Kaila looked up from the small stream, eyeing the new horses that were starting to appear. Her alluring dark brown eyes locked on a few horses, scrutinizing them, until she leapt to the next horse. She remained quiet though, staying where she was; sipping in the stream. A scent intruded her nostrils, as her legs quivered. Her head rose up, her black mane swaying over her neck from the sudden jerk of movement. Faint footsteps were heard in the distance, Kaila froze with alarm.

Dakota nibbled on the grass thinking he was not going to give up yet.He trotted down the hill over to Kaila.

Husky voices rung throughout the valleys, as hoofbeats pierced the ground. Kaila looked around nervously, her tail twitching with anxiety. A gunshot was blasted into the sky, the booming noise following it, sable smoke coming from the forest. Kaila snorted, smelling the smoldering odor tossing her head, and pacing across the river bank. Her gaze fell to a nearby jet black stallion, observing his ovbious attempts to protect.

Dakota snorted watching the smoke leak form the forest.He saw another stallion.Dakota charged toward him.He cantered next to the stallion and snorted "it would be wise for you to run not run toward the humans".Then Dakota cut infront of the stallion and galloped ahead of him.He kicked at him but missed as another gunshot rang out.Dakota started to pace arpund the smoke.

King snorted at the stallion and looking towards the direction of the gunshot. He looked at Swift and nipped her gently away from the stallion. "I don't have time for this..." King let out another snort and walking alongside Swift lead her away from the stallion.

Kaila paced the banks, her gaze falling towards a mysterious stallion. The cool water splashed around, droplets landing on Kaila's legs. She watched him, her eyes big with amazement, her brows furrowed. What was he doing? she wondered, watching him urgently canter along in the water. She let a low whinny escape her lips, her sweet yet sultry voice flowing along.

Kaila looked at the stallion, her hazel eyes meeting his. Another gunshot sounded, breaking there eye locking, and thoughts, as Kaila paced nervously once more. She tossed her head, letting her ebony mane bob up and down, before falling to one side swiftly. She moved to the side, listening to what he had said, before galloping up the other way to safety. She glanced back numerous times at the stallion, her forelock notting in front of her face, disturbance written on her face.

"Come on, lets go!" A man's husky voice called, they were closer. You could hear their voices, many voices, and the roaring sound of the hooves. They bounded out of the forest, now being able to be seen, heading straight for the two.

King nipped at Swift to follow the herd. He looked at the lovely mare (Kaila) but the voice of the humans, made him run toward the herd.

Jord was grazing on the grass when she heard the shots. Her head jerked up and her nostrils flared. She trotted slowly to a hill overlooking the surrounding area and she saw the multiple ponies milling around, trying to get away. Her stallion and foal had been taken away by these humans, and she hated them. She reared, trying to get the herds attention to her, so she could lead them to safety.
