Ashi looked up at Adele with a childish look on her face. She tilted her head and held back tears. Not of pain, but of guilt. She looked around and saw the faces, the people lusting for blood, and she caught sight of him. He, out of everyone, seemed to be in the most...pain. She squinted to see him better. There was a bead of sweat dripping down his face, and she could swear that he had clenched his fists if only for a second. Guilt. It was overwhelming her. But why if they wanted blood so much, did they not just drink it? "I'm okay." she said finally, smiling at Adele. "I don't need to go to the nurse." Getting up, but ever so slowly, she walked past Adele and behined him. Unconciously, she sniffed in the blood from her nose, making her taste it now in her mouth, though for whatever reason it didn't bother her. Ashi looked down at her hands, still fresh with blood since she had been covering her nose with them, then to the back of his head. Her eyes shifted a few times. She didn't understand why they were doing this. "Am I...hurting you?" She asked him weakly, sniffing up the blood again. She would have preffered a tissue, but she wasn't about to walk to the nurse's office again to find one. Fowning, she let her hands fall. "If you wanted to...I wouldn't stop you." she mumbled under her breath to no one in particular, as the teacher finally appeared with a towel smiling the way you would at a little kid.

"Well we can't keep doing this Ashi, so...please to a seat." Ashi nodded, holding the towel to her nose, and sat at the table with her newfound friends. Her thirsty friends. Her eyes started to gloss over. Could she stop hurting people? She guessed however, it would be best to be seated here, instead of across the room, where her friends would watch over her. "Adele...come sit." she smiled, motioning for Adele to sit in her previous seat. Finally putting down the towel, on the table, she stared at him, intently. I want to make you feel...better. She thought.

Adele watched all the other vampires, her gaze hard. She knew most of them would be reaching for the blood tablets as Morpeth had just done but some would most likely be trying to see if they could handle it, push themselves. It was even challenging her. The smell taunted her, tempted her, but Adele had lived off of the pills for most of her years. She knew its ways of temptation and could fight the battle. She could see how Alex struggled and watched him look outside. It seemed to calm him.
It was good that the teacher got a towel and handed it to Ashi who accepted it and then sat down. She beckoned Adele to join her and sit back into her previous seat which Adele did. However, her mind was now preoccupied with a matter that puzzled her. She had assumed that Ashi was a vampire from her previous attire. The smell of the blood stained dress must have masked her own blood. Adele was too focused on being friends with her that she didn't notice the sound of her heart beat or the blood that rushed through her veins. How could she be so stupid? She knew not to assume but she did anyways.
Adele looked down at her desk, her brow furrowed in concentration. She knew it was going to be much harder to be friends with her now that she figured out that Ashi was human. Not only that, she had told the girl she was a vampire! She had to explain to her that she wasn't know. She could feel the guilt suddenly entering her system. How was she going to do this? She knew now was not the time and she looked up ready to focus on the subject at hand.

"Am I...hurting you?" The fact that she had spoken to him surprised him, and his reflex made him turn around in his chair to face her. Why did I just do that? He gulped, reaching into his pocket for the tin of blood tablets. No. I can do this. He left his hand in his pocket and replied, "You aren't hurting me." There was a short silence before she spoke again. "If you wanted to...I wouldn't stop you." He grinned nervously. "You don't know what you're agreeing to." He watched as the teacher came and gave her a towel and let his head rest on the wall beside him as he looked up at the ceiling.

As she cleaned herself up, it was easier to bear and it let him relax more. "Aren't you scared?" He couldn't help but voice the thought, he was very curious for her answer. After all, she was sitting in a room, surrounded by bloodthirsty monsters. "You do know you're in a room almost completely filled with vampires with the exception of guys like him." He tilted his head in the direction of the human boy who had yelled out dangerous comments about them.

Morpeth was able to relax more as well as Ashi got a towel to mop her blood up with. He smiled weakly as it seemed that Toto noticed this, yipping and squeaking a little more than usual. Morpeth could lift his hand from his ferret, drawing circles on the table and making Toto follow, making it seem like he was chasing his own tail in slow motion. He laughed quietly, tickling Toto behind the ear. He glanced back at Ashi and Alex, seeing them having their little conversation, before turning back to Snow, flashing her a small smile,
"You okay?" He asked, wondering if the blood had effected her that much. He heard that Snow was alot older than himself, and so she was probably used to it by now, unlike him who had no idea how old he actually was and only had a few years experience of being a vampire, from what he knew.

