Tanya's zanpakuto met the sands as Ayumharu easily dodged her opening attack. It wasn't very suprising to her, if he was a vizard his speed and agility would be far faster than the zeal she presented toward him currently. Taking in what had just happened and the approaching storm, she raised her western shaped zanpkuto and pointed it toward her target with a smile.

"I don't think that my dim witted boyfriend formaly introduced us... And since I have to drag you back to the Soul Society anyway you may as well know who I am... My name is Tanya Roja's, ryoka from far beyond the 88 districts..."

She held her weapon vertically as she allowed her spirtual pressure to leak out into the open, then finally burst with excitement causing a swirl of blue and purple light to encase her. Without warning she arched her sword arm backward in preperation to strike, but did something out of the oridinary. Instead of a traditional swing she performed a 360 spin almost as if she was doing a shot put throw. As she came around a second time She released the aura from her body sending out a concentrated 100% solid blast of reiatsu trailing toward Ayumharu.
"We are drawn to each other Like drops of water, like the planets We repulse each other Like magnets, like the colors of our skin"

Yes there is no fate for us, Only those that are swallowed by ignorance and fear and miss a step, Fall in to the river rapid called fate"

V remained alert in her position as Akir attacked, they two clashed zanpakuto’s. There was a high pitched ring that echoed when the swords touched. This Hunters wasn’t taking prisoners today. . . She looked at him with a puzzled look that quickly faded as a cero blast just missed her and destroyed a near by house. Pan was near by and she commanded her to clear the are of people, V didn’t want to any unnecessary casualties in this battle. She faintly heard her friend’s familiar response and release her blade into shikai as another cero blast sped towards her. She calmly turned to face it directly.

“Don‘t fuck this up,” she heard Mercury advised in a half-serious half-mocking tone.

Raising her zanpakuto in front of her and placing her left palm in the center she cast the Enkosen (Arc Shield) kido spell blocking the cero, splitting it into 2 parallel halves that cut deep into the ground on her sides. As the charge was losing strength she continued to hold the shield and quickly built a purple charge. The split second the cero attacked cleared a solid disc of ice rushed towards the Hunter. Flash stepping behind them V trusted the end of her hilt (with the blade parallel to the ground) into their back propelling them into ice.

The ice cracked with an enormous boom with her hilt still in their back she flicked the blade into her opponent as she stomped into the concrete with her left leg. However the Hunter had slide their blade in the line of her attack, making it off center by just a few degrees. This made them to roll and skip down the street as V suddenly dropped to her knees gasping her air. She held her zanpakuto with a tight grip watching the Hunter come to a abrupt stop. . . she knew that block had saved them from injury.

They slowly rose shaking off debris and popping things back into place, “That was fun, but now it‘s my turn.”

Far above the battle that was raging, Azariel watched with feined interest.
"i guess maybe i should help...or do something..." he said to himself
a white arm pushed out of his back and a figure who looked exactly like Azariel but with black hair and white skin pulled himself halfway out of his back before he was unable to break all the way free. "let her die," said his inner hollow "or are you feeling like you actually have to help someone for once? GUAHHEEHEEHEEHEE"
"Shut your mouth abomination, now shoot that cero shooting bastard with your version of 6 rod pillars of light."
"fine, whatever......partner." the hollow form smiled and held his hand out towards akir. "9 SLOTTED RODS OF HELL!"
the rods looked like red lightning bolts flying at Akir

In another flash of lightning, followed by a echoing crash of thunder, Aymuharu lifted his head towards the darkening sky. Though his eyes were closed, his senses told him the rain would start pounding harder upon them soon. What a better way to meet this natural occurence, than to feel its intensity with your own face. Though the continuous echo of thunder would've deafened the woman's voice to a normal person, Aymuharu heard her speak clear as day. However, his attention didn't appear to be focused on her, but instead of the weather. Breathing in and out deeply, taking in the scents of the salty ocean water that collided with his exposed face; Aymuharu smiled for the first time since the encounter.

"I have no intent to return to the place of fallen Shimigami. Those who would trade their afterlife to drift in the nether-world a bit longer, instead of upholding justice. You, a mere outcast of a once noble organization, would follow in their footsteps to darkness. Just for disgracing the name of Shimigami, my honorable enemy and former allies, I should cleave off your head... But, I will give you two choices."

Thunder rumbled from above, louder than before which made Aymuharu quiet for a moment to honor its natural voice.

"One, you give up the mantle under Aizen and pursue true justice with Akir. The other, we finish were you began; with me walking away unscathed and you in a pool of your own blood...."

