Welcome to the world of Catüür. Note: The map is still been worked on

Note: Red and blue text is edits/important bits from the interest check.

Catüür - The world where good and evil are once again clashing, just like in every other world. The difference is that four are chosen to stop this from happening. Eïr Kähnn (Pronounced Air Can-ne) is convinced that Catüür should be his and only his. He is now on a quest with his Mages and Possessors to take away all the good that the lands have ever seen.

So far, this has been seen in the area that's now been dubbed 'Land of the Dead'. The place is barren and deserted. Well apart from the ruins and the skeletons that haunt the landscape. Did I forget to mention that this is a haven for Spirits. No matter where the ghost's 'live' form was killed, they always end up at the 'Land of the Dead'.

If Eïr Kähnn gets his way and takes over the lands, then everywhere will end up the way 'Land of the Dead' ended up and no one (except Eïr Kähnn and evil themselves) want this. It's time to fight for their future. How many will stand against Eïr Kähnn and take on this fight with the Chosen and their Protectors?


One night, many years later, the Protectors have finally been called by the Truthtellers to find their Chosen one. The Chosen can help stop Eïr Kähnn. All the Protectors have been given in aid to find the Chosen is a location. They'll know who their Chosen is when they see them and their destinies will cross paths in the fight against evil.

Characters:

Characters that can be played as well as vague descriptions of each.

Truthtellers - It may sound like they just tell the truth, but it's not that simple. They are wise people, often telling the truth in forms of puzzles or riddles. They don't make things easy for the ones that they speak to. It is unknown who's side they are on either. Basically, they like to make things difficult and make you do the work.

These people are very wise and clever knowing a lot about the world and current situations. People think that Truthtellers are psychic, but it's never been proven as to whether they are or aren't. They have been known to speak about visions they've had, which leads people to think they are.

Possessors - Possessors have to opportunity to possess humans. These people are working for the evil Eïr Kähnn (Pronounced Air Carn-ne). The way they possess humans is through one hand touching the human's hand, the other touching their head. Both must be done to successfully possess a human and make them under their control. There are three things Possessors can do.

  • Possess a human to control them - [Theses will be NPCs to avoid the God Mode arguement]
  • Possess a Spirit - This is so that they become possessed to look and act like someone else [Again, this is NPC characters to].
  • Possess an animal - Use and control animals in the area to their command [This is limited to avoid arguement].

Check with me to make sure that I'm fine with this first. Just send a PM with your ideas (if you don't want others to see), or post here.

Possessed - The possessed are obviously prisoners of the possessors. Humans that have been caught and imprisoned by the possessors. The possessed humans are used anywhere from slavery to being soldiers and killing their own kind. After all, would you kill your family if they had turned against you, but still had a chance to be helped, and not having to die? [Woman and children mainly as they are the easiest to handle as well as soldiers won't kill their families].

Again, I might leave these as NPCs to avoid arguments unless you are playing a Possessor and a Possessed, and so are in control of both characters.

Protectors - The protectors can be protecting anything from an item or a story, to a person. It all depends on what that protector is for but they have wisdom on their side. The main protectors will be for the four chosen ones (described later on). The protectors (of the chosen) each represent one of the four elements:

  • Fire - Weakened by - Water and Air magic. Weakens Earth Magic.
  • Water - Weakened by - Air magic. Weakens Fire and Earth Magic.
  • Earth - Weakened by - Water and Fire magic. Weakens Air magic.
  • Air - Weakened by Earth magic. Weakens Fire and Water magic.

Here is a better description of each of the four Protectors with ideas on their powers and limitations:

  • Fire - The Fire Protector can create and manipulate fire. Fire is a dangerous element though and even the Protectors know this so it has to be handled with care. The Protectors have been taught only to create fire for protection in desperate measures so not to cause damage to the environment and people around them. In careful and trustful conditions, fire manipulation is used to often put on small shows as entertainment. It can still cause damage though and only the most specialised Protectors in Fire Elementals and Magic use it. The Fire Protector can only create fire if it create a spark from other magic, which can be quite hard to do.
  • Water - The Water Protector can't create water, but can manipulate it. It can also cool water by lowering it's body temperature to abnormal conditions to do so that would normally be dangerous to humans. Again, the Water Protector must keep control over masses amounts of water manipulation, (though this normally takes more than one Water Protectorto do so).
  • Earth - The Earth Protector is all about strength. They are at peace with the earth and often use it to guide their way. If in battle, the Earth Protector can use rock/mud slides to aid their defence (if near a rocky/muddy cliff or hill). Other things the Earth Protector can do, include minor earthquakes in the area and aftershocks.
  • Air - The Air Protector can manipulate the weather, using it to their advantage against an opponent. This isn't to say that an opponent will definitely be weakened in battle, because they might have a way to block the onslaught of harsh conditions. A list of weather conditions an Air Protector can can control and manipulate are as follows:
    • Rain/Hail/Snow
    • Lightening (if under the right stormy conditions. Can't just create lightening)
    • Clouds (bring on a storm faster)
    • Winds


Also, Protectors can work together for example, the Water Protector can't create water, but by cooling air from the Air Protector, they can condense it to form water droplets. Also, if Lightening is around, the Air Protector can manipulate it into causing a fire that the Fire Protector can use and manipulate.

