On the whole thing, I think that it's alright for tasteful cussing. Spouting out swear after swear doesn't sit well with me and makes you seem like you're an idiot. It's really quite simple to sound furious without dropping to a Neanderthal level. Like the original poster said, it sounds like a little kid spewing cusses. Oftentimes, the words aren't used properly.
So, in short, I believe that you should just use common sense when it comes to curse words.