Thinking of you, wherever you are.

Snow's cheeks tingled at Morpeth's smile, threatening to redden any second now. "You okay?" She tilted her head up, acting as if she wasn't watching him already. "Oh, yes of course. I'm used to things like this .. I've been a vampire for quite awhile. I was just .. thinking. I feel a little bad for the girls .. you have that power, don't you? You've felt the feelings they have for Alex?" She waited for a response before going on. "Anyway, Alex isn't the type who answers to feelings, of love, well. It's hard for him to deal with making friends as it is, but dealing with love? There has been girls who felt feelings for him before but this is different. They could be future friends, you know? And letting them down .. it could, somehow, ruin their relationship as friends. Do you get what I mean?"

She sighed and smiled at Morpeth. "I'm sorry if I've been rambling .. Alex is like a brother to me, after all." Snow hid her grin, glancing at Alex as he talked with Ashi. "Oh .. I forgot to ask. What about you? Are you okay? I saw you take some tablets earlier .." She turned back to face him, a look of sincere interest mixed with concern on her face.

Morpeth listened to Snow, his smile still lingering on his face as she spoke of Alex with so much care in her voice, feeling how strongly she cared for the vampire she called a brother. He glanced back at Alex and Ashi, feeling a little sorry for them but there was nothing he could do about it - it wasn't his place to mess with those kind of feelings.
"I understand, I see it all picture perfect." Morpeth said as he looked back at Snow, "There's nothing that can be done really, we just have to hope the girls learn about Alex for themselves..." He continued, his gaze wandering to Toto as he scrabbled along the table towards Snow as she asked if Morpeth was okay. Silly thing, always looking for attention from the others Morpeth was friends with.

"I'm fine now," He declared, "I'm still not used to the whole blood thing, I don't think I've been a vampire long enough to gain enough control around blood. I'm not going to risk losing myself to blood, so I took one of the tablets to sooth the call of it." He explained, hoping that he didn't sound like too much of a maniac with his thirst.

Snow giggled at the little ferret, it was just so cute. She stroked it gently, listening to Morpeth as she did so. Every time he says something, he somehow made Snow even more attracted to him. She didn't care for looks much, but it was just how understanding and caring he was that pulled her in. These thoughts reminded her about the promise she had made to herself. The promise to tell him how she felt .. and soon. She disguised her feelings apparently well, but time after time she delays what she really wants to say. Ever since their first encounter, she had a feeling that she would like him. But she had never thought about loving.

A sigh escaped her lips once again, stroking the ferret seemed to calm her thoughts. "I know your situation well ... I've went through it a lot. Except I didn't have tablets to rely on." She smiled softly, fiddling with her fingers. Should she tell him now? Should she finally confess? No, this wasn't the time. She has to find the precise moment, the moment that she felt was right. "Suppose a girl wanted to confess .." The words were out of her mouth before she could stop them. Ah well, might as well finish what she started. "How do you think she should go about this?"

Jake continued to hide his face as the class socialised...he was scared of getting seen,as it would only make his punishment even worse later tonight and at the current moment Jake was not in a good mood, and to get into more trouble would only make his day worse, but being mean to vampires increased his mood...

he muttered "Vampire Scum!" under his breath, but said it a bit too loudly...
I asked my friend what he thought of my drawing, at this is what he said:Jake your drawings make Rukia's look like masterpieces

Morpeth's brow rose slightly as Snow had mentioned something about having been in his situation alot, first having thought that she meant the whole memory loss thing, but soon realised she meant the blood lust situation. He was also being confused by Snow's feelings, rushes of frustration, fear, happiness and then calm again. Maybe vampires were just as confusing as humans came across to him. "Suppose a girl was to confess .." Snow's voice seemed to bring him back out of his own little world of trying to understand, now listening to her again. "How do you think she should go about this?" Why was he being asked this? Of all people, why him?
"I guess, by this you mean confessing feelings to another?" He questionned, his head tilting to the side slightly a his hand came to his chin in that classic thinking pose. He was quiet for a few minutes, thinking over what he would consider to be the right way to confess feelings. "Hmmm..." The classic sound of thought rang from him as he took another few moments of thought. "I'm not sure, usually when you think of confessing feelings - you think of what they write in books. Authors over dramatise things, making it all romantic - the ultimate perfect setting for the confession of love from one to another." He said, shrugging lightly, "But then, not everyone feels comfortable in those situations, I guess. It's different for every girl, isn't it? Like it would be for every guy... well, at least, I think it is - i'm not really sure. I don't remember what I did when I wanted to confess feelings to a girl." He continued, now holding an apologetic frown on his face. Once again the boy with no memories came in no use at all. "Sorry, if I just made things worse for you." He said after a pause, unsure of what else to say.

