Once upon a time, there lived the humans, and the angels that helped them. Angels were more of a story or myth to the humans, for although they aided them on an almost daily basis, no human ever saw one. The angels were a slightly more advanced and civilized race, but they were peaceful and kind. They were especially kind to the humans, thinking that the race had much to offer despite their silly inability to fly.

And so everything was as it was meant to be

For a time at least

Once upon a day, there was a man, a good and hardworking man, with morals. He was walking along a garden path, on his way to town, when he spotted a bush of roses. They were average roses, all of them red, except for one. Towards the bottom he picked a flower that was very odd indeed, this flower was blue. It looked like a rose, but that was impossible, how could it be a rose? Roses weren’t blue, yellow or white maybe, but never blue. The man kept this rose and went into town, going about his business and eventually returning home to his wife.

The next morning he found the rose missing, he franticly searched for it, suddenly feeling the absolute need to hold it. His wife came in the bedroom; the rose was in her hair. She smiled at him and wished him a good morning. The man snarled and ripped the flower from her hair, not caring about the woman who dared take his rose. The man had become entrapped in its power, and the rose was by all means powerful. He wanted no one to be able to take the pretty rose from him. The rose granted him the power he wished to posses, but it had a price. The rose always has a price….

The man now self proclaimed as Lord, had power that humans had never seen the likes of before, he could lift a horse with his finger and cross a room in less time than it takes one to blink. Even his looks and senses changed, he was all but beautiful to everyone’s eye, and he could hear and see farther than anyone. The price he paid was not one he regretted in the least, he needed blood to sustain himself, and he took it without mercy, making others just like him as he took every drop they had. The rose was capable of far more than change, it was also able to destroy, and he used that ability to concur land. The Angel King, Samuel, would not interfere; it was not in the angel’s nature to be violent or to interfere in human affairs.

His inaction cost him greatly. Eventually the human race was gone, and replacing it was a race that called themselves vampires. These vampires eventually stumbled on angel territory, and attacked, wanting the lush land and gardens of the angels. King Samuel gathered his forces to fight, even if Angel’s were not a violent bunch, they still practiced combat for exercise and contest purposes. When rallied, they made quite the force to be reckoned with, but so were the vampires. Both sides lost many, the ground was muddy with blood, blood that the vampires now fed on.

King Samuel devised a plan, he sent his four sons to get the blue rose, seeing as how the rose was the main source of the vampire’s power. Only two sons made it back, the youngest and eldest. Their mission was a success, and the Vampire Lord called for a treaty.

The treaty was to be sealed with the marriage of the children of both Lord Lucian and King Samuel. With Lord Lucian’s three sons and two daughters, and King Samuel’s three daughter and two sons, all hell may break loose.

The vampire children have orders to spy and steal the blue rose back, easier said than done.

The Angel children have orders to be polite and loving to the guests and fiancés, easier said than done
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So here's the deal

casualties of war:

2 of the angel brothers died on the mission to take back the blue rose.
Yarrow and Caritas. Yarrow was the oldest of the two twins, but by no means the leader of the two. He always stuck to Caritas and made sure that he didn't get them both into trouble, seeing as how Caritas seemed absolutely determined to outdo Amora in mischeif. Yarrow was sensible and cool headed, where as Caritas was impulsive and hotheaded. Yarrow preffered reading and intellect, Caritas preffered playing and swordsmanship. No matter the differences between the two, they always stuck together through thick and thin, these two were quite the comedic and deadly duo. Thier powers were interconnected, as twin's powers often are. Yarrow had the ability of speed akin to that of a vampire's speed, and Caritas had the strength akin to that of a vampire's strength. When they were in a proximity of ten feet to eachother, thier powers were combined, so each had both speed and strength, but, since they shared strength, they also shared weakness. If one was hurt in battle, so was the other, it was involuntary, and the main reason that they both died. These two princes will forevermore be remembered in the hearts of thier family and people.

2 vampire brothers died in battle to try to stop the angel brothers from taking the blue rose
Solomun: Solomun was the youngest of all of Lucian's children, which probably makes his death the most tragic. The boy died young, trying to protect the castle from being infiltrated alongside his brother, Grogan. He hardly had much of a life, born from his father's affair with a pretty maid. He was looked on as a bastard by most, but none dared to insult him when the king was present. His mother was 'accidentily' killed after her giving birth to him, so the only parent he knew was his nanny, to whom he grew close to. He was sent to battle at the age of 14, far to young, and a little less than a month afterwards he was hospitalized. During which he finally met His eldest brother, Luctretzius, along with the rest of his remaining family. Before he could fully recover, the castle was attacked, and four angels had infiltrated past the guard, Solomun sprang into action and was swiftly killed. He was said to be brave and engaging, but not to sensible, always trying to prove himself. There is doubt that his father has even noticed he is gone, to preoccupied with the loss of his Blue Rose.

