Don't Ever Give Up

I honestly had no idea where to put this topic, so if this is in the wrong section, feel free to move it.

That being said, I just wanted to give words of encouragement to everyone on this site. As a GM, I know I am not perfect (nor would I want to be honestly because it sets extremely high standards that are not possible to reach). I created my latest rpg right around Christmas which was not good timing on my part. Things got busy IRL and Fractured Kingdoms was well . . . dead on arrival because people joined but because I was so slow to start the RPG, most players vanished with only one left. And that person, Butterfly Effect, helped me get my butt in gear and for the past month I've been trying to get more players by asking around, asking for Butterfly's help, and doing whatever I could. Finally all char slots in my RPG are filled and the RPG has started with talks of what is going to happen in the RPG, which has got me started.

I guess what I am trying to say is to all here, don't ever give up. Keep believing that things will work out. I know things can happen in an RPG, but I'll always remain hopeful and keep doing my best to be a good GM and player. I know things here can get frustrating with RPGs, and that's okay, just don't let it get to you for too long.

That's all I wanted to say because I am feeling so grateful right now to see my patience pay off.
