plot: 6 (may add more) schools have a competition involving virtual reality and war. they compete against each other by attacking each other and calming key bases, when a schools bases are captured, the school becomes inactive and can be used by any of the others for their operations. vr displays and generators throughout the schools and surrounding areas display a setting predetermined by each schools president.

no one liners. i know this is in free rp but this is not the kind of rp for that

schools

Eurocopia Private School - a school of rich preppy kids who are very arrogant and hire real generals to help plan assaults. they also have the best equipment, yet most don't care to learn the proper uses. Their Setting is usually based on rural villages and pop up towns.

Cascada University - A school specializing in teaching technical professions and all things electronic. they have highly advanced defense systems and some self developed laser weaponry. They also have some of the most well planned strategy's. Their Setting is usually Developed urban areas, such as Large cities and townships.

Wasabi Prep - The entire student body is Japanese, 60% female. this is the most normal and balanced school, though they are the only one to possess an Air Force. (which consists of jet pack like things allowing flight) Their Setting is usually based on swampland or dense Jungle. Similar to Africa or Vietnam.

Highland High - Full of brutish overly buff students who prefer large explosive weapons over the conventional ones. they also have an elite force of steroid abusers who are used as kind of human shield due to their high levels of endurance. the drawback is most are very stupid and charge blindly into raining gunfire. They refuse to use their virtual Environment drivers, instead using the school itself as a setting.


Metal-Snake Technical Institution - Attended by secretive young people who wish to pursue careers in Government organizations such as the FBI or KGB. They utilize advanced Stealth and espionage technology and techniques to Infiltrate the other schools with as little actual combat as possible. Their settings are usually based on things such as old Oil Refineries or research facilities

Ironbox Military Academy - An American military school ran and funded by the US Army. trains it';s students in the art of war along with their normal education. Their unique levels of loyalty and discipline, combined with pure experience make them an elite force in direct combat. Thier settings usually pertain to desert areas such as a small Iraqi village or an abandoned bunker.

also a stat chart of 5 basic stats so that people aren't taking entire magazines without dying and the like.

Each person gets 17 points to spend on their character.

Please note that abilities that enhance these stats may only increase them by one point. All statistics are final after first posting so CHOOSE CAREFULLY!

+1 means a maxed stat enhanced by an ability

Health - Self Explanatory. higher stat takes more hits, lower takes less

1 - Can take 3 major wounds
2 - Can take 6 major wounds
3 - Can take 9 major wounds
4 - Can take 10 major wounds
5 - Can take 11 major wounds
+1 - Re-spawn after death at your schools main Base

A major wound is considered a hit to somewhere like the chest, neck, or stomach. A hit to the leg or shoulder doesn't count towards this.

Strength - The amount of ammunition one can carry.

1 - One extra magazine and one explosive
2 - Two extra magazines and one explosive
3 - Three extra magazines and two explosives
4 - Four Extra magazines and two Explosives
5 - Five Extra magazines and three explosives.
+1 - Ammo replenished twice when depleted

Weapons that don't take typical magazines such as heavy machine guns and shotguns can just replace magazine with box of Ammo. Each box of Shotgun Ammo contains ten rounds and for Weapons that take canned or drummed ammunition Like the M60 and RPD each can/drum contains 100 rounds.

Side Arm Rounds are unlimited unless it is automatic

Mounting - mountable weapons include LMG's, HMGs, and Grenade Launchers. they may be mounted on base walls or vehicles allowing this such as jeeps and humvee's

IMPORTANT

KNOW THE MAX CAPACITY OF YOUR CHARACTERS WEAPON

Intelligence - How fast your character can take an opposing base.

1 - Take it in five posts
2 - Take it in four posts
3 - Take it in three posts
4 - Take it in two posts
5 - Take it in whichever post you first enter the base unguarded.
+1 - Take the base guarded, guards become POW's

A base cannot be taken if it's owners are occupying it. it must be cleared before it can be taken, even if this takes more posts then your stat states. for example if your stat is one and you take 7 posts to eliminate the characters guarding the base, you cannot take the base until the seventh post.

Speed - How may times you can avoid injury in a single post.

1 - Two times
2 - Three Times
3 - Four Times
4 - Five times
5 - Six times
+1 - Cannot be hit for 5 posts

Special - Determines how long you can use abilities that enhance the other four statistics.

1 - Three posts
2 - Five posts
3 - Seven posts
4 - Nine posts
5 - Eleven posts
+1 - Stat remains enhanced until end of current battle session



Posting and Story Format




Battle Sessions

A battle session will start with my first IC Post and will not end until all participants characters have been Killed or all bases have been overtaken by a School.

Bases

Each school has 5 bases to overtake. where these bases are located may be decided by the schools principals which I shall choose from the participants.

if a base of your school is taken your school may only attempt to retake it once for each member. for example if wasabi takes a eurocopia base and eurocopia has 5 members, then they can try and retake it 5 times. if they fail all five times they can no longer take it. however other schools can try to take it from wasabi. if this happens and they succeed then eurocopia can one again attempt to take it back per member.

to take a base simply have you characters perform actions in an unguarded base for however many posts needed according to your stats. if 3 or more of one school occupies an unguarded base at any time it is taken automatically and garrisoned by those players. meaning they can either stay to guard it, abandon it, or leave a few guards and go attack another base.

