Latin grammar nitpick here: "Monstrae et homines in concordia." Monstra would be 1st declension, nominative plural -ae, and "homo" is a 3rd declension i-stem that gets really weird, but the form you want here is "homines."
Disclaimer, I couldn't find a site that gave a Latin word for "monster" so I just went with the form you picked. 1st declension nouns tend to be fairly well-behaved.