Note: Nothing final, ideas welcome and things can be added/edited.


These protectors specialise in those elements and each have their weaknesses as shown. Other protectors have magic, but aren't specialised to a specific area like the Protectors are.

Other Protectors of artefacts, items, stories are more in control of magic and wisdom than the ones that are protecting the Chosen (though they are all wise people).

Note: They can be evil and out to get the Chosen to take to Eir Kahnn. Not all Protectors are good and they can be a result of actually been a Possessed, or even a Possessor with the spirit of a Protector they killed.

Outcasts - These are humans, protectors, and even possessors that are basically outcasts. Both good and evil, they are on their own working towards something. If evil, it's most likely that you were outcast from humans or a Protector gone bad. If good, it is most likely that you could be a Possessor that for some reason, is good.

Chosen - There are four humans that are chosen. Chosen for what exactly? It's unknown. Tales haven't said what they are chosen for, but it's known that it's to do with Eir Kahnn. Two females and two males are to go on a journey to find their Protectors, and then the Truthtellers, who will hopefully have insight into what must be done.

The Chosen do not have magic skills (to the extent of their protectors) and therefore need their protectors who specialise in one of the four elements (see the Protectors). Therefore, it is crucial that the Chosen and Protector stay together once they have found each other.

Chosen ones do have the ability to create an element, but they need their Protector to key into their energy and help them learn how to, thus needing to be taught the basics of keying into their energy and manipulating it so they can do this, before meeting their protector, they don't even know they have this ability.

Though the Chosen have no magic ability, they are ones that excel in armed combat and also have an energy deep inside them, that can assist anyone with magic ability if they know how to. The Chosen need their Protectors though in the fight against evil.

[Once I have the four protectors and the four Chosen (as well as myself), then I will pair up the Protector to the Chosen].

Spirits - These are dead beings. They lurk in the 'Land of the Dead' (described at the beginning). They can be found in other places, heading to their final destination and can be seen if they want to be seen that is. Mages, Protectors and Possessors can naturally see ghosts and spirits but the Chosen and other humans can't until the spirit decides to show themselves.

Humans - You can also choose to take on a human. Humans can join up with the Protectors and the Chosen to fight against Eïr Kähnn and save their world. Or you could be a human that worships Eïr Kähnn himself and wants to join his side. You could double cross either side, working to get as much information from Eïr Kähnn himself, for the good. Or you could be with the good working to get a Chosen one (or all of them, with or without their protectors) to Eïr Kähnn.

Also, Eïr Kähnn is up for grabs to be played, as well.

Everything after this point is new from the Interest check, so please read.

The Map Explained:

  • Though places are unfinished on the map, I'll give a quick summary for everyone. Eïr Kähnn is situated in the stormy mountainous areas as well as the 'Land of the Dead'. His exact location is unknown though.
  • The islands with Arcane ruins are uninhabited forested areas that can be crossed to. Each island is said to have one Truthteller on that can help them in their quest.
  • The Chosen and the Protectors can come from any of the four islands around (Krakmere, Dragin, Cristyl and Tykai).

1. Please use correct spelling and punctuation. There is nothing worse than having a post that's hard to read. I know everyone makes spelling and grammar errors, even I do, but the edit button is there for a reason. If you don't think you can keep up, then don't apply.
2. No one liners. I'd like a minimum of a couple of paragraphs. It gives people a chance to form a reply to your post and have the plot move forward.
3. Romance and violence is allowed, but keep it PG-13 please. Anything more take it to PMs.
4. No godmodding or killing of other characters unless they've given permission or are an NPC.

Character: Truthteller

Hair and Eye colour:Dark Brown hair. However, the hair is so dark it is commonly mistaken for Black. Kira also has dark brown eyes.
Build: Quite a tall big build. Tends to have a arched posture and walks like a penguin sometimes.
Extra Features: Has the Arcane symbol of [i will edit when Crim gives the island a name] printed as a birthmark on his left hip.
Clothes: Kira wears a long purple robe. It is cut at the sides to allow him to move slightly faster of needed. Kira also prefers to wear sandal over shoes, arguing that it allows his spirit to be free.

Magic Ability: The magic is unknown. Rumours of the the Truthtellers being physic have pondered many thoughts. The fact that all Truthtellers have visions, has caused people to believe this is true.