Grogan. : Here was a man's man, Grogan loved battle, and was born for it. The woman that gave birth to him was a rich aristocratic woman by the name of Hera, she spoiled him silly and made sure he grew up to be strong. He spent his younger days teasing his little sisters and messing around. Not much in the way of intellect, he never achieved much of a rank in officership, preffering to take small fractions of soldiers and causing havoc. His tactics were guerilla style, and his mission simple, kill the enimy. Grogan was loyal and a good comrad, but feared when in battle. He was having a meeting with his father when the battle at the castle broke out, he killed many angels, but was in turn slain by a surprising opponent, Amora. Grogan was very surprised to be fighting a female angel, and surprisingly hesitant to slay something so pretty, that hesitation cost him his life. There is doubt that his father has even noticed that Grogan is gone, to preoccupied with the loss of his Blue Rose.

1 vampire daughter, assasinated
Bellamina: Bellamina was a daddy's girl and was always trying to please him in any way, he doted on her like he doted on his other daughters. She never got along with Morana or Aria, wanting to be the only daughter in her father's eye. She was often aloof and arrogant, not paying any attention to Morana's fits or Aria's jibes, she acted as thought her sisters barely existed. When the war started she was not aloud to fight, and so turned her attentions to dancing and flirting instead. Bellamina loved nothing more than to reel a man in, and then crush him under her stilleto heels, it gave her pleasure. Her figure gave her quite a pack of admirers, so she was never short of anyone to torture. Her other interests included poisens, she was quite knowledgable about them, and was always trying them out on her tutors and nannies if they ever made her upset. Bella was killed by a band of elite, now rogue angels, they call themselves 'Demons', she was thier target, to send a message to Lucian, he grew furious and ordered them to be hunted down, but never suceeded in catching any of them.

1 vampire brother assasinated
Dmitri. : Dmitri was the eldest of Lucian's sons, and possibly the proudest. Dmitri had an unusually high intelligence, and a knack for the sword, he grew up to be a General in his father's army. His leadership caused many angel deaths, and his arrogance caused his own. Dmitri was assasinated by an elaborate plan set by the angel group known as the 'Demons'. His father really felt the loss of his best General.

Angel Info:

Angels have a few tricks up their sleeves, they are endowed with a gift. This gift is a power, your character (providing you have an angel character)may have 1 powerful gift, and 1 smaller gift. I assume you are responsible enough to judge the capacity of this gift and I aslo assume you won't god mode with it.
Ex; The power to manipulate shattering sound waves, and the power to calm someone by singing.
Something cheesy like that is just a suggestion, it can be anything you like. I love cheesy though.....Anywho, I'll tell you when you submit your character whether or not your powers are acceptable.

Vampire info:

These vampires do not sparkle, big no no. Sparkling=shithitsfan for you, got it?
They are strong enough to lift a truck with mild trouble, and fast enough to cross the room in the blink of an eye. Only Lord Lucian can see and hear for a mile around, but the rest don't really need that when they can smell blood from 4 miles away. They need to feed once every two days at the least (2 pints, and yes, they have a hard time resisting blood, they can, but it is slightly unpleasant), and King Samuel has arranged for blood packets for the guests. The angels that are willing give the blood freely do so for the guests, they do this in generally the modern way humans do, well, in a similar way. The vampires are expected to drink blood from their significant other after the marriage. Biting the angels does not turn them into vampires, they are imune to the curse the blue rose put on the vampires. Yes, the angels are going to be very relunctant to let the vampires feed from them. As for durability, they have flesh that is cuttable by sharp things (Normal)

Each child has a different mother, Lord Lucian is quite cruel to his wives....

Technology:

Ok, so the empires do not have guns, phones of any sort, microwaves, cameras, computers, electricity etc. They do have irrigation, bathing, a way to freeze food, kitchens, castles, horses, carriages etc. get the gist?

Character submission:

I need a picture and height; prefferably anime, I dunno, just run what you have in mind by me
a bio; I like long bios
Talents; not fighting skills, I mean musical or artistic talents, or something just plain weird ie; is double jointed, can read backwards
Power; only the angels need to fill this part out
Age; they are all practically immortal so just put the age they look
A bit about them; I hate personality fill outs, I wright a personality fillout and its like, my character ends up being totaly different. So, just tell me their likes and dislikes, maybe a few smidgens of their personality. I'm not asking much on this. Don't sweat this part, this is why I have you wright long bio's, so I can tell how good wrighter you are.