Snow listened with intense concentration that it made her stop petting Toto. It took her awhile to realise he had stopped talking and she replied, "Oh, no. You've been very helpful ... really. Thank you." She thought about what he had said, going over them over and over again in her mind, like they were vital pieces of a puzzle. In Snow's case, it seems they were. She was also studying her options. Confess, here right now when she has half a mind to or don't, confess another day which was god knows when.

She was comfortable, right there in the classroom. But she did have to think it out. Instead, she just decided to say, "Well, I'm really confused about you. When I'm sure about my feelings, I'll tell you properly. But for now... Is it okay if I fall in love with you?" She was serious as a girl could be whilst telling a guy she liked she had feelings for him. What she regretted was lying to him. She most certainly did know how she felt about him but at least she had managed to get the words out.

The suspense was killing her, wondering about how he would react. Whether he would feel disgusted or surprised or angry. All these things buzzed in her mind but she didn't let that affect how she looked on the outside.

Morpeth listened to Snow, his eyes widening the most at the point when she asked if it was okay to fall in love with him. His throat suddenly felt very dry, and he wasn't all too sure what to say. Why hadn't he seen it before? He could see people's feelings, and yet, he hadn't worked this one out before it hit him? Maybe she was all too aware of his powers and had been hiding them very well from him - or he was completely oblivious. Either option was possible, though he had more inclined to think that it was his own stupidity.
Say something, anything! She'll be hurt if you just sit here gawking! He told himself, forcing himself to smile, to ease her worries,
"You've been hiding your feelings well around me," He said, guessing honesty was the best way to go, "I was confused by your sudden change of feelings, but it kinda makes sense now... I hadn't expected it to be me causing you all this confusion though. I'm sorry." He apologised again, not to sure why he had said sorry this time, but thought that it could've helped the situation a bit - it also filled some of the awkward silence that had build up in the time while he was taken by surprise.

Snow took a deep breath before laughing out loud, causing others to spin around and stare at her. She didn't care though, she felt like a huge load was taken off her chest, and it felt good. No doubt he was puzzled about her reaction which only made her laugh even more. She finally settled, still laughing but not as loud. "Why are you apologizing?" she asked, not really expecting a reply. "It's alright. It really isn't your fault that I confuse myself sometimes..." She wanted to know his answer, but decided to play easy-going and smiled at him.

"I want you to be brutally honest .. even if the truth hurts." She smiled again, but not necessarily out of happiness. "Don't force yourself .. Relax." She looked up at him again, and decided to say, "I'm really sorry if this is all so sudden for you. I guess I may have been a little too impatient .." Her fringe fell to her face and she brushed it away with the swipe of her hand.

Morpeth was confused further as Snow began to laugh, really loud at first though she soon calmed down, asking him why he had apologized and then told him that she wanted him to be honest. He still wasn't sure what he could say in reply, as he didn't want to hurt her feelings, but then, he didn't really know how he felt about her. She was a friend, a really good friend, but he wasn't sure if he thought of her as much as she did him. It was only really the confused nature of her feelings that had always caught his eye while she was close by.
"I'm confused too..." He said quietly as he sighed heavily, brushing his mousey brown hair out of his dark eyes. He looked up at Snow, seeing her gazing at him. She wanted an answer now, he could see that much, but he wasn't able to give one at the moment. "I wasn't expecting this..." He said quietly, "I knew you had feelings for someone, that was easy to see from the start. But... me? I didn't think you'd be like this for someone like me..." He explained, now fumbling with his hands as he was pretty nervous. He didn't want to hurt her, eventhough she wanted brutal honesty from him. But to be honest would hurt her - he knew that. He sighed heavily again, "I haven't really been thinking about love, if you want me to be honest, i've been concentrating so much on trying to remember who I am, that I haven't really had the chance to think about love."