Combat Skill: Kira has never been a fighter. Kira has minimal combat skill and only wears his robe so his armour value is at a low state.. Kira prefers peace to fighting and believes the past can show us the future.
Weaknesses: Ironically Kira has a bit of a weakness for musical instruments. He believes music calms the soul

Personality: Kira is a generally nice person. He has a temper but prefers not to show it. Years of studying and living nearly alone has taught him to endure peoples faults. Kira can get naive however at times when he is put under extreme pressure. The thought of him playing a major role in saving the world scares him. He can be slightly self centred when it comes to world events. Kira does not care what happens to the outside world, so long as his island is jut the same as it always is. Kira is not fond of change, unless it is the past healing the present.
Biography: Kira was raised as a kid like a normal kid. Growing up and learning about life. But he started to see that he could have visions and see the future so to speak. He tried to communicate it with his parents but the would not understand him. Most of society looked at him oddly because of the fact that he could see these visions. He left home because of this reason and moved to and island where there was a small village. Kira settled in and one year saw that a great pest was coming to kill the crops in one of visions. After warning the villagers, they took the appropriate action and the crops were saved. While Kira was a hero for a while, slowly the people began to use him, trying to see if they could find out things before they happened. While Kira allowed himself to be used for while, he slowly twigged on and decided to leave the village. He left the village and went to a small arcane ruin. He has lived there since and tries to keep away from the villagers. although they see him as a god and provide him with bounties of food as a gift to keep the crops clean.

Sure Treali, looking forward to it. And Jake, sure, but they are going to be really hard to play, just to warn. I might end up NPC'ing them now unless people can prove in profiles that they'd be able to handle a truthteller.

As Enzy pointed out in the Int. Check, it's a struggle for a lot of people to come up with riddles and puzzles that enable the characters to go with something. It'll even be a struggle for me, NPC'ing them, but you're willing to try out for it. ^^.

Hair and Eye color:
His eyes are firm and a dark cold icy-blue color while his fine hair opposes them with a fiery red.
Build:
Standing at 5'10", and around 155-160 pounds, Alistir has a medium frame, and is in amazing shape for his age - even with being a magic user, fire is the element of power, and to create a proper balance to use his talents, he also needs to manage a healthy lifestyle. When he walks, he is brisk, not caring for lounging about and taking his time. No matter what the task his, he likes it done quickly and efficiently. His posture is always straight and firm, his feet planted in the ground and his senses on high-alert, ready for anything.
Extra Features:
His body appears to be flawless, but only because he hides his scars which is proof of the harm fire can cause. Across his chest, many red patches exist, from training accidents to... unfortunate encounters. As for the rest of his body, it is quite flawless, not baring one small blemish or scar.
Clothes:
Refer to picture.

Magic Ability:
Alistir is well-skilled in a specific elemental magic, fire, being an outmatched master in the art. His power comes from both the magic that flows inside him as well as the sun. Unfortunately during the night he loses his pyrokinetic ability to create fire but reluctantly is still able to fully bend it to his will – even though it’s not even half as destructive. Because of this he has grown quite insecure and usually sleeps close to some source of fire, whether it is a beautiful fireplace, a simple campfire, or a harmless candle. Even with only a small ounce of fire at his disposal, he is able to take it and amplify it.

Fire being one of the most difficult types of magic to use, Alistir has spent his entire life growing quite disciplined, learning not just to control the element, but his attitude as well, so in essence he would never lose control and accidentally bring harm to others - or at least those who didn't deserve it.
Combat Skill:
Fire alone is enough of a wrecking ball, so Alister sticks to using a staff, the mark of a magician. For overall use, it isn't much of a weapon nor does it enhance his abilities, but instead it is more used for defense and fending things off - very useful if you don't want to give someone a searing scar.
Weaknesses:
Besides those stated above, he is also weakened by his opposing element water, and at times air, which is annoying when harsh winds deflect his attacks or it begins to rain, snow... or anything else that is wet and cold. Yuck.

Personality:
Biography:
Living in the city of New Tunzen which is located in the heart of Dragin, a large chain of dead volcanoes surrounds/casts a shadow over the city along with a thin layer of warm mist provided by the hot springs the city is known for. The people here live wealthy relaxing lives, especially due to Alistir being a valiant protector and overseer of the city – New Tunzen's people having a lot of confidence and assurance because of him. But Alistir being one of the most powerful magicians in the current century may have something to do with that. Specifically he is a master pyro, being one of the few to study in such a challenging display of power.

He has been intrigued by fire ever since the day he was born, his parents telling him stories of how he was born as if he was dead, his eyes shut and not a single whimper escaping him. Alistir's parents called upon every healer and magician possible for assistance, but everything failed, not even making a dent to better their son's unusual condition. They believed he was doomed to death, his short-lived life coming to its final chapters; out of desperation, they prayed to their gods, calling them for help, and begging them to spare their firstborn son.

At that very moment a beautiful phoenix landed on their windowsill, hovering just over the boys crib and curiously watching Alistir with sorrow in its eyes, enough to make the creature cry. A tear landing on the boys head, the curse was broken, and Alistir’s eyes opened and let in light, and he cried. Their parents overjoyed, they had a vision that night of a powerful man with flames coming out of his hands who was training a shadowed - unknown - figure. Its purpose was clouded to them, Alistir's parents seeing no sense in the vision or dream, so they discarded it.