Almost instantly, the Vizard took a step to the left, followed by an immediate about-face, Aymuharu opened his eyes in time to watch and dodge the blast of reiatsu easily. With the blast far past him, Aymuharu shifted his eyes and met with the woman's very own. Shaking his head slowly, in apparent disapproval to the woman's attempt to strike him again. This was the apparent choice to Aymuharu's ultimatium, to try to take him back. Gently withdrawing his zanpaktuo from its sheath, Aymuharu narrowed his eyes when the blade was free. At one moment, the figure of Aymuharu stood before the woman, but was then a black silhouette in the sudden flash of a blinding lightning strike. The nearby lightning strike had given Aymuharu the chance to flash-step to the left side of woman undetected. A move, which he developed with Lady Yoruichi, used to show there was more than meets the eye with the mysterious Vizard. His zanpaktuo, gripped backwards, was elevated to her throat to show he could have decapitated her with ease. But, what was in the honor of killing your opponent when they couldn't do anything to try and react to your attack.

The Hunter flashed step with great speed towards V, their blade was raised high in air for a downward strike. She had seconds to block, with her blade arm positioned on its edge she used her free arm as a brace to absorb some of the shock from the impact. Just as she crossed her arms the attack had already landed with a heavy force. It was like the gravity in the area had been amplified. . . as the Hunter pushed down on her block, she caught a glimpse of their face. Noticing this he grinned and kicked her away which spent her back several feet.

Coming to a stop her vision was blurred a bit, the Hunters were stronger than anticipated. V had to regain her focus quickly if was to react to the next move. Almost on cue she formed a dense C shaped arc sending a cero attack back at the Hunter, just as her vision cleared she flashed stepped in the air away from a slashing attack that cut the ice in half down the middle. It was clear now she only would have a few seconds, if that, to defend or attack against her opponent.

Inside a bustling city, followed by the relentless rainfall, wasn't the ideal location for this Bount. However, the dark corner of a bar in the dirty backstreets of Tokyo was just where he wanted to be at the time. Bad karaoke singing, drunkards laughing, and the dancing of very beautiful women; whats not to like? Raising the small ceramic cup that was warm in his hands, the Bount breathed in the sweetness of the rice whiskey. Tipping back the cup, he gulped in a single mouthful of the liquor before setting the cermaic down quietly. In the corner of his eye, the Bount noticed a rather attractive woman staring him down. Brunette curls, slight tan, a C-cup bra was probably her measurement. Not bad looking compared to the usual girls that stare him down.

"This is from the woman down the bar sir."

Shifting his eyes towards the waiter, Tristan nodded as he slid a single bill towards the man. Before the waiter could put down the glass of sake, the woman was standing to his right side. She was staring him down as Tristan made eye-contact with her again, along with a thin smile etched on her lips. Raising his hand for her to take a seat, she quickly took his gesture and sat on the leather sofa.

"I'm Maria. I'm from America. Whats your name?"

"Tristan."

"Nice name."

Reaching over, Tristan took the sake glass off the table before him and raised it in the air. As she raised her's with his, Tristan cocked the cup back and gulped the beverage down quickly. Its going to be a long night....

Tanya remained stone faced as Ayumharu leveled his blade to her throat. There wasn't a lot of time to be stalling and exchanging useless blows, a hunt like this was time based and a quarry was a quarry after all. Her stone face turned to a grin as she decided not to hold back even from the begining.

"Your little antics are tired... I have obligations to hold under Aizen in regards to what I've been given in exchange for my services..."

She made eye contact with him as her reiatsu began to swell past their original proportions then suddenly sky rocket into the red zone. The sand began to char and burn under her feet as her spiritual energy became visible through the random swells making her energy come ass as extremely wicked. Tanya began to laugh as she raised her zanpkuto and started him in the face once more raising her left hand to her face.

"You're really a piece of work, but since Akir informed me that you don't like people to hold back I'll do you an ultimate service..."

Tanya allowed her hand to fall over her face, pulling a white hollow mask shaped in the style of El Chupa Cabra onto her person. Her spiritual energy immdediately combusted and spread out revealing it in true stature. She finished her sentence in a triple echoey tone.

""Hard Ball... Vizard for Vizard..."

She instantly jabbed her Zanpakuto into Ayumharu's side throwing both of them off balance. As he began to trip Tanya opened her mouth and mask to fire a red cero directly into his person.

