In case no one's heard it before, this idea is based on the beginning of the song "Control the Mind" by Zanza Labs. Here is the original story:

I would like to loosely base an RP off of this story, but instead of a chemical that allows a person to control your mind, it is a mercury/iron chemical solution or chemical that bonds with the DNA and gives the subject a number of android-like aspects, ranging from bionic eyesight, robotic weapons forming from limbs, etc. Once word has come out about these humans with inexplicable mutations and machine weapons, the government is at an all-time high security level, and their mission is to seek and destroy. These people have no idea what is happening to them, but the fact remains that, if caught, they will most likely be executed. If you've chosen to be an infected, you can choose the 'mutation', or abilities, as long as I approve.
