Embrace the Revolution: Stratocracy in Action

Subject: Year 199 Quarter 4 Announcement of the new Official Government of the Colonies.
Government Type: Absolute Stratocracy + Regional and Local governments with very limited power to enforce global law. The newly appointed leader will have absolute power to do with as he wishes. The leadership type will be heavily militaristic in design, however not oppressive upon the general population other than what is necessary to maintain stable rule. The appointed leader will have the title of Supreme General SinfulSoul, or General Sin for short. This benevolent leader will be fiercely loyal to the colonies.
Election Interval: Indefinite (Or 1 year).
Government Position Assignments: All Colony Leaders will be assigned a Military Ranking to signify their status. A currently unnamed second in command and personal advisor will have the rank of Lieutenant General. Leaders of single colony are Major Generals. They may appoint a second in command to their colony as an Advisor, given the title of Brigadier General, and so on down the rank. Each Major General is to lead their colony as they wish. However they must fulfill the will of General Sin as General Sin sees it. Those determined to be violators of this single military law by the Supreme General (including those with incorrect interpretation of the Supreme General's will) will face immediate execution without trial or recourse.

Meeting Location Description: Every meeting will be held in a different large location on any one of the colonies. A list of pre-selected locations has already been verified; however for secrecy purposes this list will not be available to the public. Meeting times and locations will be mostly kept secret from the public. Any important results from any meeting held will be made in a public announcement after the talks conclude. The public is on a need to know basis.
