A Eulogy for RvB

Tips: 0.00 INK Postby Zee All Knowing Peacock on Mon Jun 11, 2007 4:07 pm

That's right, only 1 episode left in the prestigious RoosterTeeth electronic show Red vs. Blue. For those of you who don't know what it is, it's a machinima production made using Halo and Halo 2. It was also my anti-drug. You can check it out at rvb.roosterteeth.com , because it's the funniest thing I've ever seen. Now, I have a meth addiction to go fulfill.
"Some things are important. Others are not. Yet all would claim a mortal's attention. It falls to each of us to remain ever mindful, and thus purchase wisdom in the threading of possibilities. It is our common failing that we are guided by our indifference to eventualities. The moment pleases, the future can await consideration." - Steven Erikson's Midnight Tides

My all-time favorite quote from RvB is from the show's youth: "It's not pink, it's lightish red." I have a shirt with that quote on it.

Farewell, you crazy cats. Blood Gulch just won't be the same without you.

*The last thing I remember is a very mean kitten.* That's mine. I can't imagine watching a machinima show without dear, sweet Cabose in it... *sobs and hugs himself*

Shh, shh, it'll be alright, Zee. *comforts* Let us not mourn what we have lost, let us remember all the wonderful memories we have gained!

I have actually been re-watching the first few episodes of RvB today. "That's right... I'm a gay robot."

Classic.

You're right... "I am Micheal J. Cabose and I... hate... babies..." priceless... we'll miss you RvB, I'm buying all five seasons so they'll be eternally held in my memory, and my heart... *sigh*

Not to mention your DVD collection! ^.^ My friend has three seasons, I think.

It's funny, I've never actually sat down and played Halo, but some of my best friends are addicted, and they got me into just sitting and watching, and into RvB. It's awesome.

You know, I may buy the DVDs myself...

So true... Oh well, we've got to move on I guess... that's so depressing.

Just so everyone knows, the last/100th video has THREE, count 'em, THREE alternate endings. So make sure you watch them all! There, that is all I had to say.

I would like to pay my respects to my beloved

*clears throat*

Though we wre bound by your audio and video settings, and my eyes and ears, I still feel that there was a great love between us. I'd watch your videos, and you'd make me laugh. Life was full of fun after i met you. Our love will go on though, I shall remember our love, with my T-shirt of Sarge shooting Griff's brains out, and cherish your alternate endings. And in the end, I would just like to add my favorite qoute, this joke you told to me made me laugh everytime.

It's quiet...to quiet...

*BLAM*

Now it's very loud, I liked it better when it was quiet...

May your spirit live on forever, in the hearts and minds of your beloved...and the internet, that typically helps too...
Sanity is just a limitation

If I was normal, then why would you even acknowledge me?

Go Eagle Go!

Well, Since I'm a major Red vs Blue fan, I thought that I'd tag this in here.

End of RvB: Blood Gultch Chronicles.

Now, not to get anyones hopes up, but that does not necessarily mean that it's over. Perhaps a new map, or even new characters.

By the by, peoples favourite endings?
