In the Watermist clan,you are a magic creature of many kinds.here are some stages.
Elves-grow to be at least a foot.small creatures who are masters at crafting and sewing.they either live in houses or a fat willow.

Pixies-smaller then fairies,but a lot like them.They need pixie dust to fly and do magic.each pixie has a special talent.they live in places like lily pads to mushrooms.

fairies-grow to be up to 8 ins in height.They can fly at their will.as pixies do,each fairy has a talent.most fairies live in small houses or trees.

mermaids-can do magic,but only a limit.they have fins and live in the nearby pond.they can lose attention spain easily,and can be snobby.

humans-look at yourself.thats a human.

unicorns-look at a horse,add a horn,and you have a unicorn.they can speak and do mostly healing magic and teleportation magic.

I know, but what I was thinking was that we each have a character in each of the packs. That way, each group's story can develop.
And so people know which group you're talking about you use different colours to indicate it.
Green - Rainbow
Grey - Moonlight
Blue - Watermist
