designing a race for Dark Heresy

Hello. I want to create a new near human subrace for Dark Heresy, 40K rpg.
I am not exactly very worried about systematics.

What I am thinking about is how limiting the race is and how playable it is for a player with another personality than my own since the race is something of an alter ego or a reflection of my own personal dreams.
I am also thinking alot about the communication, how self-explainatory the race is.
Ideally you want that the player can identify a steriotype.

The basic idea was a a brooding feudal survivalist race,
with a cool appearnce and sycophant or cynical personality.



"Alternative Perception"
Members see a combination of temperatures,
movement and low light spectrum.

"Insanity"
Members of the race can suffer insanity
or extreme reactions when they try to adjust to other worlds.
They can be shocked by normal light.
"Social Darwinists"
description. = if at least one female member exist
the group will always reproduce, adapt and spread.
They are always fertile, always survive and always adapt.
In any environment as long as there is the smallest chance of survival.
title "Strong will"
members have a strong will, can work for hours or concentrate without limits.
can make any effort any time for any reason.
Title "sycophant"
members comort to the strongest group or individual.
Bonus to leadership, organization and cooperatios and war morale.
title "Genetic purpose"
all members can buy skills for exp without teachers or schools
and they have no age requirments for any skill.

"appearance"
white or metallic reflective skin.
Manga hair colors.
glowing eyes of any exotic color.
