying of his family was devoted to returning what he lost or removing from his life what he had done. Neither of which he was ever successful in achieving. Instead he was used by higher powers to complete their dirty work and after many years of servitude he did rebel. He faced down the one primarily responsible for his waking horror and that was the God of War, Ares. Ares threatened the whole of Olympus as the Gods sent Kratos to kill his former master. Ares underestimated Kratos's resolve as he used Pandora's Box, a weapon of great power, to kill a God. Who would of thought it possible for a mortal to kill a God? Still the deed was done and even more unbelievable the said mortal would ascend into godhood.

Yet, the Ascended's past would continue to consume him and even lead him to act violently against the rest of the Pantheon. Lied to since the beginning, the Gods could never erase his life of misdeeds, misdeeds that drove him into an unquenchable rage against all the Gods hold dear. The King of the Gods, Zeus believed Kratos would betray him and take his rule over Olympus. His paranoia would be his ultimate downfall as he made enemies of the one man he never should of crossed. Zeus believed that siphoning all of his power through the Blade of Olympus and stabbing him with it, would destroy the mighty Kratos. All it did was give Kratos cause to continue his vengeance. He was recruited by a powerful force in the world, the Titans.

Gaia, Mother of the Earth, spared Kratos and sent him on his quest to find the Sisters of Fate and reverse Zeus's treachery. He did as so, in order to complete his quest for vengeance. He crossed the Island of Creation facing the islands many dangerous inhabitants as well as other competitors who seek to change their fate as well. No challenge was to great for Kratos to overcome and as he met the Sisters they refused to alter his fate. The Ghost of Sparta would not have it and he would even defeat the Sisters themselves. It was at this point that keeps repeating itself in his mind. The Spartan's body begins to shake and convulse. He could see the the chamber crumbling around him as he held on to his thread. He needed to go into the past. He needed to cross the mirror. Lightning and thunder struck...it was Zeus!

How did he know he was here? It didn't make any sense but no matter! Kratos had his mission and he was going to see it through but, the destruction....it had unforeseeable consequences. Kratos's memories fail him at this point, he could not exactly remember what happened. He did not believe that Zeus would be mad enough to destroy the temple...no he was specifically targeting Kratos but...he remembered he evaded him, and, and....GURRRAAAAGH!

Kratos awoke as he broke out in a cold sweat. He stood straight up and looked around him. "By the Gods...where am I!?" He shouted. It looked like nothing but a barren landscape of rocks. Above him the sky was swirling like rushing water but it was completely dark as lightning zapped across the inky sky. Despite the dark sky one could see as if it was daylight. Something was off about this place...just what was happening. Kratos then heard what sounding like rushing water slamming against the Earth. Kratos moved towards the edge of a cliff and could see the Aegean Sea. "Am I on the Aegean Bluffs?" Kratos asked himself confused. He could have sworn he was in the Temple of the Fates not the bluffs!

He then looked up to the sky above and shouted, "ZEUS!" "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!? I DEMAND YOU TO SHOW YOURSELF!!" But there was no answer and there would be no answer. "ZEUS!? ZEUS ARE YOU FRIGHTENED OF ANSWERING ME!?!?" "ZEUS!!!" Kratos's enraged shouting would do little good as he would go unanswered. He then walked away from the cliff and roamed about the rocky landscape. "I will find my way Zeus, you will not be rid of me this easily." He growled.