Characters availiable:
in order of age;
#1 vampire male-[StandardFiend]
#2 vampire female-[Nevyn]
#3 vampire male-[Butterfly Princess]
#4 vampire female-[itsaforeverything]

#1 angel male-[Stairdweller]
#2 angel female-[Skittle_Overlord]

I would like to play the role of the youngest female angel...

Image

Name: Seryiel Rose (not sure with their surname).
Height: 5'8 feet.
Weight: 130 pounds.
Complexion: Rosy White
Body Physique: Slim and Curvaceous

Bio: Seryiel Rose as her mother had named her was born as the youngest of all siblings. Thus, she was rather spoiled and protected well by her parents and other brothers and sisters as well. She did not mind the attention nevertheless; this had caused her to be arrogant and naive about the harsh realities of the world. The young princess grew into an environment where there are no worries and troubles in any kind of form, which caused her curiosity about the world outside their lands. Her family deemed this the best course of action to raise the youngest of them all, for Seryiel had captured their hearts. However, this would cause them great grief and guilt in the near future.

The Crimson haired angel had grown and it was not too far for her to discover the truth of the world. In a sense, she had been raised without the knowledge of vampires existing or even the humans being extinguished. All she knew were the past stories where humanity remained. This was to protect her from the war that had begun and it had been prevented from reaching the youngest ears and eyes. To ensure this, she was sent far away from the castle to hide the fact of a war.

Seryiel did not know the sudden decision and this simply made her suspicious of something great being hidden from her. She knew the fact that her parents and even siblings were conceiving something. This bothered her greatly for she believed that her family did not want her anymore. With this notion, she slipped out of the secured grounds to run away to the human lands that was now of the vampires. She had no idea what she was about to witness and this caused great shock to her.

In front of her were beings that she had no idea of, she was caught in between of the two warring races. The scenery of greenery and smiling humans was destroyed by the bloodshed and macabre sight she was seeing. Seryiel ran for her life however, one vampire soldier caught her and this caused her great terror and trauma. The angels saw this and came to her aid however, they were too late. The vampire had bitten the young princess and was ready to stab her heart when the eldest of her brothers had come to her rescue. In that moment, she had lost her consciousness.

Seryiel had experienced a rude awakening as the blood lust and violence she had witnessed was engraved within her mind along with the many emotions of the people that were involved in the battle. This was the moment she had discovered her true gift. For so long, she only thought that she only had the ability to create illusions through her music but that was not she was truly capable of. The event had left her in a state of shock and the bite that had been given to her had no trace left upon her neck. However, it damaged her vocal chords and rendered her mute ever since. This caused her to be greatly frightened by the vampires and isolated herself from anyone including her family.

Nonetheless, her mother had come to her aid and healed the emotional wounds her Seryiel had gone through. It is true that it can never be erased and the young princess would be forever scarred. However, she was able to smile and have a positive outlook in life. This was done with her family's support, inner strength and to her abilities.

Talents: A remarkable cook, An excellent writer, A wonderful piano, violin and flute player, A fabulous dancer and last but not the least a magnificent hairdresser.

Power: Empathy, the power to absorb emotions, enabling her to feel the feelings of others. She can also use her empathy to steal emotions from others, rendering them emotionally "numb" or to force outside emotions into other people, consciously or otherwise. Although, it will cause her to suffer spells of nausea and vomiting for several days afterward, which can be considered severe, and at times, it does work in reversal. The person she wanted to impose a feeling can counter it by doing the same to her, which would cause her great mental damage. She can also absorb the pain of injured people to ease their suffering, and induce rapid healing. However, the cause of this act, Seryiel feels these pains for the rest of her life and merely accepts them.

The World of Illusions, this is used or seen when she plays her chosen musical instruments. It would mirror the deepest desire of the person that would hear her melody. The scene, object, person or anything else will be of reality for the short interval of her music. However, the respective people will only see this. Therefore, the innermost desire would still remain a secret.

Age: Appears to be 15 Years Old.

Personality: Seryiel is seen as naive and sheltered, however that is not a fact at all. In truth, she is more matured and knew the harsh realities of the world than anyone else. The youngest princess is extremely good-natured and trustworthy. For the same reason, she is a bit too trusting. She is a very mellow, carefree person. Seryiel is exactly what calm, cool, and collected mean. She never overreacts or panics in a bad situation. The young angel princess believes in the goodness of those around her and gives almost everyone a smile no matter who they are. She is not the kind to hide her happiness and tend to smile all day long, both in and out. However, when sadness hits her, she becomes very devastated and may be upset for quite some time. Nevertheless, she has a bubbly personality and sociable. She likes the happy things in life and likes everyone else to be as happy as she is.

