Yo! I read over Lucky's character sheet; he's certainly interesting. However, I don't think he and Fey would get along; not because he thinks of Lucky as weak, but because they're similar! XD
Fey would see Lucky as definitely 'one of his own' and therefore, would have some level of loyalty to him in that they have a common enemy. He would like Lucky's confident attitude, and find his blunt honesty to be approved of. However, one thing Fey values highly is his comrade with the other experiments, their bond of being against the scientists; Lucky's, as you put it, 'flips-flops' would leave Fey wary of him and how he would align, so while he probably wouldn't mind Lucky's presence, he wouldn't let Lucky get close to him, in any sense of the word, so he tried to keep a ten-foot distance at all times, and keeps cautious eyes on him when they're in the same room.
What would Lucky think of Fey, do you think?
