So I've got this story that I'm trying to keep as realistic as possible. So what would you do given these circumstances:
A female victim is trapped in a car. The vehicle is rigged to run at top speed and she is unable to use the brakes and can't turn off the car.
Police chase would ensue of course but the question I have is what would our hapless driver do? She could turn sharply and throw the car into a roll thus ending the chase but I don't know.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

"A female victim" says nothing of who she is, and without that, your story is based on what she is, and is equally believable and realistic no matter what she does. She's a two-dimensional cutout. You might as well have said "a secretary" for all the good it does to define people by what they do instead of treating them like real people.
