She was still awake when he got home which was nice, she could tell he'd been at the bar but wasn't in the mood to start a fight, she'd been sprawled out on the love seat in her PJs working on her lesson plans when he padded downstairs She smiled glad he was actually able to relax for once versus always working, even when he was at home. Around 12:30 she looked over to him and smiled, "I'm gonna go to sleep. Don't forget tomorrow I'm bringing the girls to work at 4."

She grinned as he kissed her goodnight. "Love you too." She could see that Justin was trying, instead of coming home at god knows what hour from work, with tons of work to do he had everything under control it seemed and had only had a few drinks after work at the bar. She fell asleep quickly knowing she had to get up in a few hours. Falling asleep she woke up abruptly to her alarm screaming at her.

After her morning routine and normal day she was off to work. At 3:30 at practice she told the girls, "Alright back here by 5:50 sharp, dressed and ready to go. Let's make it a good game, my neices and boyfriend are coming tonight." She smiled before sending the girls off and heading home to change her clothes herself.

Chris walked up to Justin's secretary's desk balancing Peyton and the diaper bag in one arm and Gracie's bookbag and the car seat in the other hand. Sighing he set them all down, minus Peyton and said, "Delivery for Justin." Smirking as he saw his future brother in a meeting through some windows in the hall. Gracie had been wild and crazy all day excited to see Justin as soon as Chris had turned his head away from her she was through the doors running towards Justin calling out "Uncle Justin!" with her arms wide open. Chris tried grabbing her before she could cause too much damage but just shrugged and gave Justin an "I'm sorry" look.

Chris thanked him and smiled, "You don't have to tell me twice, I love them but they've been crazy this morning. Diaper bag and car seats are by your secretary's desk." He smiled giving his future brother in law a hug and handing Peyton over. Meanwhile Gracie was telling all the people he worked with all about going to PlayLand the following day.

Madden was at home, getting dressed in some jeans and windbreaker Jacket that said "wildcats" on it. She did her hair and make up and looked in the mirror smiling slightly. She looked good for a coach. She rushed out of the house grabbing something small to eat, she wanted to have time to stop at the office and make sure things were going okay but she wasn't going to If she was late the girls always gave her crap. She got to the field just in time and smiled dropping her bags on the sidelines where they stood, "Alright, let's do one more practice and then get in formation."

Gracie was excited she had only been to a few games before and Peyton was just happy to be with new people besides her mom and dad. The game was started when they got there and the cheerleaders were already doing their thing but Madden had been watching the gate, when she saw Justin and the girls she left the side lines walking over. "Hi gorgeous." She cooed kissing peyton's forehead and then leaning down to Gracie, "Was uncle Justin good at work?" She teased standing up and kissing him, "We're they good?" She asked smiling slightly.

She was truly in her element here, all smiles, working with kids, it was what she loved to do and he knew it. "I've gotta get back but I'll come see you at half-time." She smiled walking back out to the sidelines watching the girls cheer. At half-time they went out to midfield to do their routine which included stunting, flips, etc to a dancy song. As it was over Madden grabbed a bottle of water and some popcorn heading up into the stands to where Justin and the girls were, "Here you go Pretty girl." She smiled handing the popcorn to Gracie, sitting next to Justin she smiled. "See this is how it could be every weekend. You bringing our girls to my games."

She sighed slightly and ignored the fact that he was ignoring everything she wanted out of life, but she knew that he'd stand firm on the fact that they were way too young to have kids and settle down now. Gracie was enjoying the game but Madden could tell she was getting sleepy. She smiled kissing Justin before she had to head back down to the field, "If you want you guys can Just go, Gracie is tired and Peyton will start to get cranky soon."

It was about a month later and Justin was doing a whole lot better at this whole being a fiance thing. He had made sure to put time aside for Madden while working toward that big promotion that he so desperately wanted. He had also been spending a lot of time with Madden's family which in turn did not go over well with his mother who was adamant on the fact that Justin and Madden needed to go visit her. Justin wasn't entirely excited about the fact of seeing his step-father but his mother wanted to see him and he would have to put up with the man for her sake.

Justin had been working all day when he got a call to go into his boss' office. He was a bit confused and tried to think of reasons he might be going in there. He hoped he wasn't in trouble and tried to remember if he had done anything he wasn't supposed to. Nope, not that he could remember. He walked slowly into his boss' office and looked at him. "You wanted to see me, Mr.Calloway." He said nervously.

