Where Are Your Online Role Playing Haunts?
On our forums, we have a resource list of places to roleplay. It’s a great list, but as I’m sure you know - there are tons of places that we have no idea exist. Some are underground, and you can’t find them in search engines, others are private and are only for those who’ve been given the link.
Where are your favorite places to roleplay online? Forums, Chats, MUDs, MMOs - it doesn’t matter, give us the link!
Oh - and don’t forget to send this to your friends. The more people, the better. Please don’t forget to add the link!

It’s dying down quite a bit. I’m actually lurking in an attempt to break away from AM and roleplay elsewhere, but I still have several unfinished works there.

Ashlomn.net There are multiple boards on it. My friend is a mod at hidden-realms.net, I think? i dunno, google it.
I don’t really like message-board RPs, so I tend to RP in MMOs and chatrooms or in IM.

I RP on the SurrealChat IRC network. In various different channels. Chat being far superior to forum RPs; especially when doing para/essay style

I enjoy roleplaying in Chatrooms mainly.
Why?
Merely because it’s more fluent than Roleplaying in a forum and ofcourse, I’m an impatient person. Although, I enjoy using forumZ for Roleplays that are in a sort of essay form.
Meh, I suppose I enjoy Chatrooms and Forums, both for specific reasons.

I’m a message board person. I like long, detailed, carefully written posts. Two paragraph minimum, and as long as inspiration will run. 5 paragraphs is nice. I’m not a fan of the quick chat and IM rps, they go too fast and there’s too much pressure. I’m not on all day with free time, so a nice and slow pace is perfect.

I play at Jedi Revival, which is the Star Wars game I mentioned above. I was a moderator but due to “personal reasons” I stepped down to being just a member.

I’ve done some searching for good roleplay sites but I just can’t seem to break away from AM. In my searches I’ve found that most of the time other places are just too big for me. I like the fact that I know pretty much everyone I RP with on a personal level, despite the lack of serious creativity on our member’s parts. I’d start some meself but every one I ever have eventually dies so I gave up hope on it. Anyway, as far as I’m concerned, Metro is home, AnimeLeague.org takes a close second though.
