Name: Jeff/Maxim Ovrachinskey.
Age: 44
Birthplace: Nizhny Novgorod, USSR.
Birth date: Oct, 4th, 1967.
Job: DPD officer.
Visual description: Jeff is not the prettiest guy around, but certainly holds his look. Though aged, his 'honey-red' eyes give him a rough 10 year spare. They're hard, however, often tired with heavy black bags under them. A chin unkempt at times, with short sprouts attempting to form a new beard. His hair is dark-brown, and kept in a fairly regular manner, though fairly unobidient. Though roughly and carelessly done, he's often times quite clean and even manages to keep a professional look about him.
He has a traditional, even if quite stereotypical, 'Russian bear' build. Often taller inching slightly taller than most folks he meets, but never manages to tower over them somehow. He weights, of course, accordingly to that. There is a burn scar on his right shoulder.
Background/personal description: Now there's a big question to be asked โ it's obvious the guy is a typical Russian, almost a walking stereotype to a fault. He enjoys his vodka. He keeps to tradition and common practice. He's diligent, holds his temper, has manners on him. He even has an ushanka in his locker, just for a fact that it 'might' get too cold, even though he rarely even notices temperature drops.
He is often quiet. Rarely shy, however, always keeping his head about the situation. Rarely seeming to involve him self in the party, if there is one, but working his shift out and treading off to his apartment. A fairly calm, clockwork life.
Yet, there is something very off about this guy. He came to America about 20 years ago. Despite having achieved high grades in the MGU for various areas of physics and chemistry, he didn't renew his diploma for it to apply in the States. Or rather, tried, but failed. Despite the fact that he was married, the woman was left back in Russia upon his immigration. Despite the fact that he's been in the US for such a while, it appears he still didn't entirely adjust to the changes.
And while he seems to be having a clean record in the United States, all his record back in his home country seems to have gone missing.
Real/Russian history: At request only.
History with the gang (obviously only known to its select members): The life of an immigrant is hard. Especially if you're Russian, coming to America can be a very rough ride. Low income, prejudice, solitude. No being immune to it, Maxim appears to have eventually succumbed to one of such sins โ avarice.
On one beautiful, sunny day, he caught glimpse of a murder. Yet, when requested of release for a nice up-fed of cash, he let the gang member free. He enjoyed the thankful praise every now and then, and this rare time he took it in with gratitude. Eventually, after a nice share of it and several other unfortunate incidents, shifting to become something of a double agent, or even a mole within the DPD.