Time rolled on as usual, but when Alisitir was only 15, his homeland was destroyed, a day that he'll never forget. Dark forces swept over his lands like a plague, taking everything with it and engulfing it all in flames. The last thing he saw in that city were his parents being burned alive, and after that it had become too much so he fled in tears where he met an old and wise Truthteller who was observing the carnage carelessly from the outskirts of the city. "Run my child, run for fate will surely follow wherever you go. A great evil faces us all, and no matter where you go there is no escaping it. One day you will become a great master of the very thing your parents were extinguished by. As a child you were reborn from the ashes for a purpose, for you have a great destiny to embrace. Someone will come to you in search for a guiding hand, and you will say 'yes', or fall and face the consequences of your actions. Your very answer could determine the existence of this world and it masses. Without you, they will both fall."

It was all nonsense, and with that Alistir fled fast enough to outrun the devil himself. He found himself lost, surrounded by the trees with every direction looking the same. He curled up there for hours, sitting in a clearing afraid and alone, at least until the symbol of fire itself graced Alistir with its presence. A phoenix landed on a rock across from him, and for the longest time Alistir stared at it, and it stared back. In that time the two found an understanding, and have been together ever since. Akshan: The same phoenix who granted him with life so long ago.

Moving on, Alistir made it his mission and goal in life to learn to control fire, tackling on one of the most ancient arts, magic, so he could make sure the destructive flickering hellish light never hurt anyone ever again. His parents were gone, not forgotten, and if it was up to him he would avenge them and put his purpose to good use. That was his drive, his parents along with the words of the wise, but insane, Truthteller - that still endlessly rung in his ears - pushing him to excel.

Reaching Dragin, like him, Tunzen was reborn in the ashes as New Tunzen, a city founded by Alistir to keep out those who were unwanted. The peaceful city is surrounded by mountains that are a perilous journey to anyone who tries to climb them. Now he waits, training his body and mind until he is needed.
Other:
Has a pet phoenix by the name of Akshan who acts as both Alister's friend and long-time traveling companion. The myth surrounding a phoenix aside, Alister uses Akshan as another set of eyes which is useful when you're trying to be one step ahead of your opponent.

Hair and Eye colour: Grey Hair, Brown Eyes
Build: Tall and heavily muscled.
Extra Features: Large bear tattoo on hi his back. Very tan.
Clothes: Simple leather grey/brown garments

Magic Ability: Able to cause minor seismic activities to various effects. Shaking the earth being the most obvious. He can also force the earth together at a point to send a wall of rock and dirt shooting from the ground. He can also shape stone with his hands as if it were clay. Able to sense vibrations through the ground as a form of detection.
Combat Skill: Wields a massive stone and wood hammer when necessary. However, his years are catching up to him and he prefers to not fight.
Weaknesses: Water and Fire magics weaken him. Turning his earth to soft mud and solid stone to molten rock. He is also getting old in his years and has grown sluggish.

Personality: Sergram is old but tough. The stories of his friendly demeanour and wise council has had him sought out by many tribes over the long years to seek advice. He has the patience of the mountains with all things which lends itself well to his normally passive nature. Preferring to endure with the strength of the granite mountains. He is very slow to anger, but when provoked too far he can fly into a rage as sudden and violent as an earth quake. However, when the issue is settled he will be quick to forgive. He has a deep love of nature and it's splendour, preferring the deep jungles or mountains to the plains and cities.

Biography: He was chosen as a protector by his predecessor much as everyone in his line has. Filling his early years with long hours of training. Learning to mould the earth to him whim and the proper respects to give to it in return. He was taught the many plants that grew and their endless uses in medicine. When his teacher died he took on his title and proceeded to wander the lands and learn all he could. In his travels he came across many who would defile the lands and with each passing experience he learned sometimes it was the only course of action to fight such people. His experience with combat is only born of those times where it was unavoidable. Those years spent wandering have now granted him the gift of experience which many have sought. He has given wise council to all manner of people who have proved themselves worthy. Many a young tribal has sought him out to learn the ways of the earth and bring such knowledge back to his village and he has never refused such requests. However, many more have never managed to find him hidden so deep in the landscape.

Haele usually wears what she's wearing in the picture on the right. Since she is partly immune to the cold, she is able to wear exposed outfits without getting sick. However in extreme cold conditions, she wears a long cape that reaches her ankles with a furry hood.

Regeneration: The ability to heal wounds over a short amount of time. Using this ability shortens Haele's lifespan depending on how big/deep the wound is.

