The twins VS Johnathan Dawn: Let the battle begin!

Alright, Johnathan, lets test out these characters and see just how good they are, eh? XD
The landscape, will be in a large, city set to ruin only sixty years ago. In that time, the buildings and other structures have become weaker, and have built up almost another layer of ground. The city is, roughly, equal in size to New York city.

The time of day is mid-day, and the skies are clear, with few clouds painting the blue sky with white streaks here and there. Under they "second layer" of ground, lies more ruins of the city, almost like a sub-level, despite it being the actual city grounds. The city is long since deserted, and is free from most all animal life as well; save for few species of insect that find shelter within the city rubble.

As long as you're okay with these settings, then I'll be happy to make the first move. ^_^

Slowly drifting through the city, one small body, compared to the city itself, tossed and turned his head as he passed down a large boulevard. Rubble shaking as his feet pushed of the uneasy surfaces, he stopped atop a heap of torn up sidewalk as he looked into the distance; cupping his right hand over his eyes as he did so. "I thought you said it was supposed to be here?" He said, seemingly speaking to himself. Then, peeking from the shadows of a near by building, a female face drew forth. "It is. At least, that's what my intel says..." The male's name was Isshin, and he is the twin brother of his sister, the female, Karu. The two worked together on tough cases, when ever one requested the assistance of the other.

Karu, nearly 35 meters from Isshin, scanned the higher grounds, and caught a farther view, while Isshin kept a vigilant eye on the streets below. As Karu twisted her body, small markings could be seen on her back, trailing her spine perfectly; almost like perfectly marked tattoos. As the two surveyed the area around them, they awaited the arrival of that which Karu's intel stated; of which, would seem to still be a mystery.