Lady Ethereal; you are accepted, and I must say, I was thoughroughly impressed with your power dicissions. Creative and not lacking in life expierience, a prime example of what I want in the creation of the angel's 'gifts'.

AngelDreams; I will reserve your spot, but since you didn't specify which angel female you wanted, I'll just put you as the second eldest of the daughters. Is that fine?

Nevyn; YES, I get my female vampire <3, please keep in mind that she should be a bit bitchy. Being a princess spoiled by her father, King Lucian was especially doting on his children, while treating his wives as nothing more than brood mares. Also, and this is up to you, the female vampire has the choice of fighting in the war or not fighting in the war. Few females on the vampire side faught, but they were not unheard of.

As for everyone else (angels) the females did not fight in the war, well, save for the eldest (my character), and what she did was something she was punished for and frowned upon for. The only reason for my character running away and fighting is because of her powers. (No one copy me please they are; telekinesis, and mild foresight) Angel ladies spent the time in war helping the wounded and keeping the home as angelic as it always is.

We seem to be in great need of males, anyone know anybody who'd like this roleplay?

Peace out for now, lunch beckons.

ps; I will have my character up soon.....

It's all yours.

Image
name; Amora
Height; 5'8"
Body type: curvacious hips+thin waste+long legs= Bombshell
Complexion; her skin seems to almost glow

Bio; Amora was born a year after her older brother, and as the eldest daughter. Her main power of telekinesis started showing within days. She’d giggle and her toys would start spinning, or she’d cry and books would start coming out of the shelves. Raising her was quite difficult since she could not control her gift, and she found it absolutely hilarious to make her parents chase fragile objects around the room. She’d spend long days attached at the hip to her older brother, her favorite game being hide and seek, her older brother became an expert at finding her. The castle was her playground and her gift was her main toy.

As she became a bit older, she understood that not everyone could do what she could, and stopped using her gift to torment her poor parents. Instead she turned her attention to the maids…those poor maids. Her brother became the only one able to get her to behave.

The little tyrant toned it down a bit when her next sibling was born; she developed a small sense of responsibility, and doted on all her siblings after. She of course started doting on her older brother as well, thinking it funny to treat him like he was younger. At first when she started having tutors, as was customary, she was forevermore giving them the slip, she drove them nuts, until her younger siblings started to take lessons as well. Then she actually started attending and aided her younger siblings when they were having trouble. This was around the time she discovered her second gift, being able to tell if someone was lying. Not to long after that, the war started.

For the beginning part of it, Amora remained blissfully ignorant, and would have always remained so if it weren’t for her noticing that her brothers became more fervent in their fighting lessons, and if she hadn’t eavesdropped on her father’s meetings with his generals. Amora didn’t know what it all meant initially, but when she confronted her father and mother, they had no choice but to tell her the truth. The concept of angels dying in battle didn’t quite fully hit her until she became a young woman. It just wasn’t something that angels did, fight and die in battle, so plenty of people had a hard time grasping the whole situation. Amora helped in the sick bays as best she could, but proved to more in the way, the healers had no time for teaching young ones and chitchat.

Eventually her older brother went off to war, as did her three others soon after, it pained Amora greatly, and she never stopped worrying about them. Even father went off to fight a couple times; the only thing she could do was stay behind with her mother and keep the youngest of her siblings blissfully unaware of the war that was going on. She couldn’t stand the situation for long, and eventually she came up with a plan.

Amora started to practice with her telekinetic abilities, turning them into something dangerous. She smashed clay jars for practice and even practiced throwing blades using her gift. She practiced to the point of exhaustion, but no matter how hard she practiced, she still couldn’t see the opportunity to run away and use her newfound form of fighting. Amora was still wracking her brains to find a good way to leave without for a long time without anyone suspecting when something surprising happened. Her mother, the queen, came to her. She carried a set of twenty-one throwing daggers, and she just handed them her. “Amora, I know what is necessary, and I also know you will make it back safely, but all the same….be careful.” Amora was stunned at first, but didn’t argue. She hugged her mother gratefully and kissed her on the cheek, her mother told her about the mission that her brother’s were already on, and told her where to find them. They needed her help, and the queen urged Amora to leave quickly, Amora left ten minutes later.

The queen had the ability to see into the future, she also knew what she could change, and what she couldn’t. The queen sent Amora knowing that she’d arrive just in time to save her youngest and older brother from failure and death.