Haele prefers to work silently in the midst of strangers believing that the less you say, the less they know about you. She sometimes comes off as cold and anti-social and will rarely show emotion. In the presence of those she knows well however, she can be quiet or rather talkative depending on her mood. She dislikes being alone but if needed, she will be alone. Haele is down-to-earth and very stubborn - very little can change her mind. Despite being a little arrogant and naive, Haele is actually good at heart and means well. She also has a short temper but tries to control it as much as possible.

Haele has trouble expressing her feelings and to avoid feeling stupid, she keeps her mouth shut. She makes a helpful companion and ally, seeing as she is very loyal and trustworthy. She will never betray unless she has been betrayed first and will do whatever she can do for any mission or goal given to her. Since most of her life has been following orders, Haele has trouble making decisions for herself. Quick not only in the mind but also on her feet, she is a great addition to any battle.

Haele was born into the world unto two joyful parents only to be taken away moments later by the orders of Eir Kahnn. Being born a Possessor meant that she was inevitably going to be a part of the Lord's army. She was brought up in a strict and formal environment and was taught to do one thing only; obey orders. Having no other choice available to her other than to follow their guidance, she blossomed into an elite fighter, rising through the ranks until she could not rise any further. During her journey, she encountered an arrogant proud boy in her squad who soon became a friendly rival. The more they spent time together, the more their bond tightened until they were almost inseperable.

Haele and Rieven were the best fighters of the Possessors until they served Eir Kahnn personally. Faithfully by his side, Rieven started to rebel a little until he came to question his authority. It was soon after brought to Eir Kahnn's attention and Rieven was taken away and killed. Shocked and full of anger, Haele decided not to act on her intentions yet. She knew she wouldn't be able to take him down by herself. Training herself until she thought she could not get any better by herself, she fled from Eir Kahnn and wandered around villages and towns, making her money by assassinating.

She does not know how she will do it and who will help her but she does know there are people out there who rebel against Eir Kahnn and she intends to find them. Haele wants to redeem Rieven's death by killing him.

Within his left pocket is a dagger and holster. Top knife'd be it.

Magic Ability:
His physical self is receptive to magic and using it, but he has no idea how to use it. He hasn't yet expressed interest in the arcane arts anyway.
Combat Skill:
Deft with a dagger, and completely clueless with anything else.
Weaknesses:
He has a really, really debilitating fear of heights and running water (when I say debilitating, I mean screaming his &^$ off and possibly flailing around.)
Personality:
Derrick is the sort of person that you'd likely find in a crowd; unnoticeable, unmemorable, and not quite sane.
He's not one for jokes, nor for constant seriousness. He doesn't give any sort of aura off, except maybe when he hasn't taken a bath recently.
In other words, he's a liability in groups.
Biography:
Derrick grew up a normal lad in a village termed "Rothmere", a settlement on the eastern coast of Tykai. His parents hadn't left him an orphan till the age of 19, when a nasty bout of 'flay-guh', or whatever the travelling merchants that happened into the village from time to time called the disease, swept through the village. He cried a few tears, then, after a few recluse weeks, decided to seek his fortune by throwing himself into whatever the world laid in store.
He set upon the road to, predictably, absolutely nowhere, with hardly anything but the clothes on his back and a mysteriously always-sharp dagger that he tends to use for hunting. After two years of wandering, having met hardly a single soul and seeing not a landmark anywhere, he has absolutely no idea where he is... and even if he's on his own continent anymore.

Alyss's hair is naturally black, and her eyes are a mix of blue and green in colour.
Build:
Alyss is thin because of a fast metoablism, but she does have some bulk on her, mostly muscle - it's not much, really, but it's there. She's not a tall girl, but she's extremely agile, and being small, at only 5'1", that can be helpful sometimes; but it is something of a menace as well.
Extra Features:
On her left forearm is a large scar, about four inches long, which she got when she was a child, and on the sole of her right foot there is a birthmark.
Clothes:
Alyss's clothes are not much; she wears a dark green tunic over white tights, with black boots and a brown leather belt around her waist; there's a small scabbard there for a dagger she carries with her at all times, and for the rougher weather, she has a heavy dark green cloak with a hood, though she doesn't wear it all that often.

Magic Ability:
Alyss can learn magic, depending on what Protector she has, but at the moment, she's completely clueless about this.
Combat Skill:
Alyss has some knowledge of combat skills; seeing as her mother never gave her father any sons, he taught his daughter how to fight instead, and she's alright with a dagger, and pretty skilled with a bow, but otherwise, her knowledge of, and skill with, weapons are limited.
Weaknesses:
Alyss's biggest weakness is she doesn't have a lot of strength, because her immune system is weak, which means that if she gets sick, she can lie for days, sometimes weeks, without recovering. Even a simple cold can knock her for six at times, and apart from that, she has a nasty fear of the unknown; it confuses and frightens her, and it often takes her time to adjust to it.

