Quite a character, Arcus Sol was. His birthplace remains unknown, as his parents were never seen again after dropping him off at the Italian Academy of War at the age of 10. There he was raised to be a killer. The academy was known for producing some of the finest mobile suit pilots of the time, and would continue to produce fine pilots all the way up until the 15th Gundam Tournament. He achieved the second seat in his class for his skills at piloting a mobile suit, though due to his temperment, he rarely participated in any events, inluding the first Gundam Tournament.
If it was not the mischief he was causing that got him in trouble, it would be the daily excursions off campus to cause a ruckus in town or party with the ladies at the hottest club at the time. He was always a favorite among the ladies, but he was not necessarily the easiest person to deal with. Women would flirt, as he would back, yet never commit. It was one of these excursions that got him booted from the school, his honors stripped, suit taken from him.
It was at this point that he decided to take things into his own hands. This did not go down very well. While packing what little clothing he had, he snapped and took off. He headed for the hangar, stole his suit back, destroying the hangar in the process, and flew off into the night.