Amora flew as fast as she could, and landed in a scene of chaos, battle was raging outside of the Lord Lucian’s walls, a battalion had infiltrated vampire territory and staged a surprise attack on the castle for a distraction. Meanwhile the four brothers would slip in and get the blue rose. Amora’s power helped wipe out the castle guards, and still shaking from shock, she rushed to aid her brothers, who were desperately trying to survive Lord Lucian’s attacks, he was quite the fighter, especially with the blue rose around his neck. Amora used her ability to take it away from him, and save her two remaining brothers. She used her gift to carry all of them home, not having the will to even fly herself.

She returned to the castle, with both brothers thankfully alive. Her father was not furious, he was simply happy to see that his daughter was alive and not dead as he almost believed. At the same time, his heart was filled with sorrow; two of his sons had died to get the accursed Blue Rose. He sealed its power and hid it away, never wanting to so much as look at it again.

Amora has a scar on her shoulder from the battle she took part in, and blames herself a little for not being able to protect all of her brothers. She bottled the pain up until only numbness remained, and instead of crying, she silently held her younger siblings and they cried for the loss of their brothers.

Amora does not like this idea of a treaty, and can barely stand it, how is she going to protect all her siblings from harm when vampires are being let right into the castle!?!

Talents;
Dancing- she's second best only to her mother
Reading- She's one of the fastest readers in the kingdom, and one of the most well read
Playing the piano, and violin
Her power- she can do things like fight multiple attackers, and creating a beautiful water show to entertain young ones.
Drawing- she's pretty good at this ( in her mind!! she actually sucks XD )
animals- they seem to love her, especially birds
singing- she's not by any means the best, but her voice is pleasant, she's a bit shy about it, she won't sing in front of anyone
glaring- although rarely seen, its legendary, no seriously. If looks could kill....

Gifts; Amora has the ability to move objects by just willing them to. In other words she has telekenisis. This ability is quite powerful in her, there have been other angels with this ability, but none have or have had this ability as strongly as she does. Her emotions greatly effect this gift of hers, and in others it did not. Meaning her ability is controlled by her will and/or emotions. Others with this ability use there mind and brain power, so that may be why she is a much stronger telekinetic. Her second and smaller gift, is the gift of truth. Amora can tell if someone is telling a lie, always. It's a bit like a click in her brain, she instantly knows if what you speak is true or not. This power only her siblings and parents know about, since it isn't much of a prominent power, not many angels have the need to lie after all.

Age; Eldest daughter, looks about 20

Personality; Amora’s name means love in the old language, and she has plenty of love to give. As the oldest daughter and second oldest sibling, she had plenty of younger siblings that needed looking after. She is very protective over them and can’t stand to see them upset. If any one of her family members has any trouble, she has a tendency to stick her nose in their problems and make them her own. Amora is someone that anyone can always come to for advice and understanding. On the flip side, she has a tendency to skip over her own issues, such as her being upset of having a hard time. It’s very difficult to tell she’s having any difficulty in the first place, the only time you’d be able to tell is at meal times, or if you so happen to catch her alone. Amora doesn’t eat much, if anything, when she’s upset. And if upset, when she goes somewhere to be alone; she drops her confident and ‘together’ face, revealing sad aqua eyes and a forlorn look. She hates to show anyone any sort of weakness; it’s just a pet peeve of hers.

Amora is also very confident and competitive, she hates to lose, and can be a bit arrogant. She walks with graceful confidence and never backs down from any sort of challenge. Amora has quite the temper, and if she doesn’t like you, you’ll know it from the start. She’s stubborn and willful, making her hard to control when she’s angry. When she was younger she was quite the prankster, and always gave her ‘Etiquette and Manners’ tutors the slip. A bit of that childishness is still with her to this day, she still sticks her tongue out at people. As a side note, she rarely curses out loud, but in her head....

I would like to reserve a spot as the eldest male vampire, if you don't mind. I'm sorry that I don't have time to write up the sheet right now, but I will have it soon.

O heart, lament not, for this world is only metaphorical.
O soul, grieve not, for this abode is only transient.

Image
(without the black little wings)

Name: Aria Charis (last name not specified)
Height: 5’6
Body Type: Although slim and lacking curves, she has some goods in the right place.
Complexion: Pale skin that only enhances her hair and eye colour.

Bio: The day Aria was born is the day she wishes something tragic had happened to her. Nothing of the like did, but it doesn’t stop her from wishing. Some may say being born as a daughter to Lord Lucian was an honour, but Aria saw it as her curse. Being born the youngest girl, Aria couldn’t for the life of her shake the maids and tutors that constantly hassled her, fearing her father would take out his rage on them if his daughter didn’t have her needs and mind tended to. Aria was never doted on, although being the youngest out of Lord Lucians daughter's; she never found the ‘family bind’ that her father tried to find for her. Aria cared about her father, but a fact few to no people knew is that Lord Lucian was in fact the only person Aria had little liking for. Aria has had brief contact with her biological mother, seeing the woman as nothing but a tool for her father to breed with. Aria's mother has been missing since the war began, and from stories she has heard from the old servants that had served her father for many, many years Aria may have picked up her father's personality traits - something she really has no qualms with - but Aria most certainly could be her mother's twin sister.

