Earth 2076

In 2016 There was WWIII. The first and last Nucleur war. After that war most of the worlds goverments were in shambles. The earth itself what ruined left as a desolt wastland. The last remains of the governments came together to form the United Earth Republic (UER). When it was forged it was ment as a way to try to keep everybody united so the human race wouldn't go out of existance.

Sixty years later that principal is forgotten. The UER is now a empire that reins earth trying to find a way to leave it but with no space program they have no way off. The UER uses the people to mine the Earth just to servive. The oxygen rich atmosphere is gone. There are plants all over the panet that sole purpose is to make the air breatheable. It is a constent job for these plants and they are constently monitored.

The UER is so worried about these plants and finding food that it doesn't care about the people they send into the mines. The mines are trecheres and life span for a miner is only to the age of about 30-50 at the most. The rest of the people are forced to use the minerals to make a suplement for whoever the UER deems important enought to have it. Most of the people are under fed and under paid.

Thats when the resitance started up making gorilla attacks on the UER trying to make life better for the common people. The Resitance think that the government is holding out using the huge number of resources mined for a top secret project. The miners normally bring out more then enough to feed the mesely 500,000 people who still live. Though that numbers no where near acorate due to people dieing every day from accidents or desiece.


OOC: You can be UER soldiers or dignitaries or Resitance members. The Resitance have a hard life fighting every day any confirmed members are fugitives. Most fugitives join the resistance. Members unknown by the goverment hide as common men but they are easyly found out most times, or hide among the UER releying information. The weapons the UER are stolen low tech projectile weapons maybe the every once in a while energy weapon from soldiers they might kill. The UER weapons are plasma based or energy weapons. The resitance has no body armor almost every shot is lethal to them ether from the weapon or not being heathy enough to servive. The UER soldiers have full body armor that is built to protect them from projectiles.

Looks: He is 5'10", heavily muscled, he has blue eyes, short black hair, his body is covered in scars both from fighting in battles and inflicted during training from superiors.

Clothing: A black muscle shirt and torn jeans and big black boots.

Weapons: He carries two fist knifes. (this weapon is a knife that goes down alittle along your arm from the handle in your hand and also goes over your fist as you hold it so that you can use it punching or slashing.) And a energy pistol.

Personality: Cold uncaring on the outside but warm on the inside.

Bio: He grew up in the Capital city. His parents were were completely loyal to the UER his father even fought agianst the resistance. When he was 6 he was sent to a military training camp to prepare him for the military. There he changed into a man from a young age. He became cold and distant and very unstable to rage. He even killed one of his instructors during one of his "Aditude adjustmants" but all it was was his instuctors excuse to torcher him and harden him.
When he graduated at 14 He started at a high rank in the military fighting the resitance. Thats when he was exposed to the terrible conditions the non city people went through and when he was seperated from his unit he found a resitance member instead of killing him though he joined the Resitance. Now he is a high ranking general playing chess with the UER as a resistance member every once in a while hurting the resitance so not to raise suspition to him. In the Resitance you have to go through him before making any attacks on any UER posts if you want any hope of victory.

Bio:As he was growing up it was tough for him because people were still skeptical about demons so he was picked on and bullied for most of his life and he didnt fight back because he knew he could accidentaly kill them. when the UED tried to leave and he joined the resistance things were still skeptical but he was accepted because they needed all the help they could get. At the time he didnt know how serious things would get.

"DAMNIT!" He shouted as he was being fired at "Why am I the one they always aim for!? He looked over at a new recruit into the resistance "And if you say its because im a big target I'm gonna use you as a shield got it?!" the new recruit just smiled as he looked back at the UED gunners "dont worry I got em'! I just felt like complaining!" He pulled out his chain from a bag he was carrying and started spinning it around. He than jumped up and brought the chain down right through the UED members creating a small crack where the chain fell. When they got to the UES members that were fireing at them he picked up his walkie-talkie "Hey Matt! What should I do with these guys? Bring them in for interrogation or what?"