Perhaps there was more than meets the eye with this woman, which made Aymuharu smirk. As the flashes of lightning illuminated the dark area around them, Aymuharu lowered his zanpaktuo to the side as woman swiped her hand across her face. Before him now, stood the true nature of the woman's being. A fellow Vizard, who however fell into the darkness with the Hollows. A terrible price to pay to not follow the true pursuit of justice, which made him close his eyes. While the woman's reiatsu was concentrated in their immediate area, Aymuharu felt his own starting to slowly seep out. The fury of his inner-Hollow began to take shape, mostly noticeable when his eyes started shifting into their blood-red tint.

"Shall we begin?"

As he finished his statement, Aymuharu's ears started to ring as the sounds of steel piercing flesh erupted. Tilting his head to the side, Aymuharu noticed the woman's own zanpaktuo inserted just above his hip bone. What a smart move throw someone off balance, which made him look back to her Hollow-Masked face. When her intent was finally revealed, the smirk quickly disappeared to be replaced with an expressionless appearence. As her mouth started to open, Aymuharu twisted his body weight to the side. Instincts were quickly kicking, which were proved right when the building of reiatsu for a Cero blast was inevitable. With her body so off balance, the Cero was fired into the sky.

"Your too slow..."

Placing his foot between her legs and pivoting downward, Aymuharu slammed the woman's body into the sandy beach below. Releasing his grip, the Vizard flipped backwards and twirled his blade to be gripped forward in his hand. Landing on his feet in a few yards away, Aymuharu looked down to the woman's zanpaktuo still pierced inside him. Taking the blade into his hand, he drew it from his body without a sound or effort. Shaking his head, the Vizard threw the blade towards the woman without much force. When the sound of her hand catching the blade echoed in the stalemated storm, Aymuharu slowly swiped his hand across his face. In a eerie shimmer effect, the disfigured black hockey mask appeared on his face.

“You‘ve grown somewhat since our last encounter,” the Hunter spoke, “but your timing is a tad bit off”

“You‘re one to talk about timing or have you already forgotten being slammed into the ice and barely defending against my attack,” she rebutted.

The Hunter mumbled something their breathe then pointed his blade at her. Suddenly there was a great weight pulling her down. V gripped the hilt and a circular pool of water formed beneath her making it the perfect landing absorbing the force of the impact and saving her from injury. The water dissipated shortly after she entered it right, when she landed a cero blast came her way.

She didn’t have to time to dodge and took the brute of the attack point blank. The pain was intense and hot then suddenly a feeling of numbness, her conscience was slipping away. Her vision blurred between the night sky and the sunny day of her dream. V landed softly in the grass breathing a relaxing sigh. Sitting up she well and the building her and Pan had look at earlier.

“I told you not to fuck up,” Mercury was looking straight at her, “stop expecting Akir to interject, he won’t. This is your battle.”

Mercury gently touched her face, there was a slight feeling of calm inside her. On the outside, The Hunter was standing over her about to deliver the death strike. V eyes opened suddenly and there was a rush of air blowing the Hunter away. Building a purple charge she exerted more reishi into it, a cracking was heard and the charge began to glow a dark red.

Tanya smiled on the other side of her mask at Ayumharu. She now felt that it was justified for Aizen to send her out to catch this fish. He was just as powerful as Akir, maybe a bit stronger she felt that even without seeing his fighting style. It would take a bit of time, however she felt content in being able to match up with someone. She finally opened her mouth to speak in order to respond to his statement.

"Let me show your asian ass a thing or two about speed... Mi Amor Akir can school you on this we call it..."

Tanya Shunpoed behind him with her zanpakuto to his right shoulder, procdeeding to finish her sentence into his ear.

"Bachata!"

She quickly dissapeared to shunpo infront of him at a breathtaking speed swinging her Zanpakuto forward. However this became a false swipe, before her sword came close to his face she shunpoed around him at many different angles finally coming around his left side to attempt at cleaving him.

"Como te..."

Releasing the charge it sped toward the Hunter faster than usual, which caught him off guard. He managed to avoid taking a direct hit, but as it brushed slightly against his robe a mass of ice formed around his torso. V quickly went on the offensive and cut at the hood revealing his face. His blonde hair cascade down to his shoulder and his grey eyes had looked with great distaste as she turned to face him.

“There‘s only one person I know that have a gravity ability. . .Jano,” V’s tone was serious.

“You may have survived during the raid, but today YOU‘RE GOING TO DIE!” he yelled at her forcing the ice off of him.