"Ah yes young Justin. Please sit down. I want to talk to you about something," Mr.Calloway turned to Justin and smiled, gesturing for the young man to sit. Justin did as he was told and waited for his boss to start speaking. "Well Justin I've called you here to talk about all the work you've been doing for this company. You've managed to close out five huge deals as well as several other ones. I've seen in you dedication that I haven't seen in anyone else and for this I want to give you the promotion from assistant to head financial adviser. I know you won't let me down and will continue to work hard for this company." Mr.Calloway explained leaving a shocked Justin sitting there.

"Oh my gosh thank you so much Mr.Calloway. I promise I won't disappoint you." Justin beamed, still in shock and overcoe with joy that his hard work had finally paid off. He spoke with his boss for a couple more minutes before going back to his office to call Madden to tell her the big news. He dialed her number on his cell and waited for her to pick up.

Lately, things had been working so well with Madden and Justin that she hadn't even had time to argue with him about wanting a baby, or setting a wedding date. After they had duked it out in front of the girls after her game last month they had both agreed to give a little, and try to make their relationship work. Madden realized they were too young for a baby, and they had plenty to do ahead of them.

Madden had been busy working towards the nation cheerleading championship that her team was eligible for this year. Early morning practices and slightly longer afternoon ones had kept her busy, but she also made time to spend with her family now that Justin had wanted to as well. They even had a visit planned to see his mother.

Madden was at practice when she saw his name flash across her screen. She figured he'd be telling her he was running late so she let it go to voicemail and watched the girls continue with the stunting they had been working on. She hoped nothing was seriously wrong but would listen to the voicemail as soon as practice was over and she had gotten ready to go home.

As she walked out of the school she listened to the voicemail on her phone, it was Justin telling her he had some news he needed to talk to her about. She hung up and pressed send on his name, waiting for him to answer. When he did she smiled, "Hey babe, I'm going shopping for dinner what do you want?"

Justin had been a little let down when Madden didn't pick up her phone but he had left a voicemail for telling her that he had news that he needed to speak with her about. After that he had called in Britney to help him start moving his stuff to his office which was right next to Mr.Calloway's. Justin had spoken to Mr.Calloway and he had agreed that Britney could remain his assistant. Something he was ecstatic about. Britney was not only his assistant but one of his best friends and he was glad he got to share this with her. She was the only one who really knew how pissed Madden could make him at times and knew how to calm him down. She was a great friend.

Justin was sitting at his desk packing up when his phone began to ring. He picked it up without looking at the name and was surprised to hear Madden on the other end. "Hey, actually you aren't cooking tonight. You're going to throw on a nice dress and come out to eat with Britney, me and a couple of my other co-workers." He told her with a smile not wanting to say the news over the phone.

"Oh I am?" She giggled softly as she heard excitement in his voice. "I guess that I can deal with that, Britt and I haven't had a chance to get our margaritas on in a while." She teased him slightly. She rarely got invited to go out with Justin and his co-workers so she knew that something good must have been going on. "I take it I'm not going to hear this news till I see you either?"

Once he confirmed she laughed a little bit, "Alright, I'll be home in ten minutes, I'll change and meet you at the office in a half hour." she said. "I love you Justin."

She went home and got dressed up, using the opportunity to get all dolled up. She slipped on a cute floral dress that was tight at the top and a little flowy towards the bottom and some strappy heels then curled her hair quickly and grabbed her handbag and keys rushing to get out of the house on time.

She text Justin when she got to the office to meet her in the lobby. When she saw him come out of the elevator she walked over wrapping her arms tightly around his neck kissing him. "Okay, tell me tell me tell me!" She begged playfully.

After hanging up with Madden, Justin had spent the remaining time thanking his various co-workers that congratulated him and starting to set up his new office. He knew that this promotion meant more work for him but he didn't care. He'd be making more money and this was what he had wanted. He had invested so much time in work so that he could get to where he was now. He just hoped Madden was excited for him. She texted him when she was in the lobby and he excused himself from the conversation he was having to go meet her down there.

"You look beautiful," He mumbled in her ear as he hugged her tightly when she came barreling towards him after he got off the elevator. He set Madden down and smiled his huge smile, dimples and all, at her. "Well remember that promotion I've been working for? I got it!" He told her, his tone filled with happiness.

Madden had figured that was what his news was, since he had been working since he started his position with the company for the promotion but still was surprised. She hadn't expected it to come so soon. She hugged him again tightly and let out a small squeal of excitement. "Justin! Oh my god!" She calmed down and released her tight grip on him. "I am so proud of you!" She said excitedly. "I knew you'd get it baby." She had a huge smile on her face and he could see she was genuinely happy for him.

"Are you almost ready to go out an celebrate?" She asked holding both of his hands looking into his eyes lovingly.