Growing up, Aria was an attention seeker. Stealing, fighting with other Vampires, using a bitchy attitude towards even her own father, who in fact doted on his children hand and foot, looked like even he was losing patience with Aria. Although Aria’s name meant gentle melody, a meaning Lord Lucian really didn’t care for; Aria was anything but what her name meant. When she sung, animal’s and Vampires alike seemed to run with fear from her tuneless vocals. This always made her laugh, yet another curse to put on her.

As the war broke out between the Vampires and Angels, Aria was very much aware of the damage being caused by these stupid creatures; the Angels. As many of her brethren were falling, Aria’s temper and mood’s seemed to rise. As many of the Vampires fell, just as many Angel’s fell with them and this made her smile one of her rare genuine smiles. Word soon came to the safe haven her father had sent her to and Aria had found that two of her Vampire brothers had fallen in battle. As the messenger jittered and clambered he grew more frightened with every passing word that left his mouth. The look on Aria’s face was solemn and grave, the messenger was grateful to have finished his message and be on his way, but as Aria’s smooth voice called him back, he was reluctant to look back at the Vampire Princess. He however had little choice, he had to obey Lord Lucian’s daughter.

Walking slowly towards him, Aria smiled a curt and very scary – to the messenger at least – smile. Reaching out her slim and gentle hand, Aria gently slid her fingers up and down the messenger Vampires neck. “Tell me,” she had started, “Do you think this news would make me happy?” The messenger stood as still as he could, trying to show this little girl that she didn’t scare him in the least. As he chewed his lip out of nervousness, Aria giggled softly, “These Angel’s think that they can kill two people who are my family and get away with it?” Aria’s hand suddenly clamped around the poor messengers neck and with full strength going into the choke blood splattered all over Aria’s face and clothes, the messengers head falling off of his shaking body and making a convenient thudding sound as it rolled onto the floor.

Aria smiled and walked away, leaving those who were around her – maids and servants – to stare after the Vampire Princess with apprehension. She wasn’t as innocent as her looks made her out to be, apparently.

Soon, her father gave Aria and her remaining brother’s and sister’s orders and information about the treaty he had made with King Samuel. Smiling, Aria wasn’t focused on obtaining the Blue Rose from those naive creatures, why pass up the chance to kill your fiancé, a being that had a position in killing her family, a son of King Samuel no less. Yes, Aria would marry one of those nuisances, to her utter disdain and disgust, but she could cause as much trouble as she liked and once everyone’s hands were behind their backs, she would strike with a fury and hatred even she was afraid to unleash.

Talents: Aria, although she doesn’t consider this a talent, can annoy the calmest of beings with a simple sentence. From one simple twitch or eye movement Aria can tell when something she has said has gotten to them, and find a way to make them crazy with anger. It was a technique used to annoy her siblings; especially her elder sister.

Art; Aria can draw and paint; it was the only way to let out the emotions she thought were never there to begin with.

Age: Appears to be 17 years of age.

Personality: Judging from Aria’s history, one would assume she be the raw thought of evil. Aria, like any being, be it holy or of the night, has her Demons. Aria finds it hard to tune into her emotions, sadness she mistakes for anger, genuine happiness is a rarity and only ever happened when she was a child, free from the responsibilities and judgements others. Aria likes to kill, she likes the feel of blood on her hands and fear being brought into the face of someone just by a glance at her annoyed expression. Sarcastic and troublesome, even Aria admits that she can take things a little too far, but that is what makes things more interesting.

Aria does however have a good side, unless she is dripping with anger, she does not kill without reason, although she does enjoy it. The poor messenger she had first killed without reason was a simple matter of ‘wrong place, wrong time, and wrong information.’ Evidently, Aria is not a joy to be around, but her fiancé doesn’t know that and that’s what makes this a whole new fun game to Aria. Like most things in life, Aria see’s this duty as a game and like most games, she plans to win.

Name: Morana Leslat (last name of her mother)
Appearance: Image
Height : 5’7
Body type: Slim body but the right curves at the right place
Complexion: Darker shade of skin
age:[/] 21
[b]Bio:
Born as the eldest daughter, one month behind her older brother, Morana has always been a spoiled by her father. As a baby she always got the best of the best and as a child she was a pain in the but towards all the nannies she got. If she didn’t get was she wanted, she went into a tantrum, throwing everything she could get her hand on towards the person who refused to do the things she wanted. And she then went towards her father complaining about the nanny, usually resulting in the early dead of the nanny.