He quickly executed a cero blast at her then aimed an attack at her mid section, V performed the kido spell of Sho pushing him away before his blade could make contact. They two had a stand off, this battle was coming to an end. Pan ran over to Akir seemingly out of no where, she looking at him as to ask if that was who she thought it was. Using his gravity ability, Jano lifted V high into the air flipping and turning her at odd angles then attacked her with quickly strikes as she fell. She caught a glance of him and shouted Sho, giving her time to flash step against the wall lining the street.

“For a shinigami you sure use kido a lot,” he said mocking her sword skill, “but it doesn‘t matter your time is almost up.”

V just chuckled then flashed step right in front of him. She released the charge as she stabbed into him, freezing his whole body in seconds. She looked him directly in his eyes without saying a word, then pulled her zanpakuto out and raised it above her head. Gripping the hilt with both hands she brought the blade at a downward angle cutting his from the shoulder to his lower hip. His body evaporated with the ice, she had won.

In the midst of their ongoing battle, Aymuharu shifted his gaze to the darkened skies above them. Why had the pounding rain stopped? Why has the thunder stopped echoing its booming cry? Questions that had no matter to many that fought on a battlefield, especially when death is a possible end for one of the combatants. Lifting the tightly gripped zanpaktuo before him, Aymuharu lowered his eyes to the pulsating blade. The blade radiated in its low blood-red aurora, giving off the sign of something dark and evil. Then instantly, a echo of a low rumble erupted his thoughts. Catching his eyes in its blinding light, Aymuharu had no choice but to close his eyes from the lightning strike.

"Fate is decided by its embodiment, not the universe it's within."

Stepping backwards slowly and shifting his footing around, Aymuharu extended the blunt side of his zanpaktuo. The sounds of steel colliding ringed into the area, louder than before. Raising his eyes towards the woman's mask, he simply shook his head in disapprovement. Forcing his zanpaktuo forward, he launched the woman backwards into the air. Switching his footing quickly again, Aymuharu swung his zanpaktuo horizontally towards her body. Though the blade itself was never intended to hit the woman, a thin blood-red blast of reiatsu was hurled towards the woman quickly. Swinging now diagonally, he continued to hurl the small slices of reiatsu towards her. Little did the woman Vizard know, he was showing a hint of the power lurking within him. These little bursts were nothing compared to what he could release.

V dropped her zanpakuto and fell to her knees, she had actually won. Pan rushed over to her side and look at her then Akir. Judging by his stance and demeanor he didn’t help her out once. Was this some kind of sick test? Pan began to speak but V stopped her.

“Save your breath,” she replied through her breaths, “I can defend myself.”

“Yeah you did a wonderful job of almost dying,” Pan interjected, “what the hell, he should‘ve helped you!”

She just patted her shoulder and smile, this battle had transformed V. She no longer needed to rely on someone else for help during a battle. Whether Akir actions were right or wrong in another story. Pan helped her up and the three of them began to make their way to the loft.

As the world around the fighting warriors slowed, only the sounds of waves crashing against the shoreline echoed through the stillness. Within the synchronization of the waves, thunder rumbled continuously above them. The scent of salt water from the ocean and rain drops filled his lungs as he breathed in deeply. Sliding his right foot forward, the Vizard lowered himself into a striking stance slowly. His zanpaktuo, Murasame, was gently tucked behind his frame as he started garnering the reiatsu surrounding area. Closing his eyes, the Vizard took a deep breath as he continued harnessing the energy.

"It is your fate to lose your way... Maybe someday, you will stumble across the right path and pursue true justice."

The sound of sand crunching beneath his foot echoed all around as his stepped forward. The blade of the zanpaktuo slowly started cutting through the air as he swung forward. Once the blade itself collided with the sand, a massive blast of reiatsu was released towards the woman. It is considered a rarity to see the embodiment of one's attack as it travelled effortlessly towards their opponent. As the reiatsu continued it's course, the form was revealed to be as a charging knight with his claymore in a striking stance. Closing his eyes, the Vizard sighed as the sound of the knight's blade cutting into the woman's body. Sounds of blood expelling and falling onto the sand below made it clear the attack hit accurately; followed by the sound of the woman's body hitting the sand below. Opening his blazing blood-red eyes, the Vizard watched as the sand settled around her limp body. Looking ahead, he watched the form of the reiatsu begin to fade away gently in the breeze.

"Your chapter in now brought to a close in my story. Though this isn't the end of your journey, it's the beginning of your journey to redemption. The start of your own story."