Personality:
Alyss' personality can be summed up in two words; angry dreamer. She has a habit of dreaming of a better life, and often getting caught up in her fantasies; but she'd never act on them, because venturing out of her comfort zone isn't something she had to do often. She's somewhat insecure, but by far, the worst thing about her is her temper; it doesn't take much to set her off, and she can fume for hours afterwards. She can be sarcastic at times, and stubborn, but the stubborness is very rare; only if it's something she's completely set against, and even then, she can be brought over quickly if you know what to say to her. She is somewhat emotionally unstable, bouncing from emotion to emotion faster than she can blink, but at heart, she's someone who'll try and see things through to the end, and she's the type of girl to never see someone left behind.
Biography:
Alyss was the first and only child born to her parents. They were young when she was born, and they didn't have much of a trade going (her father worked on a farm, her mother was a starting seamstress), and even though it was hard for them to cope with a baby, they managed, and always thought that more children would follow after her, but they never came. She was raised in a small village in Cristyl, and even though her mother taught her everything a young girl should know, she was always extremely fascinated with fighting, much to her mother's displeasure. Her father taught her how to use a dagger, should she ever need to, not wanting to teach her too much before he had a son to pass his knowledge on to. The son never came though, and so he eventually taught Alyss to use a dagger properly, and taught her how to use a bow, which she found she was particularly good at. Finding nothing she liked in her own village, she soon moved on to others, hoping to find a good, normal life for herself - something that wouldn't break the pattern of the life she had. She works with horses in a small village now, and she's happy with her life; she's heard minor things about Eïr Kähnn, rumors, but she's dismissed them; why worry about it? They're most likely false. For now she's happy to work with her horses and use her bow when she can, and she has no idea just what the hell is going to happen in her future.

Clothes:He always wears a ragged and slight tear gray cloak that cover his entire body and make him look more like a peasant than a magic user. He only take it off during battle because it would get in the way of his movements, which would be a big disadvantage.

Magic Ability: Even though he has complete control over wind and can unleash destructive and powerful effect in an instant, he tend to only use minor or mid level magic. Feeling that magic is too destructive to use at full power, he unlike most magic user tend to not to be dependent on his magic, so he will be ready if he somehow lose this special ability. He can use the wind pattern around him to sense nearby or far away enemy by sensing any form of resistance in the wind to know the outline shape of the intruder, the stronger the wind the more details he can fill out. He also is able to change weather pattern freely, having study them immensely through reading, along with other useful information making him a threat to any enemy.

He has develope a magical ability that expand his mind to learn more than any average human or magic user and also learn magic that allow him to read books and memorize things in a few hours rather than a few day.

Combat Skill: He is very skill with any form of sword, being more skill with lighter blades such as twin daggers or rapier and adept with heavier blade such as katana or bastard sword. He is also quite experience with a lance or spear and tend to use physical skill more or equal to his magic when in battle. He usually tries to use his magic more as support to his physical skill rather than offensive measure.

Weaknesses:
Other than his natural weakness to Earth seeing as his power over air cannot overcome the “stubbornness” and “Perseverance” of a large boulder and things such as that, he has to think more than usual when fighting earth user.
He is also very good-natured and too kind for his own good which lead to some problems in battle.

Personality:
Allen is a very humble person and thinks nothing of his control of air and his gifted magic. He believe he was just lucky and was pick to have this gifted talent and believe that it is the people who work hard that truly deserve praise. He is very generous and kind to those who are in need and tends to worry more about them then himself even in battle. He is a very curious about the world and how it and the living and nonliving things in it works. He always seems to be reading some kind of book about the world, human, nature or any book that can expand his knowledge and can help feel his hunger for information. He is a dreamer and likes to spend at least some time to “be one with the world” and meditate thinking and dreaming about ideal of peace and other stuff like that. He try to avoid conflict as best as he can, but that does not mean he will not fight to protect someone he care for or even a total stranger.

Biography:
Ever since he was a baby he had a natural curiousness of how things works and that has always bother his parents, seeing he always breaks everything he touches. He shown a natural potential of magic at a very young age creating gust of wind and even slightly levitate. At the age of 3 he had already began to learn how to read and at the age of 4 he was already reading books about astronomy or weather.
He developed his magic day by day and helped the village he was born in with his magical power. He created rain for the crops by pushing nimbus clouds over to the village, protected the villager from heat waves on a hot summer days and even doing entertaining trick for the little kids. At the age of 100, even though he only seems 16, his parent had passed away. He felt sad but knew that his parents would want him to be happy.
After their death he says his goodbye to the villagers, and became a traveller to feed his curiousness of the world. He learn many thing from all sorts of people and books, whether it be a simple parlour trick or a skill of survival. Presently he has 180 years worth of knowledge and yet, he only looks 25. He continues to travel wanting to learn more and more each passing day. Having no other purpose as of currently then to learn, he continues to until he find a use for his power and a purpose for his life

Other:
He carry many items on him that no normal or magical human could possibly carry, but thanks to his magic he had manipulated their weight and is able to carry more than even the strongest man in the world.
He also has a pet eagle that he keep by his side at all time but let it fly freely like all eagle should and only call on him when he wants company.