"Ah." She had almost completely forgotten about that. What had she done? Practically confuse him further when he couldn't even remember past when he was turned into a vampire. "I'm sorry.." She felt ashamed now, and averted his gaze, instead focusing her vision on the floor. What an idiot I am. "I should have considered your situation before rushing through it. I'm really sorry." She thought about the actions she had took and wondered what had come over her.

She wouldn't have acted so rashly normally. Normally. "If you'd like .. please forget what I have said! If it makes it easier .." She looked up at him timidly, her eye darting around, too scared to hold his gaze for more than a few seconds. She knew that he wanted to let her go easy, so that he wouldn't hurt her. "Let me ask another time .. maybe after you regain your memories. I will wait .. this time .."

She bit her lip, anticipating his answer. She probably said too much again. But before she could say any more, she stopped herself and thought it over. Everything was so confusing now.

Jake looked around the room..he felt safe now and no one had heard his Vampire scum insult..he saw the ferret boy and the new girl talking. He over heard their conversation with interest...He had settled on watching them for a while but then the evil side of Jake could not resist saying...

"Ah,Vampires in love...what a disgusting thing...you cant love!! you not human!! you dont have emotion!"

Jake then covered his mouth...sometimes he could not help it..he just spoke insults...he looked as most of the vampires in the room were looking at him and scowling...but he ignored them and started to fear the reaction of the people he was insulting..

Morpeth's apologetic frown returned as he seemed to have made her feel worse about the situation she had put him in thatn he had intended. He just wanted to let her know how he felt, but he seemed to have made her more unhappy that way than telling her that he didn't feel the same.
"I can't just forget what you said, it's not as easy as that - is it?" He replied quietly, "but, i think this has taught me that i need to make some room for love - so that I don't have to make people feel bad when they confess feelings like this..." He continued, "I'm sorry, for letting you down like that." He added, noticing how she could no longer look him in the eye for longer than a few seconds at a time.
"Memories are important, but I guess I need to live for today as well." Morpeth finished, not knowing what else to say that could maybe lighten Snow's spirit a little and give her a little hope for their future. His gaze wandered to the human who just couldn't help but shout insults every two minutes, to people that could take his life within seconds.

"Just because neither humans or vampires could love such a thing as you." Morpeth said, a rather dark tone to his voice as he was growing more annoyed with this kid. Just who did he think he was? Just because there was a no blood rule didn't mean that a vampire wouldn't break such a rule. He glanced at the other vampires in the class who smirked at his remark, a chuckle escaping a few. It seemed that he was good at insulting this one pitiful human in the eyes of the other vampires.

"Someone's eyes need testing, Gothic Vampires?" Morpeth couldn't help but laugh. This kid was just making it worse from himself, and yet, he still carried on talking. This human had courage in him for challenging so many vampires in one room, it amused him, but it would lead to his death - no doubt. He looked round at the others, some watching Jake, some glancing at him and Snow - wondering how they'd react and what they'd say in reply to this foolish human. "I'm a freak? Look who's talking, geez, not only are you a freak, your an idiot too. Did you come to this school to enter your grave at such a young age, cause that's what it looks like from over here. There is no chance of you fitting in here if you keep up, kiddo, not only are you a human - but you have no powers to protect yourself with from us, which makes you even more of an idiot." Morpeth said, turning in his seat so that he could get a better look at this Jake kid, glancing at the other vampires as they seem to grin mischeviously as they now knew that the human had no powers.

"No, it's okay. I had it coming to me." She chuckled lightly, at his last remark. Even if that was a little hard for her to believe, it made her happy, at least by a little bit. It was the thought that counted, and Morpeth sure was nice, to no ends. Snow ignored the human boy, biting her lip as it became harder and harder for her to do with every comment he made every time a vampire did something. She was sure every vampire in the room was more than happy to break the rule, and the teacher would probably allow it. He was the exception, the little boy.

"Oh getting dark..Gothic Vampires that feel love??? you are a freak and why she would even show some love interest in you is a miracle! " With that, Snow's ears prickled red. She grit her teeth. "You better shut your mouth little boy before us freaks shut you up permanently." One more word, I swear, and I will turn him into stone. She could already feel her eyes turn cold and immediately closed her eyes, tight.

She felt for Morpeth's arm and grabbed it, not too hard and said, "Please don't let me open my eyes. I'm afraid I might turn someone besides him into stone.."

Jakes voice then went quiet his emotions were out of control..he had Autism...but he told no-one..all it did was make it hard for him to read emotion and express it