Turning away from the woman, the Vizard lifted his zanpaktuo and rested the blade upon his shoulder. Above the him, the clouds started to dissipate and revealed the clear blue sky above. Sunshine slowly started to leak back into land, showing the beauty of the island's beach. In synchronization of the clearing weather, the mask faded from the Vizard's face. The blood-red tint of his eyes returned to their original ocean blue. Stepping towards the inviting waters before him, the Vizard instantly flash-stepped towards the Honsu island.

V sighed as she looked at the ceiling, it was a common sight now. The battle had really tired her out, though she could move just fine in her gigai, her spirit was in need of rest. Pan, and to an extent Mercury, felt scorned by Akir’s lack of help. She had mixed feelings about it herself, on one hand her training had paid off, but almost lost her being. It also sent a message to the Hunters that the members of the resistance were a match for them despite their numbers. Even though V was no where near the level of a Lieutenant or Captain her win was a red flag for those who were after them. The remaining Hunters would probably be more aggressive in their battles, she just hoped they wouldn’t attack soon. Midnight had disappeared and Ayum wasn’t back from whatever he was doing. Looks they were playing the waiting game again. . .

Echoes of a distant battle rung through the Vizard's ears as he landed upon the rocky shoreline of Honsu Island. Extending his senses around him, a mixture of scents, familiar and unknown, filled his lungs as he inhaled them. Apparently, his so-called comrades faced against an adversary that proved their worth against them. Could that person be in league with the woman the Vizard just faced? Better yet, could they be in league with the traitor Sōsuke Aizen? Stepping forward with some momentum, causing the boulder he stood on to shatter, the Vizard continued his trek towards the immediate area the energy radiates from. As the blur of rural smalltowns soon turned into industrial ports, he felt the spirit pressure of various entities nearby. Concentrated in groups of two, which meant they were either scouts or assassins.

"Do you feel that?" a voice echoed within his mind.

"The spirit pressure of the battle is gone..." the Vizard replied.

As the spirit pressure suddenly vanish, so did the scent of the adversary. Perhaps his comrades managed to defeat whoever the person was. Quickening his pace, he felt the need to arrive at the scene to inspect the battleground and track down his comrades. Somewhere nearby, the Vizard felt the spirit pressures of those who watched began to stir and slowly disappear. Could they have been here for the bout or just analyzing the powers of V, who he sensed was the only combatant on his side. Landing upon a lightpole moments later, well the only one let standing, the Vizard looked down upon the scene. Just as he predicted, scents of both Shimigami and Hollow filled him as he breathed in. The Shimigami, who he figured accurately to be both Akir and V, had a lingering smell and pressure that started towards the loft. The other, which only meant the Hollow, pointed towards a place across from where he stood. Perhaps V had succeeded in her training attempts and slayed a Hunter, a feat to be praised. Looking in front of him, the Vizard caught a glimpse of a hooded figure in the distance. A familiar scent drifted around the person, which made him simply nod towards the person who suddenly vanished.

"Hate is like fire; it eats you up from the inside-out. But eventually, all fires go out in the end." the voice echoed.

Turning to his left, the Vizard launched himself into the air and quickly flash-stepped towards the loft.

“You did a good job,” Mercury said in a awkwardly nice way.

Giving praise wasn’t a strong point of his, but it wasn‘t something she was going to discredit. The fact that he even acknowledge her effort without sarcasm was a shock. Was he going soft? From her position laying against the tree, she had to turn to see him. Even then he was hidden for the most part behind the tree.

She chuckled, “It‘s not like you to congratulate me on a win.”

“Don‘t get any ideas, you started to fucked things up and I pushed you in the right direction,” he rebutted, “now when are you going back to the Soul Society?”

“What?” V stood up and faced him looking directly in the eye sockets of his mask.

“Stop playing dumb, I‘ve known it‘s been on your mind to go back there for quite a while now,” he sighed as he turned away letting his black robe flowed his movement.

“I was planning on going after the battle, but with the way things are now I‘ll stay here a little bit longer. I want to know Akir will be ok without me,” she looked up at the canopy.

“. . .Yeah he was big help in the battle forgot about that,” guess he wasn‘t going soft after all. . .

V just woke up after that, she looked around the room with her eyes, it was evening from what she could tell. Slightly moving her gigai the body still felt sore from the fight, but no pain no gain right? She braced herself then quickly sat up, the pain was intense then faded away as she moved more and more. Laying back down slowly, she laid there for a while then got up. The loft was empty. . .it was kind of odd seeing like that. Just a few weeks ago the place was lively, but now barely anyone was there most of the time.