Main Base

Each school has a main base that is also placed by the principal. these are central hubs that students can return to to replenish ammo or heal up, but doing so makes them inactive for ten posts.

note that if all but one schools characters are in the main base or dead and that remaining player is killed the players in the main base will not be counted as alive and the school will be out.


Leveling

For every 30 posts you make IC that contribute to the battle you receive a level up and an extra point to spend. great achievements such as taking multiple bases single-handedly or killing a large amount of other players will result in an extra point given. these are determined by the schools principal and myself.

Money

at the end of a battle session each school will receive 1000$ for each base held to spend on defenses and base upgrades such as needing extra posts to take or a one time health/ammo replenish. the available things to purchase will be posted by myself or an admin.

Settings
remember the settings of each school! i don't wanna see someone invading a Eurocopia base and talking about traversing some kind of jungle!

Vehicles

each school starts with one two person jeep, one four person humvee, and one motorcycle. please do not fight over these. each schools principal will assign them to players at the beginning of each battle session. however unoccupied vehicles on the battlefield can be taken by anyone. more vehicles can be purchased by principals after each battle session

Posting

when you post you can do a few things. you can do things like move around and interact with characters like in a normal rp. however you can also fire your weapon, evade or be hit by an opposing players attack, or do something in a base such as take a position or mount your weapon if applicable.

only 25% of your weapons maximum capacity can be fired in a single post. three round burst weapons may only be fired three times, and shotguns may only be fired twice, each shot containing 5 pellets which are treated as normal rounds. High capacity machine guns such as the RPD and M60 may only fire up to 15 rounds in a single post. no exceptions.

reloading takes one post. you may not reload until your weapon is empty

sidearms may only be used twice in a single post

Melee weapons are restricted to combat knives and take the place of primary weapon

example

if character a were to fire five rounds at character b. character b may either evade a round or get hit by it. if they use all their evades at once and rounds still remain, those rounds automatically become major wounds. for example if character b has a speed stat of one and a health stat of three
he can evade the first two rounds, but the remaining three will take away 3 of his 9 available major wounds. however if character b takes a round, evades, takes another, evades, and takes the last, or does something similar then he can choose where those rounds hit.

those hits are called minor wounds and 5 of them become a major wound

you may fire at as many people as you like in one post, but the previous limits still apply.

if your player is killed during a battle session you may do partake in school based posts with other dead characters, however they cannot contribute to any kind of ongoing story. they must be purely for entertainment. story orientated posts must remain in story sessions


Explosive Weapons

Weapons such as the RPG and Grenade launchers may only be fired once per post. explosives require four evades to avoid, otherwise they do Two major wounds.
grenades may be avoided as normal rounds but if they hit they do Two Major wounds, same with C4. Claymores cannot be avoided but only do one major wound

Sneaking and Stealth

If you are able to sneak up on an opponent, or fire at them with a silenced weapon, they automatically take one major wound.

if you have no weapon and instead carry a knife, you may take that player Hostage, and then kill them if they remain your hostage after five posts. Hostages cn escape by taking three major wounds or laving all extra ammunition with their captor.

metal snake students who opt for less combat may only travel for five posts without being seen. if after that fifth post you pass an enemy they WILL be able to spot you and engage you if they so choose. otherwise you may continue to sneak for another 5 posts.


Sniping

Scoped weapons and sniper rifles may only be used while stationed inside a base.

at the end of each post you must MUST post your remaining equipment and health. for example

Story Session

Between battle sessions there will be a story session that will last until Myself and the 3 admins I shall choose decide it's time for another battle session, or a lot of people request one. This will have an overall story as the rp progresses.


Story interference

When a character relationship affects events in a battle session, this is called story interference. for example,

during a story session, ako and bko fall in love, despite being from rival schools. ako in eurocopia, and bko in wasabi. during the next battle session they meet on the battlefield. ako is stern and loyal to his school, and tho it may hurt him, he must not let his emotions effect him. therefore all his stats are increased by one. bko however is fragile and refuses to fight with her love. this causes her stats to decrease by one.

REMEMBER YOUR CHARACTERS RELATIONSHIPS AS THEY WILL AFFECT THE BATTLE!!

These users will help moderate the rp and provide help in the OOC

Unique Ability: He has the ability to activate a near-bulletproof (Vulnerable though to piercing rounds.) armor that enables enhanced agility and strength, but for a very limited time. This special ability effects Strength, Health and Speed. Unfortunately not resulting in any "+1" stat boosts.

Relations: Adopted son of the dean of Eurocopia.

Bio: As a young boy his parents were killed and in turn he spent most of his life in an orphanage. Eventually he was adopted into a rich family, the family that happens to be that of the Dean of Eurocopia. Being a natural prodigy, he joined the school's military mainly as an outlet so he doesn't go insane with boredom, but he eventually got a little too into it and takes it very seriously now. Other students appear jealous toward Tristan as they feel he is treated somewhat special being the dean's adopted son. Tristan is known amongst his fellow students as "The Defiler" for his uncanny ability to make an absolute mess of things when in the fray what with all the bodies flying everywhere... On the battlefield he is more of a loner and doesn't like to be a part of a 'team'.

Tristan is capable of sustaining 12 major wounds, can carry four extra drum containers for the RPD and two explosives. He is able to take an enemy base in three posts and avoid damage five times in a single post. He can use his special ability for five posts.

When Armored, Tristan can carry one extra drum and one extra explosive and sustain 11 major wounds, and evade six times.