In the end, the only one who could keep her tantrums under control was her mother. She was the only person Morana loved and admired besides her father. It was from her mother Morana learned how to play the harp. Playing this she always calmed down from her hectic life. Because Morana, who had always been pestered by her older brother that she was younger then him, even by just a month, wanted to compete with him on every level. She followed him where ever he went and nobody dared to stop her because it was her wish. And going against her wishes was akin to signing your dead certificate.

That is also how Morana learned how to use the sword. She put away her girly dresses and designed her own dresses. The dress had to be easy to move around with if she wanted to practice with her sword, but also had to show off her beautiful figure.
She loved it when people looked at her body and where jealous. The should be, because her beauty was know trough out the entire world as her skills with the sword, harp and needle. Many men came towards her father, asking for her hand in marriage but all where just to simple to her taste and she dismissed them all.

Her greatest wish was to fight on the battlefield, but her father had never let her go outside on the battle that is why she one day snuck out of the palace and rode on a battlefield she knew her brother was on. She fought like a maniac, killing a lot of adversaries but when the battle ended the person who was waiting for her was her father and not her elder brother. That was the only time she ever disobeyed her father because she never ever wanted to see him so angry again.
She never went out to a battlefield again but she kept practicing with her sword. It was something she loved as much as she loved playing the harp.

And then came the day of the big shock. Her father came to her room and telling her that she had to get married with the son of king Samuel. She couldn’t believe what she heard but she had no other choice then to obey her father. That is why she went with her father and other brothers and sister to meet her fiancée.

Talents:
* The harp: Since she was 5 years old, she had been practicing with the harp and now at age 21 she can play it perfectly. Morana even had to play it a few times for her fathers guests as entertainment during their dinner.
* Tailoring: All her clothes she wears are made by herself. They all look stunning on her and are made so that she can run into a battle anytime and the clothes wont get in the way of her movements.
* Singing: Morana has a really soft voice when it comes to singing. It is perfect to accompany the music from her harp. This is off course in share contrast with her otherwise harsh voice when she is commanding around people around her.

Personality: Moranas name means goddess of winter and dead. And she really lives up to the name. She is cold to everyone besides her mother, father and siblings. The rest is just toys she can use to her pleasing.
And if anyone doesn’t do what she tells her, she still goes in a tantrum. She throws verbal words and all the stuff she can get her hands on towards the person who doesn’t do what she demands him to do.

She loves to compete with her elder brother and even loves it more when she can beat him in things. And for the rest, she loves to show her beauty off and flirt with people but lets nobody close enough to sweep her off her feet.

Aria and Morana are accepted. What fun those two will have when they meet Amora -_-

and Lady Ethereal, what in the world do you mean? >_> <_<

(fixed the mistake secretly when no one was looking)

Krazykitty1 your request is denied since there are no hybrids, and that spot is already filled, plus you didn't write anywhere near enough for a bio.

StandardFiend, the spot is all yours!

They can eat food, but it doesn't sustain them in the least. The trade off for being a vampire is that they need not necessarily the blood, but the life/energy thats in the blood. So since blood that has been taken from angels and put into packets, the vampires will soon discover that it doesn't taste right, and it sustains them for less time than fresh (I mean directly fresh) blood. About half the time, so they'd have to drink about an average of two pints every day if its from the packets.

I also think I need to clearify how the other vampires in the world are feeding....*sigh*
lets just go with; they're drinking animal blood. I can't think of anything else...

So yes, they can eat food, but blood tastes best to them.

I MIGHT take an angel male, not sure, I'm just worried no one will take to spot. Hopefully there won't be any need to take up more tha one character.

My character is complete.

Image
((Click here to view full image, since RPG is so kind as to cut off wide pictures.))
Name: Lucretius (pronounced Loo-cret-zee-us)
Height: 602
Age: 21 (Eldest brother)
Body Type: Lean and muscular, a little on the slender side.
Complexion: Pale

Biography: When Morana was born just a month after Lucretius, she became the subject of Lucien's attention, and Lucretius has resented his younger sister for that since the day she came into the world. In fact, for all of Lucretius' life, he has been largely ignored by his father. He had to rely on the affections of his mother, the one parent he could truly call his own.