Name: December Bradley
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Character: Chosen

Hair and Eye colour: December as long autumn red hair that travels down her, ending just after her shoulders and emerald green eyes. In her right eye, she has a blemish where the black from her pupil seems to run into the colour of her eye.
Build: December has a lot of meat to her bones, but isn't over weight. A healthy weight at 130lbs for her 5'7 height. She has reddy brown freckles that cover her nose and cheeks over her pale skin, something which she hates.
Extra Features: December has a birthmark on the small of her back that's the size of a ping pong ball and blob shaped. As for scars, she's obtained one on the left side of her neck when she was a child messing around outside with friends.
Clothes: When it comes to clothes, December wears a dirty brown leather skirt, and a cloth shirt that's a lighter brown, (that old document looking brown). She normally goes around in bare feet, where ever there is soft ground, but on rocky ground she tends to wear leather bound shoes.

Magic Ability:December has the ability to learn magic, and create an element depending on what Protector she has. Of course, at the moment, December has no idea about this.
Combat Skill: Again, December's combat skills are limited. She's had no need to learn in the past and in her village, the boys learn the combat fighting things and the girls stay at home.
Weaknesses: December has a fear of magic, surprisingly. She doesn't know how to go about it and as a result, she's become fearful of it. It's unknown to her. Something new that can be used for good and bad. In stories that she's grown up hearing, she's heard a lot about bad magic, and so from having not met any magicians before, she's grown afraid of it.

Personality: December is a hard-working girl that is loyal to her family and friends. Generally a nice girl, she shows a lot of love, friendship and caring to people an animals. Despite some people describing her as not having a nasty bone in her body, she can be hateful towards certain things (like magic).
The flaw that people would give December is that she is stubborn and argumentative. Tell her to do something and she tends to do the opposite. With her stubborn-ness comes sarcasm as well.
She's also rather outgoing and loves the outdoors, tending to have a curious and adventurous streak, wanting to go travelling around Catüür one day in the future.
Biography: Twenty one years ago, December was born to a proud mother and father. Both worked in the farming industry. Her mother worked with the crops while her father worked with the farm animals.
From an early age, December was taught to work on the farm, her parents hoping that she'd inherit it when they were too old to run it any more as she was the only child in the family. To this day, December still works on the farm with her parents. While they try to set her up with boys so she can start her own family, December dreams of travelling and been free. Little does she know that that's going to happen so soon.

Will continue to edit and work on this tonight. =] Also, I've added in a little bit about the Chosen's so just read that section again people as it's about their magic ability :P

Eros's hair is about the shade of a peach blossom, and as far as his eyes go, they are a mystic violet color.
Build:
He is quite the flexible person, and prefers flipping, jumping, or bending his body into certain ways rather then walking, although in certain situations, and if needed, he will run. And running as he does, he is faster then most people. He considers walking boring and 'soul trapping'.
Extra Features:
Eros has somehow aqquired a long scar that carries from his heart all the way down to his right hip.
Clothes:
Usually seen wearing a long brown cloak with clashes of golden chains and circlets, bangles, and shackles. A red strip of cloth is used as a headband and is ornamented with a single emerald-like gem that is focused to the right side of it. Eros is always barefoot. Always.
Magic Ability:
Being a truthteller, it is often argued that he actaully has magical abilities, although he himself, just as every other Truthteller, has visions, and on rare occasion does he personaly read through a crystal orb that ornates one of the tables that occupy the space he lives in.
Combat Skill:
Eros is actually quite the fighter, armed or other. He carries a large wooden staff in his hand, but also has many assortments of small and large knives hidden in his cloak. His massive flexibility often contributes when he is in danger, or a brawl, giving him an advantage to be able to manuver quickly through and around others and their weapons.
Weaknesses:
Eros actually isn't very fond of bright lights. He believes that they 'limit his powers and blind the soul'.
Personality:
Being a Truthteller, Eros is very mysterious. He will very rarely tell you exactly what he's thinking, instead, twisting it into a maze of words and riddles. The only time he will actually say something striaght as it is is only when he doesn't like you. Usually charming and gypsy-like, he prefers to be alone, although he would never admit to anyone that he would truley enjoy a friend or two. Contradicting to most psychics like him, he is not the type to believe in only peace and tranquility, instead, he is intrigued with fighting, but not a load of it, and also loves rats. He hates cats or dogs honestly, and birds annoy him.
Biography:
Eros was certainly not your average run-of-the-mill child when he was younger. His shock of almost white hair and sudden outburts of visions usually kept everyone at bay. When he began to show his major flexibility, he was labeled by everyone a 'freak'. Being an outcast by the public at such a young age suprisingly did not bother the young boy. But many of the villagers were terrified of the strange childen and began to threaten him. Becoming weary and annoyed, he soon fled from the village where he had been raised. Finding a large cave unoccupied by seemingly anyone or anything, Eros was determined to set up a new life for himself, and began setting up a small hut-like home. But of course, good things for him never lasted long. A few of the village's children had followed him to his new place of stay and they taunted him and vandelized most of the small home while he was away looking for food. Finally, the last straw had been drawn and he faked a vision to the youngsters about their own deathes, scaring them away for good.
Moving farther and farther away from the cave, he finally settled down and built himself a larger home on an arcane island, seeminlg long forgotten and full of ruins. Ever since then he has thrived on the island, befriending one rat in particular in which he has dubbed, "Cronos".
Other:
Mentioned above is 'Cronos'. He is a large black and white sea rat. He has very pale blue eyes due to its blindness. The rat is the closest thing that Eros has to a friend, and he treats him like a human brother, but still secretly wishes that he could befriend an actuall human.

Age: 137, although no one ever suspects he his so old

Character: Thruthteller

Hair and Eye colour: Marcis' hair is purple with grey, blue, and green mixed into it, giving off the illusion his hair changes color, while his eyes are a pale blue, making some people beleive he is blind. (It kind of scares people when he goes into a trance.)
Build: Marcis is more of a slow walker, he's usually slower then other people in his movements. He beleives that moving quickly will cause you to 'misunderstand the omens.' While walking very slowly, (if you could call it walking) Marcis does a bit of a very slow prance, turning slowly as he walks, observing every angle of his surroundings.
Extra Features: Marcis beleives his body his flawless. He has no birhtmarks or scars, and beleives that such features are 'a sign of something worse to come.'
Clothes: Marcis wears a long white trench coat over a black long sleeved shirt. His fingers are decorated with numerous rings and he has a large silver hoop through his left ear. He is always bare foot like numerous truthtellers and says wearing shoes 'blocks out the predictions of the fates.'

Magic Ability: Most people beleive that Truthtellers are physic, that they can predict the future, well Marcis can. He usually does this by reading a set of cards that is always close by. He also has a long red, satin ribbon he has draped around his shoulders, using it as a lifeline when predicting others future. Listed above was that Marcis is slower then others. He is a very observant person, Example- You and Marcis are walking through a forest. While you're walking you pass by a squerril eating an acorn. Passing by it, you don't give it a second thought. All squerrils eat acorns, right? Marcis on the other hand, will stop and watch, adding in, "What a bad omen indeed...."
When predicting a future or having a vision, Marcis' pale eyes roll to the back of his head, and his body goes limp. Most people are afriad of Marcis when he gets like this, although the trances usually only last a few seconds.
Combat Skill: Marcis is really no good at fighting. When others try to attack him, he fakes a bad omen and runs away while his attackers try to decipher its meaning. He's never really had any practice with a weapon.
Weaknesses: Marcus doesn't really like water. Yes he bathes, but what gets him is running water. He's terrified of it. He says that running water, 'Moves too fast, blocking out what the Spirits are trying to say.'

Personality: Marcis is a meditator.Whenever he gets a chance, he'll sit down, cross his legs, and put his hands together, urging the Spirits to guide him. Unlike most Truthtellers, when meditating, Marcis actually floats. He stays in one place, but hovers a few inches from the ground, usually earning him a few strange looks from people passing by. He enjoys company, but company doesn't usually enjoy Marcis. While others are around, Marcis always has a vision or goes into a trance. Most of his predictions are negative, but unusually Marcis always seems happy when telling others. He doesn't really get why most people don't like his predictions.
Biography: Marcis was abandoned at a very young age. He has no idea who his parents were, and therefore, he observes the behavior and actions of everyone he comes across. He wanderd the streets of a busy market village where he found himself, but no matter how hungry he was, Marcis never stole, saying, 'the Spirits dislike one with a bad soul.' Marcis usually had to accept the gifts of food some of the nicer adults of the village gave him, before he was forced to leave by the superstitious towns folk.
Afterwords, Marcis traveled the country predicting deaths and causing panic. He never understood why people gave him a wide berth, but always shruged it off saying, 'it is never good to dwell on curiousity.' Marcis still travels, always predicting, and hoping to possibly find another Truthteller like himself.
Other: Marcis doesn't like animals very much, he beleives they, 'resist the Spirits and dirty the aura.' Marcus doesn't much like bells either, he says they 'break the thin connection with the Spirits and distract he soul.'

I love the profiles, especially Ragweed as I never expected someone to hit the nail on the head with the truthteller. Like I said at the beginning, I doubted anyone could get it to my standards and ideas that I had for the truthtellers so well done!

Can't wait to start. I'll wait for everyone to get their profiles done and then I'll work on an IC!

I really enjoyed creating Eros, as I think of him as a sort of little proportion of myself. Most of the time I fond it very hard to do a roleplay and actually type it up in a way that actually makes sence so that people can see what it is the way I do. Its very nerve wracking. . .

Well, to tell the truth, I'm VERY excited about this rp. It looks so promising! Can't wait for the IC!