For the first years of Lucretius' life, he spent many long hours with his mother. She was quite wealthy, and owned a manor in a valley a short distance from Lucien's castle. It was in this place that Lucretius grew up. He lived a lavish lifestyle, tended to and waited on at all times by the manor's versatile staff. But this led to the boy living a very secluded life. His siblings would, of course, visit him now and again, and in his teen years he would host a few maidens, but the manor's few butlers and maids were not much for casual company, so Lucretius' social life was greatly lacking. This is one reason behind Lucretius' cold personality.

The other is a deep loathing for his own father, who struck his mother dead when Lucretius was seventeen. The vampire lord had caught wind that his wife had been unfaithful, and in a blind rage he had plunged an awl through her throat. It was only later that Lucretius proved to Lucien that he had slain the wrong wife. Lucretius will never forgive Lucien that deed, although as a son of the lord of vampires, he is still obligated to obey his father's wishes, whatever disdain he may feel for the man.

After the death of Lucretius' mother, perhaps out of guilt for the reckless act, Lucien began regularly seeking Lucretius' company at the manor, which the young man now owned. Lucretius would never turn his father away, but their conversations would be strained and unpleasant, and Lucien would inevitably leave the estate earlier than planned. When his father would finally leave, Lucretius would walk to the indoor courtyard, where a vast garden now grew, and tend to his flowers.

Lucretius' garden was beautiful, but dark. There were no bright colors, and many of the plants were covered with thorns. The creation of the strange and wondrous place at the center of the manor was largely inadvertant, as Lucretius had not intended for it to bear such a sinister presence, but he has taken a liking to it since, and would not change it for any reason.

Wanting more to occupy his time, Lucretius took up brush and paint and found a talent undiscovered to that point. Of course, artistic talent seemed to run in Lucien's bloodline, but the pieces Lucretius created were truly diamonds among stones. He devoted an entire wing of the manor to the display of his works, but, like his garden, they were usually unintentionally dark and ominous, adding to the foreboding presense of the near-empty estate.

Soon after that, however, the war called Lucretius to action, and he answered, albeit reluctantly. It was not in his nature to bathe in blood on the battlefield, but combat came as almost second nature to him--another facet of Lucien's blood, surely. Wielding a wicked longspear, Lucretius impaled many a foe upon its blade, and accounted for a fair share of angel deaths. In one particular battle, he found himself competing with his younger sister, Morana, and discovered that all the bloodlust he lacked had been added to her own instead.

When news of his siblings' deaths reached Lucretius' ears, he laid down his arms and left the field of battle, much to his father's dismay. But Lucien did not force his now-eldest son to fight, as being himself saddened by the loss of his children, he did not wish to witness the death of another. Lucretius returned to his manor, where he continued to paint and tend to his garden.

After the treaty, Lucretius was informed of his new duty. The thought of coupling with an angel disgusted him, but the blue rose was an heirloom of his race, and for that he would obey his father's wish and go along with the arranged marriages. Besides, he was not entirely opposed to the proposition of peace between the two races; the war had claimed his beloved brothers and sister, after all, and if something were not done, more would soon follow them to the grave.

Personality: While Lucretius usually assumes an air of warmth and charm, his true character is opposite. In actuality, the vampire prince is cold-hearted and cruel, but in subtle ways. He cares little for the wellbeing of others. He is not excessively sadistic, but as is common with his race, he draws satisfaction from the suffering of others. Tending to his garden calms Lucretius, and while he is doing so is usually the best time to approach him with unfavorable news. He is not emotional by any means, and even when the depths of his anger extend to the pits of hell he will appear outwardly calm.

Talents: Lucretius has an affinity for plants, and is quite the gardener (you might say he has an eye for spatial organization); along the same vein, he is knowledgeable of herbs and medicinal plants and their various properties and applications. He also paints very well with oils, and his works tend to depict natural scenes and plantlife. He tends towards large canvases, some stretching ten or more feet in height and length. Lucretius is compelled to compose a short poem to accompany each painting, and his poems are often quite good, as well.

I didn't see this mentioned in your opening post, Skittle: From what traditional vampiric weaknesses, if any, do our characters suffer?

Looks perfectly devious to me....

Anywho, the vampires don't suffer from any of the other vampiric weaknesses such as the stake in the heart or not being able to enter unless invited into a household. The Blue Rose kinda gave them one major weakness and that was it, the need of blood. Although it is to be noted that they do get irritated by sunlight, it doesn't affect them physically, but it irritates them and the angels did in fact use that to their advantage.

Take as much time as you like, until I get others I guess, but do check in every day or so, just so I can make sure you're alive and all, I've had people ditch before and whatnot. BTW, can anyone contact angeldreams? I sent her a pm but she didn't respond, if she doesn't show with at least a picture soon then I'm going to have to boot her off the sign-ups...I DON'T want to do that -_-.
